Abstract
本发明公开了一种直插式扶手栏杆连接装置,其上扶手和下横档上分别均匀、对称的设置有若干个用于安装扶手栏杆的预留孔;下横档的两端分别通过连接件安装在两根立柱的下端之间;连接件为一矩形框,其内部中间位置设置有凸台,其下部两侧上分别设置有一个开口支撑条;下横档为中空的矩形管,下横档的两端插入连接件的内框,并套装在凸台上;且两个开口支撑条边缘之间的宽度大于下横档的宽度。本发明采用的直插式扶手栏杆连接装置,可用于已安装的立柱,上扶手,下横档形成的围栏框架,然后只要直接插入扶手栏杆,再按规定方式连接即可。其整个连接过程都为无焊接过程,美观安全且组装方便省力,无需过多的辅助工作即可完成。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种栏杆连接装置,尤其涉及一种直插式扶手栏杆连接装置,属于围栏领域。
背景技术
现有围栏系统中,常用的扶手栏杆的安装方法比较复杂、繁琐,有的需要在现场把扶手栏杆与上扶手和下横档焊接起来,但需要进行焊接后的外观处理;有的是先把若干根扶手栏杆做成整体,然后在现场拼接,但整体栏杆结构一是体积大,二是拼接尺寸无法调节。这些都给现场安装带来了很大的麻烦,也需要很大的人力和物力。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提出一种拆装方便、安全、美观的直插式扶手栏杆连接装置。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:一种直插式扶手栏杆连接装置,包括围栏框架以及均匀设置在围栏框架内的若干根扶手栏杆;所述围栏框架是由两根立柱、上扶手和下横档共同组成的一个方形框;所述围栏框架以及扶手栏杆都为中空管体;位于每根立柱的下端周围设置有若干个拉铆螺母;
所述上扶手和下横档上分别均匀、对称的设置有若干个用于安装扶手栏杆的预留孔;所述下横档的两端分别通过连接件安装在两根立柱的下端之间;所述连接件为一矩形框,其内部中间位置设置有凸台,其下部两侧上分别设置有一个开口支撑条;所述下横档为中空的矩形管,下横档的两端插入连接件的内框,并套装在凸台上;且两个开口支撑条边缘之间的宽度大于下横档的宽度。
在安装下横档的时候,将下横档直接插入连接件的内框内,套在凸台上,这样可以起到下横档的初步定位,防止下横档装偏。
作为优选,所述下横档的两端上分别设置有一个垫片,所述垫片为U型件,其套接在下横档的下部上;所述垫片的宽度大于两个开口支撑条边缘之间的宽度。
当下横档定位好后,把其向上抬起,将垫片向前滑至连接件的内框内,并落在开口支撑条上,这样就可以将下横档固定好在连接件内了,开口支撑条起到了支撑的作用,用U型件将下横档托起,并放置在连接件内,十分方便。
作为优选,所述扶手栏杆的两端分别嵌套有上塑套和下塑套,上塑套安装在上扶手的预留孔内,下嵌套安装在下横档的预留孔内,且上塑套的长度大于下塑套的长度。
作为优选,所述上扶手为复合型型材,复合型型材可以为软挤塑层+铝基材,或装饰性薄金属层+铝基材,目的是当在上扶手外加各种材料的包覆层以后,可以有更好的握持舒适性,同时,立柱上的包覆层还可以做各种装饰性表面处理,使上扶手看上去更典雅,美观。
作为优选,所述连接件上还设置有若干个螺孔,并通过防拆螺钉将组装好后的下横档进行固定,当下横档定位组装好后,用防拆螺钉将其固定,防止了盗拆围栏的情况发生,十分安全,且下横档直接插入连接件内,不需要焊接或者外露下横档,看起来也十分美观。
作为优选,所述立柱为中空的矩形管,且立柱的下端四个面上分别设置有一个拉铆螺母,所述拉铆螺母设置在立柱的不同方向上,其可以根据立柱连接的要求,安装一个或者多个方向的连接件,当然立柱也可以为圆柱形管体。
本发明的有益效果:本发明采用的直插式扶手栏杆连接装置,可用于已安装的立柱,上扶手,下横档形成的围栏框架,然后只要直接插入扶手栏杆,再按规定方式连接即可。其整个连接过程都为无焊接过程,且只要通过人工DIY组装即可,既美观安全,且组装方便省力,无需过多的辅助工作即可完成。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1至图12所示,一种直插式扶手栏杆连接装置,包括围栏框架以及均匀设置在围栏框架内的若干根扶手栏杆6;所述围栏框架是由两根立柱1、上扶手2和下横档5共同组成的一个方形框;所述围栏框架以及扶手栏杆6都为中空管体;位于每根立柱1的下端周围设置有若干个拉铆螺母9;所述上扶手2和下横档5上分别均匀、对称的设置有若干个用于安装扶手栏杆6的预留孔10;
所述下横档5的两端分别通过连接件3安装在两根立柱1的下端之间;所述连接件3为一矩形框,其内部中间位置设置有凸台2A,其下部两侧上分别设置有一个开口支撑条2B;所述下横档5为中空的矩形管,下横档5的两端插入连接件3的内框,并套装在凸台2A上;且两个开口支撑条2B边缘之间的宽度大于下横档的宽度;在安装下横档5的时候,将下横档5直接插入连接件3的内框内,套在凸台2A上,这样可以起到下横档5的初步定位,防止下横档5装偏。
所述下横档5的两端上分别设置有一个垫片4,所述垫片4为U型件,其套接在下横档5的下部上;所述垫片4的宽度大于两个开口支撑条2B边缘之间的宽度;当下横档5定位好后,把其向上抬起,将垫片4向前滑至连接件3的内框内,并落在开口支撑条2B上,这样就可以将下横档5固定好在连接件3内了,开口支撑条2B起到了支撑的作用,用U型件将下横档5托起,并放置在连接件3内,十分方便。
所述扶手栏杆6的两端分别嵌套有上塑套7和下塑套8,上塑套7安装在上扶手2的预留孔10内,下嵌套8安装在下横档5的预留孔10内,且上塑套7的长度大于下塑套8的长度。
所述上扶手2为复合型型材,复合型型材可以为软挤塑层+铝基材,或装饰性薄金属层+铝基材,目的是当在上扶手外加各种材料的包覆层以后,可以有更好的握持舒适性,同时,立柱上的包覆层还可以做各种装饰性表面处理,使上扶手看上去更典雅,美观。
所述连接件3上还设置有两个螺孔11,并通过防拆螺钉将组装好后的下横档5进行固定,当下横档5定位组装好后,用防拆螺钉将其固定,防止了盗拆围栏的情况放生,十分安全,且下横档5直接插入连接件3内,不需要焊接或者外露下横档5,看起来也十分美观。
所述立柱1为中空的矩形管,且立柱1的下端四个面上分别设置有一个拉铆螺母9,所述拉铆螺母9设置在立柱1的不同方向上,其可以根据立柱1连接的要求,安装一个或者多个方向的连接件3,当然立柱1也可以为圆柱形管体。
其组装过程为:
(1)将立柱1、上扶手2和下横档5按照管体的接口进行拼装,拼装成一个方形框,将扶手栏杆6插入上扶手2和下横档5的预留孔10内;
(2)在安装下横档5时,先将连接件3安装在两个立柱1的下端,然后将下横档5的两端插入连接件3内;
(3)下横档5插入连接件3内框时,将下横档5套入凸台2A上,这样就可以起到一个初步定位的作用;
(4)下横档5定位好后,将下横档5向上抬起,将垫片4套在下横档5两端下部,并将垫片4滑至连接件3内框内,落在开口支撑条2B上,这样整个下横档5就组装完好了;
(5)将下横档5组装定位好后,用防拆螺钉将下横档5进行固定,此时,整个扶手围栏组装好。
Claims (6)
1.一种直插式扶手栏杆连接装置,包括围栏框架以及均匀设置在围栏框架内的若干根扶手栏杆(6);所述围栏框架是由两根立柱(1)、上扶手(2)和下横档(5)共同组成的一个方形框;所述围栏框架以及扶手栏杆(6)都为中空管体;位于每根立柱(1)的下端周围设置有若干个拉铆螺母(9);其特征在于,
所述上扶手(2)和下横档(5)上分别均匀、对称的设置有若干个用于安装扶手栏杆(6)的预留孔(10);所述下横档(5)的两端分别通过连接件(3)安装在两根立柱(1)的下端之间;所述连接件(3)为一矩形框,其内部中间位置设置有凸台(2A),其下部两侧上分别设置有一个开口支撑条(2B);所述下横档(5)为中空的矩形管,下横档(5)的两端插入连接件(3)的内框,并套装在凸台(2A)上;且两个开口支撑条(2B)边缘之间的宽度大于下横档(5)的宽度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的直插式扶手栏杆连接装置,其特征在于,所述下横档(5)的两端上分别设置有一个垫片(4),所述垫片(4)为U型件,其套接在下横档(5)的下部上;所述垫片(4)的宽度大于两个开口支撑条(2B)边缘之间的宽度。
3.根据权利要求2所述的直插式扶手栏杆连接装置,其特征在于,所述扶手栏杆(6)的两端分别嵌套有上塑套(7)和下塑套(8),上塑套(7)安装在上扶手(2)的预留孔(10)内,下嵌套(8)安装在下横档(5)的预留孔(10)内,且上塑套(7)的长度大于下塑套(8)的长度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的直插式扶手栏杆连接装置,其特征在于,所述上扶手(2)为复合型型材。
5.根据权利要求4所述的直插式扶手栏杆连接装置,其特征在于,所述连接件(3)上还设置有若干个螺孔(11),并通过防拆螺钉将组装好后的下横档(5)进行固定。
6.根据权利要求1所述的直插式扶手栏杆连接装置,其特征在于,所述立柱(1)为中空的矩形管,且立柱(1)的下端四个面上分别设置有一个拉铆螺母(9)。
