Background
The photoelectric switch is used for detecting the position of glass in a low-radiation magnetron sputtering coated glass production line. The photoelectric switches are arranged on two sides of the cavity, the transmitting end and the receiving end are distributed, the transmitting end transmits signals (laser and the like), if no glass exists between the photoelectric switches, the signals can be received by the receiving end, and if glass passes through the middle of the photoelectric switches, the receiving end can not receive the signals. These signals are fed back to the CPU, which sends out relevant instructions to control the action of the film coating line.
According to the use requirement of the photoelectric switch, the signals (such as laser) sent by the transmitting end are parallel to the glass and the roller way, and the height of the signals is slightly higher than the lower surface of the glass, so that the signals can be blocked when the thin glass passes through the device. The position of the photoelectric switch is adjustable.
The installation structure of the photoelectric switch in the common low-radiation magnetron sputtering coated glass production line is complex, and the adjustment is difficult. The stability is poor in the use, and the phenomenon that glass is not detected often occurs.

As shown in the figure, the photoelectric switch installation adjusting system according to the embodiment of the invention comprises a guide rail, a sliding block, a support frame, an adjusting nut bolt, a first fixing screw, a second fixing screw and a third fixing screw, wherein the guide rail is fixed by the third fixing screw, the sliding block is placed in a groove of the guide rail so as to freely slide, the sliding block is fixed on the guide rail by the second screw, the support frame is installed on the sliding block and fixed by the first screw, the photoelectric switch is vertically fixed on the support frame, and the height of the support frame is finely adjusted by adjusting the adjusting nut so as to align a transmitting end and a receiving end.
The working face of the guide rail is provided with a trapezoid chute, and the bottom of the guide rail is provided with a plurality of mounting holes. The section of the sliding block is trapezoid. The bottom of the sliding block is provided with a long rectangular groove. Three threaded holes are formed in the left side of the sliding block.
