Abstract
The invention discloses a high-strength packaging carton. The high-strength packaging carton comprises a carton body formed by multilayer paper boards in an integral complex pressing mode. The carton body comprises four side face boards and carton covers. Four walls of the carton are formed by the four side face boards in an enclosed mode. The carton covers are connected to the two ends of each side face board respectively and can be folded. A set of reinforcing ribs capable of being movably mounted and dismounted are arranged on the outer surface of each side face board. The paper boards constituting the carton body each comprise a honeycomb paper layer, a crush resistance layer, a corrugated paper layer and a waterproof layer from inside to outside in sequence. In addition, four supporting strips are vertically mounted at the four corners in the carton body respectively. According to the high-strength packaging carton, the transverse bearing capacity of the carton body can be improved by the reinforcing ribs arranged on the four side face boards in a crossed mode while the longitudinal bearing capacity of the carton body can be improved by the supporting strips mounted at the four corners in the carton body; the carton body is formed by the multilayer paper boards in the complex pressing mode, and the strength of the carton body is further improved through the crush resistance layers. Compared with the prior art, the high-strength packaging carton has the characteristics of being high in load-bearing capacity and strength and excellent in water and moisture resistance, and is simple in structure and high in practicality.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a carton for packaging, in particular to a high-strength packaging carton.
Background
The carton is the most widely used packing product, and the carton is because the low price, low in production cost can cyclic utilization and receives people's liking. Although the carton is convenient to use, the carton is made of paper, so that the compression strength of the carton is weak. To ensure better compression resistance of the carton, the quality and production process of the carton paperboard need to be improved, which needs to improve the content of high-quality fibers in the carton paperboard, wherein the high-quality fibers are derived from wood with better quality, and the wood with better wood quality is used for manufacturing higher-grade furniture.
The existing paper box paperboard generally adopts waste paper and other fibers which are used for the second time, the mechanical property of the fibers is reduced after the fibers are used for the first time, the bearing capacity and the strength of the paper box paperboard made of the fibers are poor, and the service life is short. Meanwhile, the carton is easy to damp and deform, particularly, the corners of the carton are easy to wear and damage in the packaging, unloading and moving processes. And the waterproof and moistureproof performance of the carton is poor, which affects the protection effect of the carton on articles in the carton.

In the above scheme, in order to improve the strength of the wall body of the carton, the compression-resistant layer can be a copper plate paper layer coated with nano calcium carbonate on the surface.
In the scheme, the waterproof layer can be a high-density polyethylene film, and the thickness of the waterproof layer is 0.1-0.3 mm.

2. the outermost waterproof layer of the box body is a waterproof layer, waterproof adhesive tapes are bonded at two ends of each side panel, the waterproof and moisture-proof properties of the box body are improved, the honeycomb paper layer is arranged to improve the shock resistance of the carton, and the packaging carton has the advantages of being simple in structure and high in practicability.

The invention is further illustrated but not limited by the following description of specific embodiments in connection with the accompanying drawings.
As shown in figure 1, a high strength packing carton comprises a carton body 1 formed by integrally laminating and pressing a plurality of layers of paperboards, wherein the carton body 1 comprises four side panels enclosing four walls of the carton and a box cover which is respectively connected with two ends of the side panels and can be turned and folded, and a group of reinforcing ribs 3 which can be movably disassembled and assembled are arranged on the outer surface of each side panel. The reinforcing ribs 3 are two nylon ropes or elastic ropes which are mutually crossed and connected to the opposite angles of the side panels. A waterproof adhesive tape 4 is bonded at the upper end and the lower end of each side panel, and the specific structure of the waterproof adhesive tape 4 can be a transparent adhesive tape.
All vertically install a support bar 2 at four inside corners of box 1, the setting of support bar 2 can improve the vertical bearing capacity of carton. The supporting bars 2 can be hard plastic bars or wood bars with smooth surfaces, and can be vertically arranged on corners inside the box body 1 in an adhesion mode or a clamping mode.

the anti-compression layer 7 is a copper plate paper layer coated with nano calcium carbonate on the surface, and can be made of other high-strength materials with anti-compression effect. The waterproof layer 5 is a high-density polyethylene film, and the thickness of the waterproof layer is 0.1-0.3 mm.
