Abstract
本发明提供的一种多功能冷风机,包括外壳体、湿帘以及风机,外壳体底部设有水箱,水箱内设有水泵,外壳体一侧设有进风口,进风口处设有滤网,滤网上设有震动装置,外壳体另一侧设有出风口,风机位于出风口处,且位于外壳体的内侧,湿帘位于滤网内侧,湿帘顶端设有喷淋头,喷淋头通过水管连接水泵,滤网的下侧设有粉尘收集盒,出风口处且位于风机的外侧设有换气帘,换气帘的内侧设有离子发生器,滤网上还设有臭氧发生器。本发明的有益效果是:该冷风机的湿帘外侧设有滤网,能阻挡灰尘进入,当积累灰尘较厚时只需更通过震动装置震动,将灰尘震落至粉尘收集盒内,臭氧发生器发出臭氧,进行空气消毒。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及通风降温技术领域,尤其涉及一种多功能冷风机。
背景技术
现有技术的冷风机包括壳体和储水箱,壳体的前侧设有出风口,壳体的后侧设有进风口,壳体内从前到后依次安装有风扇、电机和湿帘,储水箱设置在壳体的下端且与壳体固定。冷风机运作时,储水箱内的水由水泵和输送管道抽至湿帘的上部,并且将湿帘淋湿,一部分水蒸发为气体,另一部分水再次流回储水箱内,电机带动风扇转动,从进风口将热空气吸入壳体并传至湿帘,由于湿帘上的水蒸发需要吸收热量,热空气中的热量被吸收之后变成冷空气从出风口排出,达到降温制冷的功能,普通的冷气机不带空气消毒功能,且没有负离子。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种多功能冷风机,解决上述现有技术中的一个或者是多个。
本发明提供的一种多功能冷风机,包括外壳体、湿帘以及风机,外壳体底部设有水箱,水箱内设有水泵,外壳体一侧设有进风口,进风口处设有滤网,滤网上设有震动装置,外壳体另一侧设有出风口,风机位于出风口处,且位于外壳体的内侧,湿帘位于滤网内侧,湿帘顶端设有喷淋头,喷淋头通过水管连接水泵,滤网的下侧设有粉尘收集盒,出风口处且位于风机的外侧设有换气帘,换气帘的内侧设有离子发生器,滤网上还设有臭氧发生器。
本发明的有益效果是:该冷风机的湿帘外侧设有滤网,能阻挡灰尘进入,当积累灰尘较厚时只需更通过震动装置震动,将灰尘震落至粉尘收集盒内,臭氧发生器发出臭氧,进行空气消毒。

具体实施方式
本发明提供一种多功能冷风机,下面结合附图和具体实施方式,对本发明作详细介绍:
如图1所示,本发明提供的一种多功能冷风机,包括外壳体1、湿帘2以及风机3。外壳体1底部设有水箱4,水箱4内设有水泵5,外壳体1一侧设有进风口11,进风口11处设有滤网12,滤网12上设有震动装置14以及臭氧发生器20,本实施例中的震动装置为震动马达。外壳体1另一侧设有出风口13,风机3位于出风口13处,且位于外壳体1的内侧,湿帘2位于滤网12内侧,湿帘2顶端设有喷淋头6,喷淋头6通过水管7连接水泵5,水管7上串联设有流量控制阀,流量控制阀可以控制水流量,达到精准控制,继而控制温度,当水量越大时,热风降温就越快。滤网12的下侧设有粉尘收集盒15,粉尘收集盒15可拆卸地设于外壳体1上,可以及时处理掉粉尘。外壳体1外设有水位计16,水位计16连通水箱4,可以再外侧看出水箱4中的水量,及时补充水箱4中的水量。出风口13处且位于风机3的外侧设有换气帘17,换气帘17可以调整冷风的吹出的方向。风机3与震动装置14之间设有吸水帘18,吸水帘18吸收水分,并将水分排至水箱4中,换气帘17的内侧设有离子发生器19。

1.一种多功能冷风机,其特征在于,包括外壳体(1)、湿帘(2)以及风机(3),所述外壳体(1)底部设有水箱(4),所述水箱(4)内设有水泵(5),所述外壳体(1)一侧设有进风口(11),所述进风口(11)处设有滤网(12),所述滤网(12)上设有震动装置(14),所述外壳体(1)另一侧设有出风口(13),所述风机(3)位于所述出风口(13)处,且位于所述外壳体(1)的内侧,所述湿帘(2)位于所述滤网(12)内侧,所述湿帘(2)顶端设有喷淋头(6),所述喷淋头(6)通过水管(7)连接所述水泵(5),所述滤网(12)的下侧设有粉尘收集盒(15),所述出风口(13)处且位于所述风机(3)的外侧设有换气帘(17),所述换气帘(17)的内侧设有离子发生器(19),所述滤网(12)上还设有臭氧发生器(20)。
