本发明涉及一种复合管,属于塑料管技术领域。
背景技术
近年来,塑料管以其重量轻、价格低等优点,已被广泛替代金属管。交联聚乙烯管以其独有的性能以及低廉的价格,越来越多的被应用到室内外冷热水管道以及高温化学介质的输送领域,但是交联聚乙烯管刚性和强度较低,而且导热差,因此在作地下暖水管道时,不仅承压能力差,散热效果差,限制了其在这些领域的应用。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种复合管。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种复合管,包括管体和由导热金属丝编织而成的中空圆柱体管套,所述管套套住管体,所述管套的内壁通过黏合剂与管体的外壁黏合,所述管套的内壁与外壁之间从内向外依次设置有铝箔、橡胶层和防老化层。
所述管套的壁为网格状。
所述管套的外壁与防老化层的外表面齐平。
所述导热金属丝为铜、铝或铝合金。
所述管体为交联聚乙烯管。
所述铝箔和橡胶层之间还设置有一层海绵。
本发明所达到的有益效果:本发明的管套是由导热金属丝编织而成,通过管套不仅增强了承压能力,同时增强了散热效果。

如图1所示,一种复合管,包括管体1和管套2,管体1为交联聚乙烯管,管套2为由导热金属丝编织而成的中空圆柱体管套2,导热金属丝为铜、铝或铝合金,管套2的壁为网格状,管套2套住管体1,管套2的内壁通过黏合剂与管体1的外壁黏合,管套2的内壁与外壁之间从内向外依次设置有铝箔3、橡胶层4和防老化层5,铝箔3和橡胶层4之间还设置有一层海绵6,管套2的外壁与防老化层的外表面齐平。
上述复合管的管套2是由导热金属丝编织而成,通过管套2不仅增强了承压能力,同时增强了散热效果。

1.一种复合管,其特征在于:包括管体和由导热金属丝编织而成的中空圆柱体管套,所述管套套住管体,所述管套的内壁通过黏合剂与管体的外壁黏合,所述管套的内壁与外壁之间从内向外依次设置有铝箔、橡胶层和防老化层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合管,其特征在于:所述管套的壁为网格状。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种复合管,其特征在于:所述管套的外壁与防老化层的外表面齐平。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合管,其特征在于:所述导热金属丝为铜、铝或铝合金。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合管,其特征在于:所述管体为交联聚乙烯管。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合管,其特征在于:所述铝箔和橡胶层之间还设置有一层海绵。
