Description

Anti-counterfeiting feature acquisition method and anti-counterfeiting method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of anti-counterfeiting, in particular to an anti-counterfeiting feature acquisition method and an anti-counterfeiting method.
Background
In order to prevent the counterfeit of the commodity by the lawbreaker and to facilitate the consumer to identify the genuine commodity, the current main practice is to add an anti-counterfeiting structure on the commodity to carry anti-counterfeiting features, such as: the anti-counterfeiting label with anti-counterfeiting information is pasted on the package of the commodity, and the package printed with the anti-counterfeiting information is adopted.
For convenience of transportation and wholesale, the commodities are usually shipped in packing boxes, and each packing box contains a plurality of commodities, such as 12 bottles of wine. An existing anti-counterfeiting scheme is that anti-counterfeiting labels are produced in a set and collected in a set for storage, and the set of anti-counterfeiting labels are respectively attached to a packing box and a plurality of commodities to be placed in the packing box.
The existing scheme has the defects that the anti-counterfeit labels are possibly damaged in the production and additional processes, and once one anti-counterfeit label is damaged, one set of anti-counterfeit label is wasted due to the complete production and collection. And a set of anti-counterfeiting label must be attached to the packaging box and the commodities belonging to the packaging box when the anti-counterfeiting label is attached, and if the anti-counterfeiting label is attached incorrectly, the anti-counterfeiting label is also discarded.

Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
It should be noted that, if not conflicting, the embodiments of the present invention and the features of the embodiments may be combined with each other within the scope of protection of the present invention. Additionally, while a logical order is shown in the flow diagrams, in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than here.
The first embodiment of the method for acquiring the anti-counterfeiting feature is shown in fig. 1, and comprises the following steps:
s110, collecting anti-counterfeiting features on the anti-counterfeiting structures of commodities and outer packages which are attached with the anti-counterfeiting structures in groups, wherein each group comprises one outer package and a plurality of commodities which are placed in or to be placed in the outer package; the security features collected from a group include: a first security feature acquired from the set of security features attached to the outer package, and a plurality of second security features acquired from the set of security features attached to the plurality of merchandise;
and S120, correspondingly storing the first anti-counterfeiting feature and the plurality of second anti-counterfeiting features acquired from the group.
In this embodiment, the collected security features from a group can be used as a set of security features; namely: the anti-counterfeiting features in the anti-counterfeiting structure can be packaged in a set during collection, and the attachment is completed at the moment, so that the problem of attachment errors or damage of the anti-counterfeiting structure is not needed to be considered, each set of anti-counterfeiting features corresponds to one box/bag/box of commodities when the commodities leave a factory one by one, and each set of anti-counterfeiting features comprises the corresponding anti-counterfeiting features of the anti-counterfeiting structures on the outer package and the corresponding anti-counterfeiting features of the anti-counterfeiting structures on the commodities in the outer package.
The embodiment improves the anti-counterfeiting characteristic collection scheme, and is different from the prior art in which the anti-counterfeiting characteristic is firstly produced in a set, collected and then pasted, in the embodiment, the anti-counterfeiting structure is attached (such as pasting, hot stamping and the like) to the commodity and the outer package and then collected, and the corresponding relation between the anti-counterfeiting characteristic on the outer package anti-counterfeiting structure and the anti-counterfeiting characteristic on the commodity anti-counterfeiting structure can be established in the collection process by the way of grouping collection; therefore, the outer package and the anti-counterfeiting structure of the commodity contained in the outer package are not required to be packaged in a whole before being attached to the commodity/outer package, and the corresponding relation is not required to be acquired and established before the anti-counterfeiting structure is attached to the commodity/outer package, so that the use of other anti-counterfeiting structures is not influenced even if some anti-counterfeiting structures are damaged, and the waste of the anti-counterfeiting structures can be avoided; since the acquisition is performed after the attachment, there is no possibility of an additional error.
In this embodiment, the outer package includes various forms such as a packing box, and a packing bag. The goods put into the outer package can be only the goods themselves or can also contain the packages of the goods themselves; for example, 12 tins of beer are placed in a packing box, and the beer is directly placed in a commodity (namely a pop can); and 6 bottles of white spirit are placed in one packaging box, and each bottle of white spirit can be placed in an independent packaging box firstly and then placed in the packaging box.
In this embodiment, the anti-counterfeit structure may be, but is not limited to, an anti-counterfeit label, and may also be other anti-counterfeit structures, such as a plastic package, a pulling wire for opening the plastic package on the plastic package, and the like. The anti-counterfeiting features in the additional anti-counterfeiting structures on different outer packages are at least partially different, and the first anti-counterfeiting features belong to different anti-counterfeiting features; the security features in the additional security structures on different goods are at least partially different, and the second security features belong to different security features.
In this embodiment, the anti-counterfeiting feature may be, but is not limited to, a two-dimensional code, and may also be other anti-counterfeiting features, such as a bar code, a serial number, characters, a pattern, and the like. Optionally, when the security feature is a two-dimensional code, the first and second security features may have different sizes and/or different represented information, so as to facilitate identification of whether the security feature is the first security feature or the second security feature during the collection process. The different information expressed means that the information expressed by the two-dimensional code carries information only belonging to the first anti-counterfeiting feature or the second anti-counterfeiting feature, for example, the information expressed by the first anti-counterfeiting feature is 'box 001 number', and the information expressed by the second anti-counterfeiting feature is 'bottle 00001 number'. Of course, the first and second anti-counterfeiting features can be distinguished by any other means, such as different colors, different materials, different directions of characters, different ranges of serial numbers, different positions of anti-counterfeiting structures, and the like.
In this embodiment, the additional modes may include but are not limited to pasting, hot stamping, etc., and may also be other modes for conforming the anti-counterfeiting structure to the goods/outer package.
In this embodiment, according to the corresponding stored relationship, the anti-counterfeit feature that should be included in the anti-counterfeit structure on the packaged goods in the outer package of the anti-counterfeit structure having the first anti-counterfeit feature can be known; and vice versa. In addition, the collected anti-counterfeiting characteristics can be corresponding to the commodity information.
In one embodiment of this implementation, grouping and collecting the anti-counterfeiting features on the anti-counterfeiting structure for the commodity with the additional anti-counterfeiting structure and the outer package comprises:
a plurality of commodities which have been put in an outer package and the outer package are taken as a set; the commodity and the outer package are both added with anti-counterfeiting structures;
respectively acquiring images for each group, wherein the acquired images at least comprise the anti-counterfeiting structures attached to the outer package of the group and the anti-counterfeiting structures attached to a plurality of commodities contained in the outer package;
in the acquired image, a first security feature on the security structure attached to the outer package and a second security feature on the security structure attached to each of the goods are identified.
For example, 6 bottles of white spirit are put into a packaging box to be used as a group, and before the box is sealed, the anti-counterfeiting characteristic is integrally acquired; if the wine bottle is directly put into the packaging box, the anti-counterfeiting structure is attached to the wine bottle; if each bottle of white spirit has an independent packaging box, the anti-counterfeiting structure is attached outside the packaging box, or the position of the image can be acquired when the packaging box is in an open state, such as the bottle cap.
The image acquisition can be carried out by keeping a camera still, and the image including seven anti-counterfeiting structures (one on a packing box and one on each of 6 bottles of white spirit) is acquired at one time and can be a photo or a video; or the camera can take pictures respectively from different angles, and a series of pictures or a video can be taken as the images of the group.
And identifying the anti-counterfeiting features in each anti-counterfeiting structure in the one-time shot image or a group of images by adopting two-dimensional code scanning software or other image processing software and the like, identifying a first anti-counterfeiting feature and six second anti-counterfeiting features together, and correspondingly storing the identified first anti-counterfeiting feature and six second anti-counterfeiting features. During identification, the first anti-counterfeiting feature and the second anti-counterfeiting feature can be distinguished according to the position of the anti-counterfeiting structure or the difference of the anti-counterfeiting features.
Optionally, the acquiring the images for each group respectively comprises:
placing the groups on the production line in sequence and moving along with the production line; when a group enters the shooting range of the camera, the camera acquires images of the group;
or,
and keeping the placing positions of the groups still, moving a camera to pass through the placing positions of the groups, and acquiring images of the groups entering the shooting range by the camera.
Of course, other ways of ensuring that images are acquired separately for each group may be employed.
In addition, the anti-counterfeiting structures in each group can be scanned directly without acquiring images, and the first anti-counterfeiting features on the anti-counterfeiting structures attached to the outer package and the second anti-counterfeiting features on the anti-counterfeiting structures attached to the commodities can be acquired. For example, in the above example, seven security structures may be scanned, seven security features may be collected, and the first and second security features may be distinguished therefrom; the first anti-counterfeiting feature and the second anti-counterfeiting feature can be directly distinguished according to the position of the anti-counterfeiting structure or the difference of the anti-counterfeiting features during collection.
The situation when the anti-counterfeiting features are scanned and collected is the same as that when the images are collected, the outer package containing the commodities can move, and the scanning equipment is not moved; the scanning and acquisition may be reversed or otherwise.
In another implementation manner of this embodiment, the grouping and collecting the anti-counterfeiting features on the anti-counterfeiting structure for the merchandise and the outer package to which the anti-counterfeiting structure is attached includes:
alternately placing the outer packages and the commodities on a production line to move along with the production line, wherein one outer package and a plurality of commodities to be loaded into the outer package are adjacently placed; the commodity and the outer package are both added with anti-counterfeiting structures;
sequentially identifying anti-counterfeiting features of the anti-counterfeiting structures entering a preset range;
the security features identified on adjacent security structures are used as a set of collected security features.
For example, in the case of 6 bottles of wine in one package, the wine and the package with the anti-counterfeiting structure can be put on the production line, one mode is to put one package ready for containing the 6 bottles of wine on the production line after putting 6 bottles of wine on the production line, and the other mode is to put 6 bottles of wine ready for containing on the production line after putting one package on the production line. Such a group of goods/overwraps will be adjacent to each other.
Optionally, identifying the security features on adjacent security structures as the security features collected from a group comprises:
if the outer package is placed in front of the commodity to be loaded on the production line, after a first anti-counterfeiting feature is identified from one anti-counterfeiting structure, the first anti-counterfeiting feature and second anti-counterfeiting features identified from N adjacent anti-counterfeiting structures behind the anti-counterfeiting structure are used as a group of acquired anti-counterfeiting features;
if the outer package is placed on the production line behind the commodity to be loaded, after a first anti-counterfeiting feature is identified from one anti-counterfeiting structure, the first anti-counterfeiting feature and second anti-counterfeiting features identified from N adjacent anti-counterfeiting structures in front of the anti-counterfeiting structure are used as a group of acquired anti-counterfeiting features;
and N is the number of commodities placed in one outer package.
For example, in the above example, if the outer package is put first, when one acquired anti-counterfeiting feature is the first anti-counterfeiting feature, it is indicated that the 6 acquired anti-counterfeiting features following the anti-counterfeiting feature are the second anti-counterfeiting features acquired from the goods to be put into the outer package; if the outer package is placed later, when one anti-counterfeiting feature is acquired as the first anti-counterfeiting feature, the 6 anti-counterfeiting features acquired immediately before the anti-counterfeiting feature are the second anti-counterfeiting features acquired from the commodity to be placed in the outer package.
Of course, other ways may be used, such as directly setting the security features collected on each consecutive N +1 security structures as a set of security features, including a first security feature and a plurality of second security features. For example, if N is unknown, the anti-counterfeiting features are grouped according to a predetermined condition, for example, when an outer package is placed later, each time a first anti-counterfeiting structure is identified, a previously identified and unbound second anti-counterfeiting structure and the first anti-counterfeiting structure are bound into a set of anti-counterfeiting features; or when each group (one outer package and a plurality of commodities) is put on the production line, the distance between the groups is pulled; thus, when no article (commodity or outer package) exists in a certain distance on the production line, the boundary between different groups and the boundary between different sets of anti-counterfeiting features can be judged, and the anti-counterfeiting features collected on the anti-counterfeiting structure between the two boundaries belong to one set of anti-counterfeiting features.
Optionally, sequentially identifying the security features for the security structures that enter the predetermined range includes:
sequentially collecting images of the anti-counterfeiting structure entering a shooting range, and identifying anti-counterfeiting features from the images; or, the anti-counterfeiting structures entering the scanning range are scanned in sequence, and the anti-counterfeiting features are identified.
Likewise, the images include photographs, videos, and the like; two-dimensional code scanning software or other image processing software and the like can be adopted to identify the anti-counterfeiting features in the anti-counterfeiting structures.
The second embodiment of the anti-counterfeiting method is shown in fig. 2, and comprises the following steps:
s210, collecting and storing the anti-counterfeiting features according to the method in the first embodiment;
s220, after receiving the anti-counterfeiting query request, searching corresponding anti-counterfeiting features according to the content carried in the anti-counterfeiting query request; when the searched anti-counterfeiting feature is any first anti-counterfeiting feature or belongs to the same anti-counterfeiting structure with any first anti-counterfeiting feature, returning a plurality of second anti-counterfeiting features corresponding to the first anti-counterfeiting feature; and when the searched anti-counterfeiting feature is any second anti-counterfeiting feature or belongs to the same anti-counterfeiting structure with any second anti-counterfeiting feature, returning the first anti-counterfeiting feature corresponding to the second anti-counterfeiting feature.
In this embodiment, the anti-counterfeit query request may be sent in a form of WeChat, short message, telephone, web page, or the like; the same is true for the feedback path. During anti-counterfeiting query, the modes of collecting the content carried in the query request from the anti-counterfeiting structure are also many, including but not limited to voice, photographing, scanning, manual input and the like; the feedback result is also in the same way, and accordingly, the feedback result can comprise various forms such as voice, video, image, text description and the like.
In this embodiment, according to the corresponding stored relationship, the anti-counterfeit feature that should be in the anti-counterfeit structure of the commodity contained in the corresponding outer package can be returned according to the first anti-counterfeit feature; and vice versa. Therefore, the consumer can identify whether the commodity is matched with the outer package or not and whether the commodity is consistent with the outer package when the commodity leaves a factory or not.
In this embodiment, the anti-counterfeit inquiry request may be the first or second anti-counterfeit feature, for example, a consumer scans or photographs a two-dimensional code (i.e., the first anti-counterfeit feature) in an anti-counterfeit label attached to a packaging box with a mobile phone and sends the two-dimensional code to the anti-counterfeit inquiry server; the anti-counterfeiting query server queries and returns 6 second anti-counterfeiting features corresponding to the first anti-counterfeiting features, and a consumer can compare the two-dimensional codes in the anti-counterfeiting labels on 6 bottles of wine in the packing box (software can be adopted for comparison), so that whether the wine in the packing box is actually packaged or not is known; similarly, the consumer can scan or take a picture of the two-dimensional code (namely the second anti-counterfeiting feature) in the anti-counterfeiting liner attached to the wine bottle and then send the two-dimensional code to the anti-counterfeiting query server; the anti-counterfeiting query server queries and returns the first anti-counterfeiting feature corresponding to the second anti-counterfeiting feature, and a consumer can compare the first anti-counterfeiting feature with the two-dimensional code in the anti-counterfeiting label on the packaging box, so that whether the wine in the packaging box is actually packaged or not can be known.
In this embodiment, the content carried in the anti-counterfeit query request may also be content in the anti-counterfeit structure other than the first or second anti-counterfeit feature, such as a serial number in the anti-counterfeit structure; the contents belonging to the same anti-counterfeiting structure are correspondingly stored, so that the two-dimensional codes (namely the first or second anti-counterfeiting features) belonging to the same anti-counterfeiting structure can be inquired according to the serial numbers. The content collection and corresponding storage operations in an anti-counterfeiting structure can be performed before or after the anti-counterfeiting structure is pasted on a commodity/outer package, or can be performed at any other time before the commodity leaves a factory, or can be stored in advance and correspondingly stored before the anti-counterfeiting structure is produced.
In addition, the collected anti-counterfeiting characteristics can be corresponding to commodity information (such as production places, batch numbers, sales areas and the like), and the commodity information is returned together, so that goods fleeing and the like can be prevented.
Optionally, the anti-counterfeiting method further comprises:
and when the searched anti-counterfeiting feature is any second anti-counterfeiting feature or belongs to the same anti-counterfeiting structure with any second anti-counterfeiting feature, returning other second anti-counterfeiting features corresponding to the same first anti-counterfeiting feature with the second anti-counterfeiting feature.
For example, in the above example, the consumer scans or photographs the two-dimensional code (i.e., the second anti-counterfeiting feature) attached to the anti-counterfeiting liner on the wine bottle and sends the two-dimensional code to the anti-counterfeiting query server; the anti-counterfeiting query server can not only query and return the first anti-counterfeiting feature corresponding to the second anti-counterfeiting feature, but also return other 5 second anti-counterfeiting features corresponding to the first anti-counterfeiting feature, so that a consumer can know whether the wine bottle is matched with the packaging box, and can check whether other 5 bottles of wine in the same packaging box are consistent with the wine bottle when leaving the factory or not and are not changed.
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the above description is only for the convenience of understanding the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
