技术领域
本发明涉及一种方便组合、拆卸的光缆,具体涉及一种并行式拉链光缆。
背景技术
目前很多机房、仓库内的通信布线都特别乱,一团乱麻,给维修和日常保养带来了很大的麻烦。有些机房整理的比较好,也是需要用很多的扎带一圈又一圈的将光缆整理好。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种方便自由组合、拆卸的光缆。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种并行式拉链光缆,光缆外侧包裹一层LSZH护套;护套两侧镶嵌有拉链拉齿。
其中,光缆中心为直径250μm的光纤;光纤外面包覆一层PVC紧包;光纤包覆紧包后直径为900μm;紧包外围包裹5根930杜邦芳纶。
上述拉链拉齿为多段,沿长度方向均匀分布在护套两侧。每段拉链拉齿长0.9米,相邻两段拉链拉齿之间间隔0.1米。每段拉链拉齿下端设有插管,上端设有上止码部。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明利用拉链拉齿,可以方便的将多根光缆自由组合或拆卸,同时光缆外侧的护套可以保护光缆、利于拉链拉齿的镶嵌。本发明通过拉链拉齿对多根光缆自由组合,可以有效避免因光缆种类、数量过多而造成机房、基站线路混乱的情况。对于老机房或老项目进行改造扩建时,使用并行拉链光缆可以很方便的改造。同时拉链光缆也可以很好的用于架空光缆的布线,扩容扩建时,只需在原有的架空线路上并行连接拉链光缆即可。

图中,1-光纤,2-紧包,3-芳纶,4-护套,5-拉链拉齿,6-光缆,7-拉链拉头,9-上止码部,10-插管。
具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明拉链光缆,使用一根直径250μm的光纤1,外面被覆一层PVC紧包2至总体直径为0.9mm,在紧包2外面包裹5根930杜邦芳纶3,组成光缆6。在杜邦芳纶3外面包裹一层LSZH(低烟无卤)护套4,护套两侧每间隔0.1米,镶嵌0.9米长的一段拉链拉齿5。如图3所示,每段拉链拉齿下端设有插管10,上端设有上止码部9。
结合图3,当需要将两根光纤进行组合时,采用双端拉头,从每段拉链拉齿下端的插管10装上,将拉链拉齿拉合,如图2所示。拉链拉齿的间隔分段设置,方便对所需拆卸或组合的部分进行单独改造布线。

1.一种并行式拉链光缆,其特征在于:所述光缆外侧包裹一层LSZH护套;所述护套两侧镶嵌有拉链拉齿。
2.根据权利要求1所述的并行式拉链光缆,其特征在于:所述光缆中心为直径250μm的光纤;所述光纤外面包覆一层PVC紧包;所述光纤包覆紧包后直径为900μm;所述紧包外围包裹5根930杜邦芳纶。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的并行式拉链光缆,其特征在于:所述拉链拉齿为多段,沿长度方向均匀分布在所述护套两侧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的并行式拉链光缆,其特征在于:每段拉链拉齿长0.9米,相邻两段拉链拉齿之间间隔0.1米。
5.根据权利要求3所述的并行式拉链光缆,其特征在于:每段拉链拉齿下端设有插管,上端设有上止码部。
