一种微型交流电焊机，其结构由功率为300W以上的电源变压器组成。电源变压器的输入电压为脚流电220V，输出电压约为4V，有焊接电流表指示焊接的工作电流值，有电风扇散热，是焊接0.5MM薄钢板或铁板，或焊接0.3MM直径的钢支或铁支的好交流微型焊机。

本发明涉及一种微型交流电焊机。
背景技术
目前焊接0.5MM以下直径的铁支，或焊接0.5厚的钢板，都需要用到小型的电焊机。但机电市场上销售的微型交流电焊机价钱昂贵。
发明内容
本发明一种微型脚流电焊机，公开一种结构简单、使用方便、体重轻巧的微型交流电焊机，可以用于如电风扇的安全保护罩之类的小直径产品，可以焊接0.5MM的金属薄板。
一种微型交流电焊机，其电路由焊接电流指示电路、焊接风冷电路、焊接变压器和焊把电路组成。

附图是一种微型交流电焊机的电路原理图。
具体实施方式
如附图所示，T1是单相全桥整流器，其交流输入端，一端接到L端，另一端接到焊接变压器的初级线圈一端，再由初级线圈的另一端接到N端。
如附图所示，VT、R1、R2、R3、R4、R5、C1、X、A组成微型交流电焊机的焊接电流调节电路。其中VT、R2、R3、R4、R5、C1组成弛张振荡式振荡电路，VT的型号为BT33F；X是单向晶闸管；A是电流表，用作指示微型交流电焊机的焊接电流值；R5是可调电阻，调节R5的阻值即可改变微型交流电焊机的焊接电流值。
如附图所示，B2是降压变压器，又叫焊接变压器，容量在300W以上，把交流电220V变为约4V，即B2的次级电压为约4V供两只焊把GN、ND的工作电流。
如附图所示，B1、T2、C2、D组成微型交流电焊机的散热电路，其中B1是降压变压器，把交流220V强低为12V，T1是整流器将交流电12V变成脉动的直流电，再由滤波电路C2滤波，将脉动的直流电变为比较平滑的直流电供给点风扇D的工作电流。
微型交流电焊机，其接通电源后即可工作，可以焊接厚度在0.5MM以下的薄钢或铁板，可以焊接直径为0.3MM的铁支或钢支，是一种焊接小物件的交流好焊机。

Claims (1)

1.一种微型交流电焊机，其构造有整流器电路、变压器电路、弛张振荡式振荡电路和电风扇电路组成；所述整流电路由单相桥式整流器组成，整流器的输入电源一边接到交流线的“L”线上；另一边接到变压器的初级线圈的一端，再由初级线圈的另一端接到电源的“N”线上；所述的弛张振荡式振荡器由单晶体管，型号为BT33F，其输出端引接到单向晶闸管的触发极G；所述的电风扇电路由微型直流DC12V电风扇组成，其作用是对微型电焊机的变压器进行风冷散热。
