本装置的风机部分就象壁挂空调室内机的贯流风扇,把贯流风扇装成直立的,不受风向的限制,利用多方来风吹动风扇转动带动发电机完成发电。

具体实施方式
在风电场开挖机基槽,浇灌钢筋混凝土基座;将多个稳定立柱依据需要逐个固定在基座上,机台牢固的固定在数根稳定立柱上,必须牢固水平,确保施工和运行的安全顺利,龙门横梁是本装置很高的部件;稳定立柱需要两根或数根接起,就用螺柱把稳定立柱铆头连结;把龙门横梁水平的固定在稳定立柱上;龙门横梁的中心点与机台的中心点垂直对应在一条直线上;风扇轴上端轴承座固定在龙门横梁中心点,下端轴承座固定在机台中心点;风扇轴的下端适当部位装轴套:轴套同风扇轴是一体的,在机台上装一个或多个发电机;发电机动力橡胶轮与轴套接触。风吹风叶,贯动风扇筒转动轴套随风轴转动,发电机动力橡胶轴随轴套转动,发电机转动从而完成发电。

1.名称:直立式贯流风扇型风力发电装置。
2.本装置的风扇,就象分体壁挂空调室内机的贯流风扇,将风扇直立安装,能利用各个方向的来风,不受风向限制,风吹动风扇,风扇转动,通过传动系统带动发电机转动,完成发电。
3.总体结构:构架部分有基座、稳定立柱、机台、龙门横梁、安全梯等构成;动力部分有轴承、轴承座、贯流风扇圆筒、风叶、风扇轴、轴套等构成;发电部分有发电机、发电机动力橡胶轮等构成。
4.本装置对环境破坏较小,噪音低;风电厂除基座外,其他土方施工特别少,部件较小,较轻,不需要大型吊装机械,农村建民房小型设备即可完成安装,因而不需修施工大路,便道农用小道即可。
5.本装置成本低廉,施工安装快,投产快、维护和保养方便省钱,运营成本低,效律高,投资成本回收快,投产到回本一般3-5年;大部分部件工厂化生产,采用传统和新型两种材料;依据现场堪测实际状况,绘出图纸,工厂依据图纸生产部件;现场依顺续施工安装;在山地、岛屿、滩涂、沼泽、戈壁滩等地形和气象恶劣的地方,可采用人扛、马拖、畜拉,用小车、牛车、舢板、八犁等原始办法和原始工具也可以完成装机。
