Abstract

本发明涉及一种带自除尘的太阳能路灯,包括底座、灯柱组件、振动杆、振动电机、太阳能电池板、灯源组件,底座内设有蓄电池、控制器,灯柱组件竖直设在底座上,灯柱组件包括两节以上的灯柱组成,相邻的两节灯柱通过抱箍连接装置相互紧固连接,顶端的灯柱上设有灯源组件、振动杆,振动杆通过抱箍连接装置连接设置在顶端的灯柱上部,振动杆上设有振动电机,振动杆上部设有太阳能电池板;通过太阳能电池板接收阳光发电并存储在蓄电池内,蓄电池给灯具供电照明,控制器设定时接通振动电机与蓄电池,振动电机产生震动,振动杆传递震动到太阳能电池板,太阳能电池板产生震动抖落其表面的灰尘,提高太阳能电池板表面的光照效果,从而增加发电量。

技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能领域,具体是涉及一种带自除尘的太阳能路灯。
背景技术
随着环境的恶化,太阳能路灯作为一种清洁无污染的灯具越来越广泛的应用到室外公共场所,但太阳能电池板上容易堆积灰尘,久而久之会慢慢降低太阳能电池板的发电效率,从而影响太阳能路灯的使用;并且现有的太阳能路灯杆的长度一般在5米以上,均为整体式结构,由于长度较长,运输时只能使用货车运输,在山区、林区等边远地区,运输特别不便,在批量较小的情况下,运输的难度大,成本高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种带自除尘的太阳能路灯。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供以下技术方案:一种带自除尘的太阳能路灯,包括底座、灯柱组件、振动杆、振动电机、太阳能电池板、灯源组件,所述的底座内设置有蓄电池、控制器,所述的灯柱组件竖直设置在底座上,所述的灯柱组件包括两节以上的灯柱组成,相邻的两节灯柱通过抱箍连接装置相互紧固连接,顶端的灯柱上设置有灯源组件、振动杆,所述的振动杆通过抱箍连接装置连接设置在顶端的灯柱上部,所述的振动杆上设置有振动电机,所述的振动杆上部设置有太阳能电池板,所述的太阳能电池板、灯具、控制器均与蓄电池相连,所述的控制器与振动电机相连。
优化的方案,所述的抱箍连接装置包括左右对称的抱紧体,所述的左右抱紧体中间形成容纳夹持物体时所需的柱状空腔,所述的抱紧体横截面为半环形,所述的抱紧体前后部设置有夹紧块,所述的夹紧块上设置有螺纹通孔,通过螺丝与夹紧块上的螺纹通孔配合将左右抱紧体连接。
进一步优化的方案,所述的灯源组件包括灯杆、灯具,所述的灯杆设置在顶端的灯柱上,所述的灯杆顶端设置有灯具。
进一步优化的方案,所述的灯柱、振动杆与抱箍连接装置之间设置有减震装置。
进一步优化的方案,所述的减震装置为橡胶减震管,所述的橡胶减震管套设于灯柱外面。
本发明与现有技术相比具有的有益效果是:通过太阳能电池板接收阳光发电并存储在蓄电池内,蓄电池给灯具供电照明,控制器设定时接通振动电机与蓄电池,振动电机产生震动,振动杆传递震动到太阳能电池板,太阳能电池板产生震动抖落其表面的灰尘,提高太阳能电池板表面的光照效果,从而增加发电量。

参照图1至图2可知,一种带自除尘的太阳能路灯,包括底座1、灯柱组件、振动杆2、振动电机3、太阳能电池板4、灯源组件,所述的底座1内设置有蓄电池5、控制器6,所述的灯柱组件竖直设置在底座1上,所述的灯柱组件包括两节以上的灯柱7组成,相邻的两节灯柱7通过抱箍连接装置相互紧固连接,所述的抱箍连接装置包括左右对称的抱紧体8,所述的左右抱紧体8中间形成容纳夹持物体时所需的柱状空腔,所述的抱紧体8横截面为半环形,所述的抱紧体8前后部都设置有夹紧块9,所述的夹紧块9上设置有螺纹通孔,通过螺丝与夹紧块9上的螺纹通孔配合将左右抱紧体8连接,顶端的灯柱7上设置有灯源组件、振动杆2,所述的灯源组件包括灯杆10、灯具11,所述的灯杆10设置在顶端的灯柱7上,所述的灯杆10顶端设置有灯具11,所述的振动杆2通过抱箍连接装置连接设置在顶端的灯柱7上部,所述的振动杆2上设置有振动电机3,所述的灯柱7、振动杆2与抱箍连接装置之间设置有减震装置,所述的减震装置为橡胶减震管12,所述的橡胶减震管12套设于灯柱7、振动杆2外面,橡胶减震管12的设置消除振动杆2的震动向灯柱7传递,避免产生噪音,为路灯附近创造一个安静的环境,所述的振动杆2上部设置有太阳能电池板4,所述的太阳能电池板4、灯具11、控制器6均与蓄电池5相连,所述的控制器6与振动电机3相连;通过太阳能电池板4接收阳光发电并存储在蓄电池5内,蓄电池5给灯具11供电照明,控制器6设定时接通振动电机3与蓄电池5,振动电机3产生震动,振动杆2传递震动到太阳能电池板4,太阳能电池板4产生震动抖落其表面的灰尘,提高太阳能电池板4表面的光照效果,从而增加发电量。

1.一种带自除尘的太阳能路灯,其特征在于:包括底座、灯柱组件、振动杆、振动电机、太阳能电池板、灯源组件,所述的底座内设置有蓄电池、控制器,所述的灯柱组件竖直设置在底座上,所述的灯柱组件包括两节以上的灯柱组成,相邻的两节灯柱通过抱箍连接装置相互紧固连接,顶端的灯柱上设置有灯源组件、振动杆,所述的振动杆通过抱箍连接装置连接设置在顶端的灯柱上部,所述的振动杆上设置有振动电机,所述的振动杆上部设置有太阳能电池板,所述的太阳能电池板、灯具、控制器均与蓄电池相连,所述的控制器与振动电机相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带自除尘的太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述的抱箍连接装置包括左右对称的抱紧体,所述的左右抱紧体中间形成容纳夹持物体时所需的柱状空腔,所述的抱紧体横截面为半环形,所述的抱紧体前后部设置有夹紧块,所述的夹紧块上设置有螺纹通孔,通过螺丝与夹紧块上的螺纹通孔配合将左右抱紧体连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带自除尘的太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述的灯源组件包括灯杆、灯具,所述的灯杆设置在顶端的灯柱上,所述的灯杆顶端设置有灯具。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种带自除尘的太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述的灯柱与抱箍连接装置之间设置有减震装置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种带自除尘的太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述的减震装置为橡胶减震管,所述的橡胶减震管套设于灯柱外面。
