本发明涉及阀技术领域,尤其是一种耐磨性好的阀芯。
背景技术
阀是利用一个活动部件来开、关或部分地挡住一个或更多的开口或通道,使液流、空气流或其他气流或大量松散物料可以流出、堵住或得到调节的一种装置;其中所使用到的阀芯是阀体中非常主要的零件。现有阀芯一般以青铜或不锈钢为主,也有塑料、尼龙、陶瓷、玻璃等,耐磨性差,易造成阀功能失效。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种耐磨性好的阀芯,成分组成合理,强度高。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:一种耐磨性好的阀芯,包含如下重量百分含量的元素成分:碳0.4-0.6、钛2.2-2.5、硼0.06-0.08、锰2.2-2.5、铜0.1-0.2、钼0.4-0.6、锌0.2-0.4、镱0.03-0.05、钒0.06-0.08、镍0.09-0.12、磷0.009-0.02、硫0.008-0.015、余量为铁。
进一步地,各元素成分的重量百分含量如下:碳0.5、钛2.4、硼0.07、锰2.3、铜0.12、钼0.46、锌0.24、镱0.05、钒0.068、镍0.092、磷0.012、硫0.01、余量为铁。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:通过使用钒、锰、硼等多种原料组合,合理设置原料配比,形成的合金钢具有高强度、高硬度、耐磨性好、耐腐蚀的特点,且成本低。

实施例3
一种耐磨性好的阀芯,包含如下重量百分含量的元素成分:碳0.6、钛2.2、硼0.08、锰2.2、铜0.2、钼0.4、锌0.4、镱0.05、钒0.06、镍0.09、磷0.02、硫0.008、余量为铁。
通过使用钒、锰、硼等多种原料组合,合理设置原料配比,形成的合金钢具有高强度、高硬度、耐磨性好、耐腐蚀的特点,且成本低;品质更稳定均一,硫磷等有害元素更低。本发明合金钢适用于阀芯,耐磨性好,使用寿命明显延长。
