Abstract
本发明涉及一种耐磨织带,其包括织带本体,所述织带本体的表面设有耐磨层,所述耐磨层包括层叠设置的第一耐磨层和第二耐磨层,所述第一耐磨层为设置于织带本体表面的聚酯纤维层,所述第二耐磨层由聚氨酯弹性纤维与聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维混纺而成。本耐磨织带在织带本体的表面设置了两层耐磨层,通过分别对这两层耐磨层材料的优化,提高了织带的磨损性,使得织带不易磨损、使用寿命长。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种织带,尤其涉及一种耐磨织带。
背景技术
织带是以各种纱线为经、纬线相互交织制成的平状织物或管状织物。带织物品种繁多,广泛用于服饰、鞋材、箱包、工业、农业、军需、交通运输等各产业部门,对中国纺织产业的结构调整与优化,起到了举足轻重的作用,对中国经济贡献率也越来越大,但是,现有的织带耐磨性差,易磨损,且现有的织带不具有织带磨损度安全警示的设计,作业人员一般只凭借主观经验来在判定织带的磨损度,以判定织带是否需要更换,这种判定方式主观意识强,准确度差,易产生误判的现象,常出现织带磨损不严重却被提前换掉的现象,造成资源浪费,或者出现织带磨损严重却没有更换而继续使用的现象,导致安全事故的发生。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对技术现状提供一种耐磨性能优且使用寿命长的耐磨织带。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种耐磨织带,包括织带本体,所述织带本体的表面设有耐磨层,所述耐磨层包括层叠设置的第一耐磨层和第二耐磨层,所述第一耐磨层为设置于织带本体表面的聚酯纤维层,所述第二耐磨层由聚氨酯弹性纤维与聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维混纺而成。
其中,所述第一耐磨层的厚度为织带本体厚度的10~30%,例如15%、20%、25%,所述第二耐磨层的厚度为织带本体厚度的5~15%,例如8%、10%、12%。
其中,所述第一耐磨层与织带本体之间设有第一隔氧层,所述第一隔氧层由无碱玻璃丝与陶瓷纤维编织而成。
其中,所述第一隔氧层与织带本体之间设有防霉层,所述防霉层的表面涂覆有竹炭纤维丝。
其中,所述第二耐磨层的表面设有层叠的第二隔氧层和阻燃层,所述第二隔氧层设于第二耐磨层的表面。
其中,所述第二隔氧层为低烟无卤聚烯烃层。
其中,所述阻燃层由有机磷系阻燃涤纶纤维编织而成。
其中,所述第二隔氧层的厚度为第二耐磨层厚度的10~30%,例如15%、20%、25%,所述阻燃层的厚度为第二耐磨层厚度的20~50%,例如25%、30%、35%、40%、45%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本耐磨织带在织带本体的表面设置了两层耐磨层,通过分别对这两层耐磨层材料的优化,提高了织带的磨损性,使得织带不易磨损、使用寿命长。本发明的织带可用于工业、商业、军事、航空等领域中,例如起重吊带、牵引带、捆绑用织带、安全带等,上述应用都对织带的耐磨性具有一定的要求。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
本实施例的耐磨织带,包括织带本体1,织带本体1具体相对的第一表面和第二表面,为了便于理解,下述的织带本体1的表面意指织带本体1的第一表面,当然织带本体1的第二表面对称设置有相同的结构,本实施例只描述织带本体1的第一表面上的结构,如图1所示。
织带本体1的表面从内至外依次层叠设置有防霉层2、第一隔氧层3、第一耐磨层4、第二耐磨层5、第二隔氧层6和阻燃层7。其中防霉层2的表面涂覆有竹炭纤维丝,进一步增强织带的防霉效果;第一隔氧层3由无碱玻璃丝与陶瓷纤维编织而成,具体地,第一隔氧层涂覆于织带本体1的表面;第一耐磨层4为设置于第一隔氧层3表面的聚酯纤维层,具体地,聚酯纤维层涂覆在第一隔氧层3表面,第二耐磨层5由聚氨酯弹性纤维与聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维混纺而成;第二隔氧层6为低烟无卤聚烯烃层;阻燃层7由有机磷系阻燃涤纶纤维编织而成。
其中,第一耐磨层4的厚度为织带本体1厚度的10~30%,第二耐磨层5的厚度为织带本体1厚度的5~15%,第二隔氧层6的厚度为第二耐磨层5厚度的10~30%,阻燃层7的厚度为第二耐磨层5厚度的20~50%。第一耐磨层4、第二耐磨层5、第二隔氧层6、阻燃层7的厚度在上述范围内可调,其中,第二隔氧层6、阻燃层7的厚度根据第二耐磨层5的厚度做相应调整,而第一耐磨层4与第二耐磨层5的厚度之间无特定的比例关系,只需位于上述范围内即可。
实施例2
本实施例的耐磨织带的结构如图2所示,其与实施例1不同之处在于:织带本体1与第一隔氧层3之间没有设置防霉层。本实施例的耐磨织带虽然同样保证了耐磨性,但是其防霉效果不如实施例1。
实施例3
本实施例的耐磨织带的结构如图3所示,其与实施例1不同之处在于:阻燃层7与第二耐磨层5之间没有设置第二隔氧层,即只在防霉层2与第一耐磨层4之间设置了第一隔氧层3。
实施例4
本实施例的耐磨织带的结构如图4所示,其与实施例1不同之处在于:织带本体1的表面只设置了耐磨层,而没有设置防霉层、第一隔氧层、第二隔氧层和阻燃层。与实施例1相比,本实施例的织带只具有耐磨性,但是防霉、阻燃性不足。

1.一种耐磨织带,包括织带本体(1),其特征在于:所述织带本体(1)的表面设有耐磨层,所述耐磨层包括层叠设置的第一耐磨层(4)和第二耐磨层(5),所述第一耐磨层(4)为设置于织带本体(1)表面的聚酯纤维层,所述第二耐磨层(5)由聚氨酯弹性纤维与聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维混纺而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨织带,其特征在于:所述第一耐磨层(4)的厚度为织带本体(1)厚度的10~30%,所述第二耐磨层(5)的厚度为织带本体(1)厚度的5~15%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨织带,其特征在于:所述第一耐磨层(4)与织带本体(1)之间设有第一隔氧层(3),所述第一隔氧层(3)由无碱玻璃丝与陶瓷纤维编织而成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的耐磨织带,其特征在于:所述第一隔氧层(3)与织带本体(1)之间设有防霉层(2),所述防霉层(2)的表面涂覆有竹炭纤维丝。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨织带,其特征在于:所述第二耐磨层(5)的表面设有层叠的第二隔氧层(6)和阻燃层(7),所述第二隔氧层(6)设于第二耐磨层(5)的表面。
6.根据权利要求5所述的耐磨织带,其特征在于:所述第二隔氧层(6)为低烟无卤聚烯烃层。
7.根据权利要求5所述的耐磨织带,其特征在于:所述阻燃层(7)由有机磷系阻燃涤纶纤维编织而成。
8.根据权利要求5所述的耐磨织带,其特征在于:所述第二隔氧层(6)的厚度为第二耐磨层(5)厚度的10~30%,所述阻燃层(7)的厚度为第二耐磨层(5)厚度的20~50%。
