More specifically, the household appliance 10 may send a version query request to the cloud server 20 when determining that the wireless communication module of the household appliance is capable of communicating normally, where the version query request may include, but is not limited to, an identifier (e.g., MAC, etc.) of the household appliance 10, current version information of the household appliance 10, such as a version number of the current version, etc.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the triggering manner for the home appliance 10 to send the version query request to the cloud server 20 may be as follows: periodic and/or toggle buttons, real time, etc. That is to say, the household appliance 10 may send the version query request to the cloud server 20 at regular time, may also send the version query request to the cloud server 20 when receiving an operation of a user pressing a trigger button (such as an update button) and may also send the version query request to the cloud server 20 in real time, and it may be understood that the household appliance 10 may also send the version query request to the cloud server 20 through other trigger manners, which is not limited herein.
The cloud server 20 may be configured to determine whether the latest version of the home appliance 10 exists according to the current version information, and when it is determined that the latest version of the home appliance 10 exists, feed back the latest version information of the latest version to the home appliance 10, send a push message to the mobile terminal 30 configured with the home appliance 10 to prompt a user whether to allow the home appliance 10 to be upgraded, and send an upgrade allowing instruction to the home appliance 10 when receiving an operation input by the user, sent by the mobile terminal 30, for allowing the home appliance 10 to be upgraded. In the embodiment of the present invention, the latest version information may include, but is not limited to, a version number, a version file size, a total frame number, a size of each frame, and the like.
More specifically, after receiving the version query request sent by the home appliance 10, the cloud server 20 may extract the current version information of the home appliance 10 and the identifier of the home appliance 10 in the request, and determine whether the current version information is the latest version of the home appliance 10, that is, the latest version number of the home appliance 10 may be found from the cloud server 20 according to the identifier of the home appliance 10, and the latest version number is compared with the version number of the current version information, if the latest version number is consistent with the version number of the current version information, the current version of the home appliance 10 is considered to be the latest version, and the home appliance 10 does not need to be updated; if the latest version number is not consistent with the version number of the current version information, it can be considered that the latest version of the home appliance 10 exists in the cloud server 20.
When judging that the latest version of the home appliance 10 currently exists, the cloud server 20 may obtain information of the latest version from its own database, feed back the information of the latest version to the home appliance 10, and send a push message to the mobile terminal 30 configured with the home appliance 10, where the push message may be "firmware of the home appliance 10 is upgradable, and is allowed or not" to prompt a user whether to allow the home appliance 10 to be upgraded or not. In the embodiment of the present invention, the mobile terminal 30 may be a hardware device with various operating systems, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a personal digital assistant, and the like.
It is understood that, in the embodiment of the present invention, when it is detected that the user clicks to view the push message, the mobile terminal 30 may expand the push message, and provide the user with an allow button and a cancel button in the expansion interface, and the user may select the allow button and the cancel button according to the user's needs. When the user selects the permission button, the mobile terminal 30 may receive an operation of the user for allowing the home appliance 10 to perform an upgrade input, that is, an operation of the selection permission button, and may transmit the operation to the cloud server 20 to inform the user that the home appliance 10 is allowed to perform an upgrade.
The home appliance 10 may be further configured to send a version file download request to the cloud server 20 when receiving the upgrade permission instruction, and download the latest version of the file according to the version file download request and perform the upgrade according to the latest version of the file. It should be noted that, in an embodiment of the present invention, the home appliance 10 may download the latest version of the file in a frame-by-frame manner.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the specific implementation process of the household appliance 10 upgrading according to the latest version of the file may be as follows: and controlling the household appliance to reset, replacing the file of the original version with the file of the latest version, and controlling the household appliance to operate according to the file of the latest version. That is, the home appliance 10 may control the home appliance 10 to reset, and jump to the firmware program corresponding to the newly updated latest version of the file to run, so as to complete the upgrade operation of the home appliance 10.
In order to ensure that the upgraded version is correct and that it matches the household appliance 10, the latest version of the file may be checked before being upgraded according to the latest version of the file. In particular, in one embodiment of the present invention, the household appliance 10 may also be used to: before upgrading according to the file of the latest version, verifying the file of the latest version; if the file of the latest version passes the verification, upgrading according to the file of the latest version; and if the latest version of the file is not checked, clearing the number of the successfully downloaded frames. In the embodiment of the present invention, the latest version of the file may be checked by checking the CRC 32.
It should be noted that the end of the latest version of the file may include the CRC32 check code of the whole file, and the start of the latest version of the file may have address information (i.e. relative to the start of the file), a character string (the length of the character string is fixed) for distinguishing the model of the household appliance 10 to which the latest version of the file is applicable. It is understood that the address information and character string in the beginning of the latest version of the file can be included in the check range of the CRC32, so that the content of the upgrade file downloaded by the household appliance 10 can be ensured to be reliable and the household appliance 10 can be applied.
More specifically, the household appliance 10 may generate a CRC32 check code according to the address information and the character string in the beginning of the latest version of the file, and then match the CRC32 check code with the CRC32 check code included in the latest version of the file, if they are consistent, the latest version of the file may be considered to pass the check; if the files are inconsistent, the latest version of the file is not checked and the content of the file is not reliable, the downloaded frame number can be cleared, and the upgrading is finished.
Further, in an embodiment of the present invention, the household appliance 10 may be further configured to: in the process of downloading the latest version of the file according to the version file downloading request, when the interruption of the downloading process of the latest version of the file is detected, the number of downloaded frames is saved. More specifically, in the process of downloading the latest version of the file according to the version file download request, if the download process is interrupted, such as the user clicks to pause or cancel the download, or the network is interrupted, the home appliance 10 may save the number of frames that have been downloaded, so as to continue the download next time. Therefore, the function of intermittent continuous transmission is realized, the downloading time of the upgrade file is saved, and the upgrade efficiency is improved.
In the embodiment of the present invention, if the latest version of the downloaded file of the home appliance 10 supports breakpoint resuming, it is necessary to determine whether there is a downloaded frame number before downloading. Specifically, before downloading the latest version of the file according to the version file download request, the home appliance 10 may be further configured to: judging whether a part of the file of the latest version is downloaded; if yes, acquiring the serial number of a part of the frame numbers, and starting downloading from the next frame number according to the serial number; if not, the download is started from the first frame number of the latest version of the file. That is, before starting downloading, the household appliance 10 may check whether a part of the version of the upgrade file has already been downloaded (possibly, the last downloading is interrupted), and if so, continue downloading from the breakpoint; if not, the download is started.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the home appliance 10 may determine that a part of the latest version of the file has been downloaded in the following two ways: one way, the number of frames of the latest version can be judged whether the household appliance 10 exists, and if yes, a part of the file of the latest version is considered to be downloaded; in another way, the size of the folder in which the downloaded file is stored in the home appliance 10 may be determined, and if the size is greater than a certain threshold, a part of the file of the latest version may be downloaded, so that it can be understood that the precondition is that the updated version file is deleted by the home appliance 10, that is, the version file corresponding to the current update is deleted after the update of the home appliance 10 is successful.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the home appliance 10 downloads the latest version of the file frame by frame, that is, each time the home appliance 10 sends a frame of request, it needs to wait for the cloud server 20 to respond to the correct appliance fragment data before sending the next frame of request. If no reply is received over a period of time (e.g., timeout set to 15 s), or the contents of the reply message are incorrect, the home appliance 10 retransmits the download request of the frame, and the number of retransmissions is set to 5 at most. If the correct response message is not received after repeated retransmission, the home appliance 10 exits the downloading process and saves the number of downloaded file frames.
According to the control system of the household appliance, the version query request can be sent to the cloud server through the household appliance, the request comprises the current version information of the household appliance, when the cloud server judges that the latest version of the household appliance exists according to the current version information, the latest version information of the latest version can be fed back to the household appliance, a push message is sent to the mobile terminal configured with the household appliance to prompt a user whether the household appliance is allowed to be upgraded, an upgrade allowing instruction is sent to the household appliance when the operation of the user, sent by the mobile terminal, for allowing the household appliance to be upgraded is received, so that the household appliance downloads the version file, the upgrading is carried out according to the version file after the downloading is finished, the remote upgrading function of the household appliance is realized, and the maintenance of the household appliance by the user is facilitated, the use and maintenance cost of the household appliance is reduced, the upgrading of the main control software of the household appliance can be completed by the user, the viscosity of the product and the user is improved, and the user experience is improved.

Claims (10)

1. A control method of a household appliance is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps that a household appliance sends a version query request to a cloud server, wherein the version query request comprises current version information of the household appliance, and the household appliance sends the version query request to the cloud server in a triggering mode that: a regular trigger mode and/or a trigger button trigger mode; the household appliance is provided with a wireless communication module, and before the household appliance sends a version query request to a cloud server, the household appliance sends a networking state query command to the wireless communication module to detect whether the wireless communication module is normal or not;
the cloud server judges whether the latest version of the household appliance exists according to the current version information;
if the latest version of the household appliance exists, the cloud server feeds back the latest version information of the latest version to the household appliance, and sends a push message to a mobile terminal configured with the household appliance to prompt a user whether to allow the household appliance to be upgraded;
the cloud server sends an upgrade permission instruction to the household appliance when receiving an operation which is sent by the mobile terminal and is input by a user for permitting the household appliance to be upgraded; and
when the household appliance receives the upgrading permission instruction, sending a version file downloading request to the cloud server, downloading the latest version file in a frame-by-frame mode according to the version file downloading request, and upgrading according to the latest version file; the starting position of the latest version of file comprises address information, character strings and model information of household appliances for distinguishing the latest version of file, wherein the address information is used for indicating the starting point of a relative file; wherein, the downloading the latest version of the file in a frame-by-frame manner according to the version file downloading request comprises:
when the household appliance sends a frame request, the next frame request is sent after the cloud server responds to correct household appliance fragment data, if the reply is not received within a preset time or the content of the reply message is incorrect, the household appliance retransmits the downloading request of the frame, and if the correct reply message is not received after repeated retransmission, the household appliance quits the downloading process and saves the number of the downloaded file frames;
wherein before downloading the latest version of the file according to the version file download request, the method further comprises:
determining whether a portion of the latest version of the file has been downloaded;
if yes, acquiring the serial numbers of the frame numbers in the part, and starting downloading from the next frame number according to the serial numbers;
if not, starting to download from the first frame number of the file of the latest version;
wherein before upgrading according to the latest version of the file, the method further comprises:
generating a check code according to the address information, the character string and the applicable model information of the household appliance in the file of the latest version, and checking the file of the latest version based on the check code;
if the file of the latest version passes the verification, upgrading according to the file of the latest version;
and if the latest version of the file is not checked, clearing the number of the successfully downloaded frames.
2. The method of controlling home appliances according to claim 1, wherein the latest version information includes a version number, a version file size, a total frame number, and a size per frame.
3. The method for controlling a household appliance according to claim 1, wherein upgrading according to the latest version of the file specifically includes:
and controlling the household appliance to reset, replacing the file of the latest version with the file of the original version, and controlling the household appliance to operate according to the file of the latest version.
4. The method for controlling home appliances according to claim 1, wherein in downloading the latest version of the file according to the version file download request, the method further comprises:
and when detecting that the downloading process of the latest version of the file is interrupted, saving the number of downloaded frames.
5. The method of controlling a home appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the home appliance includes an electric fan, a heater, and a cooling fan.
6. A control system of a household appliance is characterized by comprising the household appliance, a cloud server and a mobile terminal, wherein,
the household appliance is used for sending a version query request to the cloud server, the version query request comprises current version information of the household appliance, and the triggering mode of sending the version query request to the cloud server by the household appliance is as follows: a regular trigger mode and/or a trigger button trigger mode; the household appliance is provided with a wireless communication module, and before the household appliance sends a version query request to a cloud server, the household appliance sends a networking state query command to the wireless communication module to detect whether the wireless communication module is normal or not;
the cloud server is used for judging whether the latest version of the household appliance exists according to the current version information, feeding back the latest version information of the latest version to the household appliance when judging that the latest version of the household appliance exists, sending a push message to a mobile terminal configured with the household appliance to prompt a user whether the household appliance is allowed to be upgraded or not, and sending an upgrade allowing instruction to the household appliance when receiving an operation of inputting the upgrade allowed by the user sent by the mobile terminal to the household appliance;
the household appliance is also used for sending a version file downloading request to the cloud server when the upgrading permission instruction is received, downloading the file of the latest version in a frame-by-frame mode according to the version file downloading request, and upgrading according to the file of the latest version; the starting position of the latest version of file comprises address information, character strings and model information of household appliances for distinguishing the latest version of file, wherein the address information is used for indicating the starting point of a relative file; wherein, the downloading the latest version of the file in a frame-by-frame manner according to the version file downloading request comprises:
when the household appliance sends a frame request, the next frame request is sent after the cloud server responds to correct household appliance fragment data, if the reply is not received within a preset time or the content of the reply message is incorrect, the household appliance retransmits the downloading request of the frame, and if the correct reply message is not received after repeated retransmission, the household appliance quits the downloading process and saves the number of the downloaded file frames;
wherein the household appliance is further configured to: before downloading the file of the latest version according to the version file downloading request, judging whether a part of the file of the latest version is downloaded, if so, acquiring the sequence number of the frame number in the part, and starting downloading from the next frame number according to the sequence number; if not, starting to download from the first frame number of the file of the latest version;
wherein the household appliance is further configured to:
before upgrading according to the latest version of the file, generating a check code according to address information, character strings and applicable model information of the household appliance in the latest version of the file, and checking the latest version of the file based on the check code;
if the file of the latest version passes the verification, upgrading according to the file of the latest version;
and if the latest version of the file is not checked, clearing the number of the successfully downloaded frames.
7. The control system of home appliances according to claim 6, wherein the latest version information includes a version number, a version file size, a total frame number, and a size per frame.
8. The control system of a household appliance according to claim 6, wherein the household appliance is specifically configured to:
