一种带隔层板的门板,由接触片一、接触片二、隔层板等组成,其特征是:门板底部内25cm处安装一条永磁限位杆,永磁限位杆下方内置一块隔层板,隔层板顶端安装永磁,隔层板左侧安装吸铁,电磁铁安装在门板底部内左侧,电磁铁电源端与接触片一连接,接触片一安装在门板左侧,接触片二安装在门框上,接触片二连接电源。当门板与门框相合时,接触片一与接触片二结合导电,电磁铁所产生的吸力大于永磁限位杆的吸力,隔层板左侧的吸铁与门板上的电磁铁吸合,隔层板被吸下来,开门时,门框与门板的接触片断开,电磁铁失去磁性,隔层板上的永磁向永磁限位杆吸合,隔层板上升。有益效果:实现了门板与门框结合时,隔层板自动进行密封的功能。

目前人们所使用的门都为标准型,门安装在门框上后,门下面与地板之间产生间隙,导致门板不具隔音和密封的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种带隔层板的门板,实现了门板与门框结合时,隔层板自动进行密封的功能。
本发明是以如下技术方案实现的:一种带隔层板的门板,由接触片一、接触片二、隔层板、电磁铁、吸铁、永磁限位杆、永磁、门框组成,其特征是:门板底部内25cm处安装一条永磁限位杆,永磁限位杆下方内置一块隔层板,隔层板顶端安装永磁,隔层板左侧安装吸铁,电磁铁安装在门板底部内左侧,电磁铁电源端与接触片一连接,接触片一安装在门板左侧,接触片二安装在门框上,接触片二连接电源。当门板与门框相合时,接触片一与接触片二结合导电,电磁铁所产生的吸力大于永磁限位杆的吸力,隔层板左侧的吸铁与门板上的电磁铁吸合,隔层板被吸下来,开门时,门框与门板的接触片断开,电磁铁失去磁性,隔层板上的永磁向永磁限位杆吸合,隔层板上升。借助接触片实现开关动作,来控制电磁铁吸合隔层板的下行作用。
所述的电磁铁安装位置离吸铁下端4cm处。
所述的门板内腔为空心。
所述的电源为变压器输出的24V直流电。
有益效果:实现了门板与门框结合时,隔层板自动进行密封的功能。

本发明一种带隔层板的门板,构造包括:接触片一1、接触片二2、隔层板3、电磁铁4、吸铁5、永磁限位杆6、永磁7、门框8。
在图1中,门板底部内25cm处安装一条永磁限位杆6,永磁限位杆6下方内置一块隔层板3,隔层板3顶端安装永磁7,隔层板3左侧安装吸铁5,电磁铁4安装在门板底部内左侧,电磁铁4电源端与接触片一1连接,接触片一1安装在门板左侧,接触片二2安装在门框8上,接触片二2连接电源。

1.一种带隔层板的门板,借助接触片实现开关动作,来控制电磁铁(4)吸合隔层板(3)的下行动作,其特征是,所述的隔层板安装在门板内,
所述的电磁铁的电源端与接触片一(1)连接,接触片一安装在门板左侧,接触片二(2)安装在门框上,接触片二连接电源,电磁铁安装在门板底部内左侧,
所述的隔层板上方设计一根永磁限位杆,并且,所述的隔层板顶端安装有永磁左侧安装吸铁,
当门板与门框相合时,接触片一与接触片二结合导电,电磁铁所产生的吸力大于永磁限位杆的吸力,隔层板左侧的吸铁与门板上的电磁铁吸合,隔层板被吸下来,开门时,门框与门板的接触片断开,电磁铁失去磁性,隔层板上的永磁向永磁限位杆吸合,隔层板上升。
