Abstract

本发明介绍了一种螺旋加压锁定同步接骨板及其使用方法,包括接骨板本体(1)和螺钉(2),所述接骨板本体(1)具有一个顶表面(1‑1)和用于接骨头的底表面(1‑2),在接骨板本体(1)上设置一组加压通孔(3),所述加压通孔(3)连接顶表面(1‑1)和低表面(1‑2),加压通孔(3)的一侧是加压的初始端(3‑1)和其另一侧是加压的终止端(3‑2),在至少一个加压通孔(3)的内壁上设置从初始端(3‑1)至终止端(3‑2)的整体连续螺纹(3‑3),所述螺钉(2)的头部(2‑1)设置与整体连续螺纹(3‑3)相对应的螺纹(2‑2)。本发明提供了一种加压和锁紧过程无硬挤伤、不产生乱扣现象、不产生金属屑和省时省力的螺旋加压锁定同步接骨板及其使用方法。

Description

一种螺旋加压锁定同步接骨板及其使用方法
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械设备领域,具体地说是一种螺旋加压锁定同步接骨板及其使用方法。
背景技术
中国专利公开了一种申请号为2011100714135,名称为锁定加压接骨装置及其使用方法的发明专利,该专利实现了加压和锁定同时进行,且操作简单和使用方便,缩短了手术时间和降低了使用成本,该专利产品中,接骨板本体上设置加压孔,加压孔从初始端延伸至终止端并在终止端的孔内壁上开设螺纹,螺钉头部开设与终止端相应的螺纹孔,加压时,螺钉从初始端往终止端进行旋转移动,螺钉的螺杆部分推动骨头往裂缝方向移动,最终螺钉头部的螺纹与终止端的螺纹产生螺纹连接从而实现加压和锁定过程。
在以上的加压过程中,由于加压孔内只有终止端的孔内壁上设置了螺纹,但是初始端的孔内壁上并没有螺纹,也就是说整个加压孔内的螺纹不是连续的,即每一圈螺纹是断开的,这就会导致螺钉头部的螺纹在初始端进行旋转加压时,其螺纹会与没有螺纹的初始端的孔内壁发生硬挤压,该硬挤压一是会阻碍螺钉往终止端方向进行移动,被挤伤的螺钉头部螺纹到达终止端时,其会与终至端孔壁的螺纹产生乱扣现象,导致锁紧失败并且加压过程缓慢且费时费力,即使乱扣情况下可以满足手术要求,但是术后需要取出钢板和螺钉时,乱扣会造成螺钉与钢板发生冷焊接,导致螺钉取出困难;二是如果不断强制旋转螺钉的话,螺钉上的螺纹很可能被初始段的内壁挤伤,导致螺纹损坏且不能与终止端的内螺纹发生配合,还有可能导致螺钉与内壁之间产生挤压金属屑,该金属屑如果落入骨头上会非常的难于清理,同时也不利于骨头缝隙的愈合。
发明内容
为了服上述技术缺点,本发明提供了一种螺旋加压锁定同步接骨板及其使用方法,通过在加压孔内的初始端至终止端的孔内壁上设置连续螺纹,加压过程中螺钉的头部会直接通过初始端的孔壁螺纹导向拧入,拧入过程更加的顺利,螺钉的头部螺纹不再与初始端的孔内壁发生硬挤伤,加压和锁定过程省时省力且操作方便,大大缩短了手术时间;同时不再产生金属屑,因此不存在清除金属屑的繁杂过程,更加利于骨头缝隙的愈合。
为达到上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:包括接骨板本体和螺钉,在接骨板本体上设置有加压通孔,加压通孔的一侧是加压的初始端-和其另一侧是加压的终止端,在加压通孔的内壁上设置从初始端至终止端-的连续螺纹,所述螺钉的头部-设置与连续螺纹-相对应的螺纹。
所述加压通孔呈长圆形,其整体连续螺纹呈圆弧形。
所述加压通孔是直孔或锥孔,其整体连续螺纹是直螺纹或锥螺纹。
所述加压通孔面对顶表面的上部具有凹槽构成沉孔。
所述凹槽为球形扩展槽。
所述凹槽为通过倒角形成的锥形槽。
所述接骨板本体上的所有加压通孔的内壁上都设置整体连续螺纹。
所述接骨板本体设置为长条形接骨板本体或一端具有能与骨头表面形状相配合的异型面的长条形接骨板本体。
所述加压通孔沿接骨板本体的纵轴线方向排布。
一种使用如权利要求所述螺旋加压锁定同步接骨板的方法,步骤如下:a、将接骨板本体的一端固定连在骨骼断裂位置的一侧上,其上至少有一个带有整体连续螺纹的加压通孔设置在骨骼断裂位置的另一侧,所述螺钉设置该加压通孔中,该螺钉位于加压通孔的初始端; b、在骨骼上钻与所述螺钉位置相对应的定位孔;c、将螺钉与定位孔对准并插入该定位孔中;d、旋转螺钉,将其从加压通孔的初始端-向终止端转动,当螺钉转动到终止端后被锁定。

具体实施方式
图1-5为本发明的一个实施例,结合附图具体说明本实施例,包括接骨板本体1和螺钉2,所述接骨板本体1具有一个顶表面1-1和用于接骨头的底表面1-2,在接骨板本体1上设置沿其纵轴线方向排布的一组长圆形的加压通孔3,所述加压通孔3可以是直孔或锥孔,所述加压通孔3连接顶表面1-1和底表面1-2,加压通孔3的一侧是加压的初始端3-1和其另一侧是加压的终止端3-2,加压通孔3面对顶表面1-1的上部具有凹槽构成沉孔,所述凹槽为球形扩展槽或是通过倒角形成的锥形槽,在加压通孔3的内壁上设置从初始端3-1至终止端3-2的整体连续螺纹3-3,所述整体连续螺纹3-3呈圆弧形可以是直螺纹或锥螺纹,所述螺钉2的头部2-1设置与整体连续螺纹3-3相对应的螺纹2-2,所述螺钉2可以是锁定螺钉,可以是球头螺钉,可根据手术需要选择。
螺旋加压锁定同步接骨板的使用方法:
a、将接骨板本体1的一端固定连在骨骼断裂位置的一侧上,其上至少有一个终止端3-2的加压通孔3设置在骨骼断裂位置的另一侧,所述螺钉2设置该加压通孔3中,该螺钉2位于加压通孔3的初始端3-1; b、在骨骼上钻与所述螺钉2位置相对应的定位孔;c、将螺钉2与定位孔对准并插入该定位孔中;d、旋转螺钉3,将其从加压通孔3的初始端3-1向终止端3-2转动,当螺钉3转动到终止端3-2后被锁定,实现加压和锁紧一步到位。如需确保接骨板本体1与骨骼连接牢固,可在另一加压通孔中按照上述步骤再通过螺钉进行加压和锁紧。
本发明的有益效果在于:
由于设计了从初始端3-1至终止端3-2的连续螺纹3-3和所述螺钉2的头部2-1设置与连续螺纹3-3相对应的螺纹2-2,开始加压时,螺钉2的头部2-1会直接通过初始端的孔壁螺纹导向拧入,螺钉的头部螺纹不再与初始端的孔内壁发生硬挤伤,因此锁紧时螺钉2的头部2-1的头部螺纹不再与终止端的内壁螺纹产生乱扣,螺钉的拧入和锁紧过程都是通过整体连续螺纹进行导向,螺钉的拧入过程更加的顺利,加压和锁定过程省时省力且操作方便,大大缩短了手术时间;同时不再存在螺钉的头部与初始端的内壁产生硬挤伤现象,所以不再产生金属屑,因此不存在清除金属屑的繁杂过程,更加利于骨头缝隙的愈合;同时不再存在螺钉与终止端螺纹的乱扣现象,为术后取出接骨板本体和螺钉提供了良好环境,取出过程更加的省时省力,同时大大减缓了病人的痛苦。
由于设计了从初始端3-1至终止端3-2的连续螺纹3-3和所述螺钉2的头部2-1设置与连续螺纹3-3相对应的螺纹2-2,加压和锁紧过程同步且连续进行,降低了加压和锁紧的失败率,进一步降低了手术成本。
当然,上述说明并非本发明的限制,本发明也并不仅限于上述举例,本技术领域的技术人员在本发明的实质范围内所做出的变化、改型、添加或替换,也应属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种螺旋加压锁定同步接骨板,其特征是:包括接骨板本体(1)和螺钉(2),所述接骨板本体(1)具有一个顶表面(1-1)和用于接骨头的底表面(1-2),在接骨板本体(1)上设置一组加压通孔(3),所述加压通孔(3)连接顶表面(1-1)和底表面(1-2),加压通孔(3)的一侧是加压的初始端(3-1)和其另一侧是加压的终止端(3-2),在至少一个加压通孔(3)的内壁上设置从初始端(3-1)至终止端(3-2)的整体连续螺纹(3-3),所述加压通孔(3)呈长圆形,其整体连续螺纹(3-3)呈圆弧形,所述螺钉(2)的头部(2-1)设置与整体连续螺纹(3-3)相对应的螺纹(2-2),所述接骨板本体(1)上的所有加压通孔(3)的内壁上都设置整体连续螺纹(3-3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种螺旋加压锁定同步接骨板,其特征是:所述加压通孔(3)是直孔或锥孔,其整体连续螺纹(3-3)是直螺纹或锥螺纹。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种螺旋加压锁定同步接骨板,其特征是:所述加压通孔(3)面对顶表面(1-1)的上部具有凹槽构成沉孔。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种螺旋加压锁定同步接骨板,其特征是:所述凹槽为球形扩展槽。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种螺旋加压锁定同步接骨板,其特征是:所述凹槽为通过倒角形成的锥形槽。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的一种螺旋加压锁定同步接骨板,其特征是:接骨板本体(1)设置为长条形接骨板本体或一端具有能与骨头表面形状相配合的异型面的长条形接骨板本体。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种螺旋加压锁定同步接骨板,其特征是:所述加压通孔(3)沿接骨板本体(1)的纵轴线方向排布。
