Abstract

一种空气净化器的动态配流装置,室外空气入口内装有配流嘴,配流嘴内装有配流片,配流片上连接转轴,转轴的一端连接电机,电机上连接控制模块,控制模块连接着氧气传感器,配流嘴后面有喉管,喉管后面有混流腔,混流腔后面装有风机。它可以实现动态控制室外空气吸入量来控制室外空气与室内空气混合比例,有效降低进入室内空气中的湿度和粉尘延长了空气滤芯的使用周期,降低臭氧的形成,稳定了含氧量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气净化器,尤其是指一种空气净化器的动态配流装置。
背景技术
目前,国内外空气净化器的进风系统大多数是室内循环,少数厂家使用固定吸入室外空气与室内空气混合循环。它们存在如下严重缺陷:对于进风系统室内循环,由于室内空气反复循环导致氧气含量急剧下降;而对于固定吸入室外空气,在连续吸入室外空气的同时,连续吸入室外空气中湿度与粉尘,流过主动式空气滤芯极板往往会造成短路放电后形成臭氧,以及流过被动式空气滤芯时往往会造成堵塞,极大地降低了被动式空气滤芯的过滤效率与使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有空气净化器存在的上述严重缺陷,提供一种空气净化器的动态配流装置。
为达到上述目的,本发明采取的解决方案是:一种空气净化器的动态配流装置,室外空气入口内装有配流嘴,配流嘴内装有配流片,配流片上连接转轴,转轴的一端连接电机,电机上连接控制模块,控制模块连接着氧气传感器,配流嘴后面有喉管,喉管后面有混流腔,混流腔后面装有风机。
该种空气净化器的动态配流装置,可以实现动态控制室外空气吸入量来控制室外空气与室内空气混合比例,有效地降低进入室内空气中的湿度和粉尘,延长了空气滤芯的使用周期,降低臭氧的形成,稳定了含氧量。
该种空气净化器的动态配流装置,当氧气传感器检测到室内空气含氧量不足,将信号反馈给控制模块,控制模块根据检测含氧量的多少来控制电机转动配流片,改变配流片与配流嘴之间的风口大小。由于风机的负压作用将室外空气与从室内空气入口进入的空气通过喉管吸入混流腔,混流后从混合空气出口流出。

参见图1,一种空气净化器的动态配流装置,室外空气入口1内装有配流嘴2,配流嘴2内装有配流片5,配流片5通过转轴4连接电机3,配流嘴2后面有喉管7,喉管7后面有混流腔8,混流腔8后面是混合空气出口9,混合空气出口9处有风机10,电机3配有控制模块11和氧气传感器12。
