After all crimping processes complete, that is, crimping tool will not be re-used when workpiece is crimped, and can manually be depressed by control stick 311 and open manual relief valve 31, reduce further to make the pressure in pressurised chamber 26.Such as, when manual relief valve 31 is opened, the pressure in pressurised chamber 26 is reduced to the pressure roughly equal with the pressure in oil sac.By opening manual relief valve 31, the moving part of driver element 20 can be made to be back to its initial position.Or, in operating trouble or in emergency circumstances, also can manually open manual relief valve 31 by control stick 311, to make pressurised chamber 26 pressure release, thus the security of crimping tool can be guaranteed.
Owing to reducing the pressure in pressurised chamber 26 by hydraulic pressure releasing valve 32, therefore, again manually relief valve 31 pairs of pressurised chamber 26 further pressure release time, greatly can reduce to carry out manually operated power to relief valve 31, and/or the length of control stick 311 can be shortened.
As mentioned above, because the size of hydraulic cylinder less, plunger displacement pump can be integrated in cylinder body and can to adopt the motor of smaller size smaller, therefore, the structure of whole crimping tool of the present invention can be compacter, and weight is lighter, greatly facilitates hand-held thus.
