本发明公开了一种卡式防脱免扎水带接口,其特征在于:包括通用水带接口、配合接口、弹簧垫片和锁紧结构,所述配合接口和通用水带接口连接,所述通用水带接口的端部设有接口连接爪,所述通用水带接口上设有与配合接口相配合的外螺纹,所述配合接口上设有与通用水带接口相配合的内螺纹,所述配合接口的内部开有凹槽,所述凹槽上安装相配合的弹簧垫片,所述锁紧结构安装在通用水带接口的内部,锁紧结构包括按钮、弹簧、连杆和两个支撑块,所述按钮与连杆为一体结构,按钮压在弹簧的一端,弹簧的另一端固定在通用水带接口上的凸起上,两个支撑块分别固定在通用水带接口上,两个支撑块之间连接有杠杆,连杆搭在杠杆上。本发明一种卡式防脱免扎水带接口,既能使水压得到保证,还可使接口的连接满足防脱和免扎的要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种卡式防脱免扎水带接口。
背景技术
现有技术中,伴随社会的飞速发展,消防队面临的火灾救援任务也日益复杂;消防水带是火灾扑救中的必须品,尤其是在扑救大型火灾过程中水带的使用数量更多,进行火灾救援时,需铺设多盘水带,这时水带的连接尤为重要,连接处既要使水压得到保证,还需接口的连接具备防脱和免扎的功能,在此背景下,设计一款水带接口。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种既能使水压得到保证,还可使接口的连接具备防脱和免扎的功能。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:一种卡式防脱免扎水带接口,包括通用水带接口、配合接口、弹簧垫片和锁紧结构,所述配合接口和通用水带接口连接,所述通用水带接口的端部设有接口连接爪,所述通用水带接口上设有与配合接口相配合的外螺纹,所述配合接口上设有与通用水带接口相配合的内螺纹,所述配合接口的内部开有凹槽,所述凹槽上安装相配合的弹簧垫片,所述锁紧结构安装在通用水带接口的内部,锁紧结构包括按钮、弹簧、连杆和两个支撑块,所述按钮与连杆为一体结构,按钮压在弹簧的一端,弹簧的另一端固定在通用水带接口上的凸起上,两个支撑块分别固定在通用水带接口上,两个支撑块之间连接有杠杆,连杆搭在杠杆上。
所述卡式防脱免扎水带接口的端部的连接爪下端设有密封圈。
所述卡式防脱免扎水带接口的外螺纹前部为斜面结构。
所述锁紧机构的连杆的端面为斜面。
所述通用水带接口和配合接口采用两种连接方式,一种是螺纹连接,利用螺纹间隙压紧水带;另一种是利用内六角螺钉顶紧内置弹簧垫片,弹簧垫片压紧水带的连接方式。
本发明一种卡式防脱免扎水带接口,既能使水带连接具备防脱和免扎的功能,还可使接口的连接紧固且易拆卸。

具体实施方式
如图1至图7所示,卡式防脱免扎水带接口,包括通用水带接口1、配合接口2、弹簧垫片3和锁紧结构,配合接口2和通用水带接口1连接,通用水带接口1的端部设有接口连接爪5,连接爪5下端设有密封圈13,通用水带接口1上设有与配合接口2相配合的外螺纹6,外螺纹前部为斜面结构14,配合接口2上设有与通用水带接口相配合的内螺纹7,配合接口的内部开有凹槽8,凹槽8上安装相配合的弹簧垫片3,锁紧结构安装在通用水带接口的内部,锁紧结构包括按钮9、弹簧10、连杆11和两个支撑块12,按钮9与连杆11为一体结构,按钮9压在弹簧10的一端,弹簧10的另一端固定在通用水带接口上的凸起上,两个支撑块12分别固定在通用水带接口上,两个支撑块之间连接有杠杆17,连杆11搭在杠杆17上,连杆的端面为斜面,利用斜面实现接口在回转时只可单项回转,反向回转需要开启锁紧结构,通用水带接口与水带的连接采用两道工序实现免扎,第一道工序是利用公母口和配合接口之间的连接间隙锁紧水带16,公母口和配合接口之间的连接采用螺纹连接,将水带放在配合接口和公母口之间,利用螺纹的连接间隙,将水带布压紧;第二道工序是采用内六角螺钉顶紧弹簧垫片,弹簧垫片压紧水带的方式;在配合接口内部开有凹槽,凹槽上安装相配合的弹簧垫片,利用螺钉拧紧配合接口上部的弹簧垫片,弹簧垫片压紧水带16以达到压紧的目的。
本发明卡式防脱免扎水带接口,安装时,配合接口分别和通用水带接口连接,利用配合接口和接口的连接间隙压紧水带,配合接口和接口之间的连接分为两道工序,第一道工序是采用螺纹连接,将水带布放在配合螺纹之间,利用螺纹的旋转,将水带布压紧;第二道工序是利用螺纹拧紧原理将水带布连接,在水带接口内部开有凹槽,凹槽上安装相配合的弹簧垫片,利用内六角螺钉15拧紧弹簧垫片,弹簧垫片压紧水带达到压紧的目的,接口之间的连接采用快插旋转式,且在接口内部安装有杠杆,连杆一端安装有弹簧,在弹簧的作用下,连杆的一端被弹起,另一端被压低,压低的一端从凹槽内部凸出,阻碍接口回旋,防止接口回旋而脱离,在需要开启接口时,按下接口上的杠杆结构,弹簧所在一端被压低,另一端提升,在提升过程中绕着杠杆的支点旋转,恰好将凸出杆转回接口内部,这时可顺利开启接口,在连接两接口时,连杆的一端被弹起,另一端被压低,压低端的连杆端面为一斜面,在接口回转时,由于连杆端面为斜面且该斜面起导向作用,借助外力和斜面的导向作用将连杆压回槽内部,这时接口可正常回转,在连接爪远离连杆时,连杆在弹簧的作用下被压低,起到阻碍接口回旋的作用。

1.一种卡式防脱免扎水带接口,其特征在于:包括通用水带接口、配合接口、弹簧垫片和锁紧结构,所述配合接口和通用水带接口连接,所述通用水带接口的端部设有接口连接爪,所述通用水带接口上设有与配合接口相配合的外螺纹,所述配合接口上设有与通用水带接口相配合的内螺纹,所述配合接口的内部开有凹槽,所述凹槽上安装相配合的弹簧垫片,所述锁紧结构安装在通用水带接口的内部,锁紧结构包括按钮、弹簧、连杆和两个支撑块,所述按钮与连杆为一体结构,按钮压在弹簧的一端,弹簧的另一端固定在通用水带接口上的凸起上,两个支撑块分别固定在通用水带接口上,两个支撑块之间连接有杠杆,连杆搭在杠杆上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种卡式防脱免扎水带接口,其特征在于:所述通用水带接口的端部的连接爪下端设有密封圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种卡式防脱免扎水带接口,其特征在于:所述通用水带接口的外螺纹前部为斜面结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种卡式防脱免扎水带接口,其特征在于:所述锁紧机构的连杆端面为斜面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种快插式防脱免扎水带接口,其特征在于:所述通用水带接口和配合接口采用两种连接方式,一种是螺纹连接,利用螺纹间隙压紧水带;另一种是利用内六角螺钉顶紧内置弹簧垫片,弹簧垫片压紧水带的连接方式。
