本发明所述的一种抗菌复合无纺布,其特征在于,由上而下依次由透气层、抗菌层、弹性层及底层复合而成,所述透气层为coolmax纤维织物,所述抗菌层为汉麻经纬交织织物,所述抗菌层添加有银离子,所述弹性层为高弹性纤维交织成的网状结构,所述底层为纯棉织物。所述抗菌复合无纺布弹性好、抗菌效果佳、透气且柔软亲肤,适用范围广,能够大大提高使用者的舒适度。

一种抗菌复合无纺布
技术领域
本发明涉及卫生用品领域,特别涉及一种抗菌复合无纺布。
背景技术
近年来,随着生活水平的提高,人们的健康环保意识不断加强,在注重美观、舒适的同时,对产品的健康安全功能提出了更高的要求,因此具有抗菌功能的面料产品越来越受到人们的青睐。尤其是医用无纺布,功能单一的无纺布已经不能满足人们的需求,且有可能对患者造成二次伤害,对患者的生命安全造成威胁,具有多种功能的无纺布产品能够发挥更好的效果。
为解决此类问题,中国专利200720114402.X,公开了一种抗菌防水复合无纺布。本发明提供一种结构简单、制作方便,同时具有吸水、防水、抗菌功能,隔离效果好的抗菌防水复合无纺布,有效防止各种有害物质对人体的危害。解决该问题的技术方案是:抗菌防水复合无纺布,它由三层材料复合而成,其特征在于:其表层为吸水无纺布制作的吸水层,中间层为PE、PU膜或防水透气膜制作的防水层,里层为抗菌无纺布制作的抗菌层。本发明可用来生产医院、实验室、化工及有特殊要求的众体穿着的一次性防护服、手术衣、隔离衣及医用铺巾、手术巾等一次性产品。然而,本发明的无纺布弹性较差,使用范围受到限制,且其柔软度不佳,容易造成使用者的不适。
此外,中国专利201420534808.3,公开了一种弹性抗菌无纺布。本发明涉及一种弹性抗菌无纺布,包括抗菌层及弹性层,所述的抗菌层复合于弹性层两侧,所述的抗菌层由壳聚糖纤维层、竹纤维层依次复合而成,所述弹性层为经纱和纬纱绞织而成,经纱为涤纶长丝,纬纱为氨纶长丝,使得无纺布不仅具备良好的回弹性,同时具备自然无害的抗菌性,更适合于卫生用品领域。然而,该无纺布厚度较厚,影响无纺布的透气性和使用者的舒适度。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有弹性的抗菌复合无纺布,且该无纺布透气效果好。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种抗菌复合无纺布,由上而下依次由透气层、抗菌层、弹性层及底层复合而成,所述透气层为coolmax纤维织物,所述抗菌层为汉麻经纬交织织物,所述抗菌层添加有银离子,所述弹性层为高弹性纤维交织成的网状结构,所述底层为纯棉织物。
另,所述透气层的厚度为1-2mm,所述抗菌层的厚度为1-2mm,所述弹性层的厚度为2-4mm,所述底层的厚度为0.5-1.5mm。
且有,所述透气层、抗菌层、弹性层及底层通过粘结剂粘结固定。
同时,所述抗菌层上银含量为30-50μg/g。
进一步地,所述高弹性纤维为聚氨酯纤维或聚酯类弹性纤维或聚醚酯弹性纤维中的任一种。
本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)本发明提供的一种抗菌复合无纺布,所述抗菌层为汉麻经纬交织织物,汉麻是一种天然纤维,素有“天然纤维之王”美誉,由它制成的面料具有吸湿、透气、舒爽、散热、防霉、抑菌、抗辐射、防紫外线、吸音等多种功能,且天然环保,此外抗菌层还添加有银离子,进一步增加了抗菌层的抑菌抗菌效果;
(2)本发明提供的一种抗菌复合无纺布,设置有弹性层,增加了无纺布的弹力,使用范围更广;
(3)本发明提供的一种抗菌复合无纺布,还设置有透气层,增加了无纺布的透气性,提高了使用者的舒适度;
(2)本发明提供的一种抗菌复合无纺布,底层为纯棉织物,柔软、亲肤效果更好,进一步提高了使用者的舒适度。

实施例一
如图1所示,一种抗菌复合无纺布,由上而下依次由透气层、抗菌层、弹性层及底层复合而成,所述透气层为coolmax纤维织物,所述抗菌层为汉麻经纬交织织物,所述抗菌层添加有银离子,所述弹性层为高弹性纤维交织成的网状结构,所述底层为纯棉织物。
另,所述透气层的厚度为1mm,所述抗菌层的厚度为2mm,所述弹性层的厚度为3mm,所述底层的厚度为0.5mm。
且有,所述透气层、抗菌层、弹性层及底层通过粘结剂粘结固定。
同时,所述抗菌层上银含量为50μg/g。
进一步地,所述高弹性纤维为聚氨酯纤维。
经SGS依据FZ/T73023-2006抗菌针织品,检测其抗菌效果极佳,且经多次洗涤后,能够长久保持抗菌效果。此外,本实施例产品具有较好的弹力性能,柔软的底层同时可以提高使用者的舒适度,具有很好的使用和推广价值。
实施例二
一种抗菌复合无纺布,由上而下依次由透气层、抗菌层、弹性层及底层复合而成,所述透气层为coolmax纤维织物,所述抗菌层为汉麻经纬交织织物,所述抗菌层添加有银离子,所述弹性层为高弹性纤维交织成的网状结构,所述底层为纯棉织物。
另,所述透气层的厚度为2mm,所述抗菌层的厚度为2mm,所述弹性层的厚度为2mm,所述底层的厚度为1.5mm。
且有,所述透气层、抗菌层、弹性层及底层通过粘结剂粘结固定。
同时,所述抗菌层上银含量为40μg/g。
进一步地,所述高弹性纤维为聚酯类弹性纤维。
实施例三
一种抗菌复合无纺布,由上而下依次由透气层、抗菌层、弹性层及底层复合而成,所述透气层为coolmax纤维织物,所述抗菌层为汉麻经纬交织织物,所述抗菌层添加有银离子,所述弹性层为高弹性纤维交织成的网状结构,所述底层为纯棉织物。
另,所述透气层的厚度为2mm,所述抗菌层的厚度为1mm,所述弹性层的厚度为4mm,所述底层的厚度为1mm。
且有,所述透气层、抗菌层、弹性层及底层通过粘结剂粘结固定。
同时,所述抗菌层上银含量为30μg/g。
进一步地,所述高弹性纤维为聚醚酯弹性纤维。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌复合无纺布,其特征在于,所述透气层的厚度为1-2mm,所述抗菌层的厚度为1-2mm,所述弹性层的厚度为2-4mm,所述底层的厚度为0.5-1.5mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌复合无纺布,其特征在于,所述透气层、抗菌层、弹性层及底层通过粘结剂粘结固定。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌复合无纺布,其特征在于,所述抗菌层上银含量为30-50μg/g。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌复合无纺布,其特征在于,所述高弹性纤维为聚氨酯纤维或聚酯类弹性纤维或聚醚酯弹性纤维中的任一种。
