本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案：它组成成分有：珍珠液85％、冰片3％、维生素B62.4％、牛磺酸1.2％、门冬氨酸0.5％、氯霉素0.2％、盐酸奈甲唑林0.3％、甘草酸二钾0.4％。
珍珠有明目去翳和增视的作用；冰片有清热通窍、消肿止痛的作用；维生素B6外用可改善局部神经功能并减轻炎症反应。牛磺酸是一种特殊的氨基酸，是人体必不可少的一种营养元素，有维护健康的功效。科学研究发现牛磺酸对眼睛、肺、肝脏、胃肠等都有保护作用。此外，牛磺酸还可以提高人体免疫力，维持心脏功能，使血液循环正常化，从而消除疲劳。门冬氨酸对肝脏和肌肉有保护作用；盐酸萘甲唑啉可以直接刺激血管上的受体而引起血管收缩，从而减轻炎症所致的充血和水肿；甘草酸二钾能阻止组胺的释放，有抗炎、抗过敏、保湿等功效。
