本发明涉及检测设备技术领域,尤其是一种通用检验筛。
背景技术
标准检验筛是一种实验室筛分机,又称试验筛、分样筛、分析筛,主要用于大学的实验室、研究所或者一些公司内部的实验室用的。现有检验筛结构固定,功能单一,筛网规格固定,需要频繁更换,比较麻烦。
发明内容
为了克服现有的上述的不足,本发明提供了一种通用检验筛。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种通用检验筛,包括筛筒和设置在筛筒内部的筛网,筛筒一侧均布自动收卷辊,筛筒另一侧对应自动收卷辊设有扣件,筛网卷绕在自动收卷辊上。
本发明的有益效果是,结构简单,操作方便,工作稳定可靠,实现对多种规格产品的检验,省去了频繁更换的麻烦,有效提高设备检验效率。

具体实施方式
如图1是本发明的结构示意图,一种通用检验筛,包括筛筒1和设置在筛筒1内部的筛网2,筛筒1一侧均布自动收卷辊3,筛筒1另一侧对应自动收卷辊3设有扣件4,筛网2卷绕在自动收卷辊3上。根据使用需求将相应自动收卷辊3上的筛网2拉出固定在另一边的扣件4上实现检验,方便快捷。

1.一种通用检验筛,包括筛筒(1)和设置在筛筒(1)内部的筛网(2),其特征是,所述筛筒(1)一侧均布自动收卷辊(3),筛筒(1)另一侧对应自动收卷辊(3)设有扣件(4),筛网(2)卷绕在自动收卷辊(3)上。
