本发明涉及铝基石墨烯水性丙烯酸树脂复合材料,包括铝基和石墨烯涂层,铝基的至少一侧设有石墨烯涂层,其中铝基厚度为0.05~0.5mm,石墨烯涂层厚度为1~10μm。本发明还涉及铝基石墨烯水性丙烯酸树脂复合材料的制备方法,其包括:步骤一,将石墨烯分散在二甲基乙醇胺中,进行超声波震荡形成母液;步骤二,将步骤一中获得的母液与水性丙烯酸树脂进行均匀混合形成混合液;步骤三,将步骤二获得混合液均匀的涂布在铝基上后进行烘干固化。本发明的铝基石墨烯水性丙烯酸树脂复合材料有着再加工性能好、占用空间小、造价低、节能效果佳的优点,可广泛应用于一般制冷、换热家用空调或者中央空调。

一种铝基石墨烯水性丙烯酸树脂复合材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及涂层铝箔材料领域,尤其涉及一种铝基石墨烯水性丙烯酸树脂复合材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
铝由于具有密度小、导热性好、易于加工、无味、环保及价格低廉等优点被广泛使用,用铝箔制作空调换热器导热翅片材就是其中的一个代表。随着我国经济的发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,空调的普及率逐年提高。空调正逐步向小型化、高效能、高寿命方向发展,而空调换热片也相应向超薄及高强度方向发展。
此外,为了提高空调的寿命、降低耗电量、改善通风质量和提高制冷效果,又相继开发了具有各种功能的涂层换热片。
现有的涂层铝箔存在导热、散热效果差,发射率低,节能效果差、的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种铝基石墨烯水性丙烯酸树脂复合材料,同时提出该铝基石墨烯水性丙烯酸树脂复合材料的制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的铝基石墨烯水性丙烯酸树脂复合材料包括铝基和石墨烯涂层,所述铝基的至少一侧设有石墨烯涂层,其中所述铝基厚度为0.05~0.5mm,所述石墨烯涂层厚度为1~10μm。
进一步的,在所述铝基的上下两侧都设有石墨烯涂层。
进一步的,所述石墨烯涂层中包含石墨烯和水性丙烯酸树脂。
进一步的,石墨烯在石墨烯涂层中的重量占比为千分之二到千分之十。
本发明还提供一种铝基石墨烯水性丙烯酸树脂复合材料的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
步骤一,将石墨烯分散在二甲基乙醇胺中,进行超声波震荡形成母液;
步骤二,将步骤一中获得的母液与水性丙烯酸树脂进行均匀混合,形成混合液;
步骤三,涂布固化,将步骤二获得混合液均匀的涂布在铝基上,而后进行烘干固化。
进一步的,超声波频率为10~30kHZ,震荡时间0.3~5小时。
进一步的,所述固化时间为10~30s,固化温度为:180~230℃,在隧道机中进行烘干。
石墨烯涂层的具体厚度依据扩散性能要求、加工要求调整石墨烯的含量,过厚影响铝基的扩散效果,过薄起不到作用。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的铝基石墨烯水性丙烯酸树脂复合材料有着再加工性能好,导热,散热系数,发射率高,节能效果佳的的优点,可广泛应用于一般制冷、换热家用空调或者中央空调,调节温度150度以上。

具体实施方式
结合图1, 本发明的铝基石墨烯水性丙烯酸树脂复合材料包括铝基1和石墨烯涂层2,所述铝基1的至少一侧设有石墨烯涂层2,其中所述铝基1厚度为0.05~0.5mm,所述石墨烯涂层2厚度为1~10μm。本实施例优选地,在所述铝基1的上下两侧都设有石墨烯涂层2。优选的,铝基1的厚度为0.1-0.3mm,石墨烯涂层2厚度为3-8μm
进一步的,所述石墨烯涂层2中包含石墨烯和水性丙烯酸树脂。
进一步的,石墨烯在石墨烯涂层2中的重量占比为千分之二到千分之十。具体的重量占比,可以随着产品的性能需求的改变而进行变动。
本发明还提供一种铝基石墨烯水性丙烯酸树脂复合材料的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
步骤一,将石墨烯分散在二甲基乙醇胺中,进行超声波震荡形成母液;
步骤二,将步骤一中获得的母液与水性丙烯酸树脂进行均匀混合,形成混合液;
步骤三,涂布固化,将步骤二获得混合液均匀的涂布在铝基1上,而后进行烘干固化。
进一步的,超声波频率为10~30kHZ,震荡时间0.3~5小时。最佳为超声波频率20kHZ, 震荡时间3小时。具体的,可以随着频率的改变而改变震荡时间。
进一步的,所述固化时间为10~30s,固化温度为:180~230℃,在隧道机中进行烘干。最佳为,固化时间20s,固化温度220℃,兼顾效率与产品质量。
石墨烯涂层2的具体厚度依据扩散性能要求、加工要求调整石墨烯的含量,过厚影响铝基的扩散效果,过薄起不到作用。
本发明的铝基石墨烯水性丙烯酸树脂复合材料有着再加工性能好、占用空间小、造价低、节能效果佳的的优点,可广泛应用于一般制冷、换热家用空调或者中央空调。经实验验证,在25℃加温,发射率可达0.9以上,是普通铝材的3倍以上。

1.一种铝基石墨烯水性丙烯酸树脂复合材料,其特征在于:包括铝基和石墨烯涂层,所述铝基的上下两侧都设有石墨烯涂层,其中所述铝基厚度为0.05~0.5mm,所述石墨烯涂层厚度为1~10μm;所述石墨烯涂层中包含石墨烯和水性丙烯酸树脂;所述石墨烯在石墨烯涂层中的重量占比为千分之二到千分之十;所述铝基石墨烯水性丙烯酸树脂复合材料的制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一,将石墨烯分散在二甲基乙醇胺中,进行超声波震荡形成母液;
步骤二,将步骤一中获得的母液与水性丙烯酸树脂进行均匀混合,形成混合液;
步骤三,涂布固化,将步骤二获得混合液均匀的涂布在铝基上,而后进行烘干固化。
2.如权利要求1所述的铝基石墨烯水性丙烯酸树脂复合材料,其特征在于,超声波频率为10~30kHZ,震荡时间0.3-5小时;所述固化时间为10~30s,固化温度为:180~230℃,在隧道机中进行烘干。
