Abstract

本发明涉及冷发射装置中柔性底座技术,具体而言,涉及带有补强层的柔性底座。其自柔性底座的本体的内表面向外依次为补强层、防护层;补强层为多孔型碳碳硬毡复合材料层;防护层包括:自内向外依次为内防护层、屏蔽层、外防护层;内防护层、外防护层均为芳纶/阻燃氯丁橡胶复合材料层。本发明在柔性底座本体的内表面上粘接补强层,能够提高底座的刚度,且补强层采用碳碳硬毡复合材料,该材料质轻、刚度高;在补强层外采用防护层对补强层进行防护,该防护层为芳纶/阻燃氯丁橡胶复合材料,具备阻燃抗冲刷性能。

Description

有补强层的柔性底座
技术领域
本发明涉及冷发射装置中柔性底座技术,具体而言,涉及带有补强层的柔性底座。
背景技术
柔性底座是冷发射装置的关键设备,安装于发射筒后部,用于将发射筒内燃气压力作用下的后坐载荷传递到地面,降低对发射车的影响。为了适应不同路面高低、凹凸不平的工况,柔性底座安装后与地面留有一定的间隙,在内压作用下通过自身柔性大变形与地面接触,将载荷有效传递。由于其一般采用柔性材料、多弯型结构设计,底座下底面的刚度较差,尤其是当底座的直径较大时,在使用过程中容易与地面产生接触、磨损,长期使用会影响其承载、密封性能,而且也降低了其路面适应能力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种带有补强层的柔性底座,以解决底座的磨损问题。
本发明实施例提供了一种带有补强层的柔性底座,自所述柔性底座的本体的内表面向外依次为补强层、防护层;所述补强层为多孔型碳碳硬毡复合材料层;所述防护层包括:自内向外依次为内防护层、屏蔽层、外防护层;所述内防护层、所述外防护层均为芳纶/阻燃氯丁橡胶复合材料层。
在一些实施例中,优选为,所述补强层和所述柔性底座的本体的内表面之间采用氯丁橡胶液粘接。
在一些实施例中,优选为,所述内防护层粘贴于所述补强层,覆盖所述补强层并延伸至所述柔性底座的本体的内表面。
在一些实施例中,优选为,所述碳碳硬毡复合材料层的制备方法为:制备2.5D编织的碳纤维针刺毡;将所述碳纤维针刺毡浸入树脂,得到混合物;将所述混合物在500-560℃烧结而成。
在一些实施例中,优选为,所述碳纤维针刺毡和所述树脂的质量比为7:3,所述碳碳硬毡复合材料层的碳化率大于90%。
在一些实施例中,优选为,所述芳纶/阻燃氯丁橡胶复合材料层的制备方法为:取预设厚度的芳纶纤维层;在所述芳纶纤维层的两面涂刷设计厚度的阻燃氯丁橡胶液。
在一些实施例中,优选为,所述芳纶纤维层的厚度为0.4-0.6毫米;和/或,所述阻燃氯丁橡胶液的涂刷厚度为0.04-0.06毫米。
在一些实施例中,优选为,所述柔性底座的两端连接有法兰,所述法兰与所述柔性底座本体一体硫化粘结而成。
在一些实施例中,优选为,所述法兰包括:法兰板和螺套;所述法兰板的中部设置阶梯型凹槽;所述螺套呈阶梯状结构,卡入所述阶梯型凹槽内,中部设置螺纹孔。
在一些实施例中,优选为,所述柔性底座本体的上方设有发射筒连接法兰安装位;
还配备导向销,其用于所述柔性底座本体和所述发射筒连接法兰在所述发射筒连接法兰安装位导向对接;
还配备紧固件,其用于将所述发射筒连接法兰与所述柔性底座本体紧固连接。
本发明实施例提供的带有补强层的柔性底座,与现有技术相比,在柔性底座本体的内表面上粘接补强层,能够提高底座的刚度,且补强层采用碳碳硬毡复合材料,该材料质轻、刚度高;在补强层外采用防护层对补强层进行防护,该防护层为芳纶/阻燃氯丁橡胶复合材料,具备阻燃抗冲刷性能。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实施例结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
考虑到目前柔性底座一般采用柔性材料、多弯型结构设计,底座下底面的刚度较差,尤其是当底座的直径较大时,在使用过程中容易与地面产生接触、磨损,长期使用会影响其承载、密封性能,而且也降低了其路面适应能力的问题,本实施例提供一种轻质、高强度、阻燃抗冲刷的带有补强层的柔性底座。
该带有补强层的柔性底座,其自柔性底座的本体的内表面向外依次为补强层、防护层;补强层为多孔型碳碳硬毡复合材料层;防护层包括:自内向外依次为内防护层、屏蔽层、外防护层;内防护层、外防护层均为芳纶/阻燃氯丁橡胶复合材料层。
在柔性底座本体的内表面上粘接补强层,能够提高底座的刚度,且补强层采用碳碳硬毡复合材料,该材料质轻、刚度高;在补强层外采用防护层对补强层进行防护,该防护层为芳纶/阻燃氯丁橡胶复合材料,具备阻燃抗冲刷性能。
接下来,通过一些具体实施例来详细描述该带有补强层的柔性底座:
一种带有补强层的柔性底座,如图1,2所示,其本体1由柔性材料制成,为了增加其刚度,自柔性底座的本体1的内表面向外依次为补强层2、防护层3;即在本体1内表面上粘贴补强层2,再在补强层2上施加防护层3。其中,补强层2为多孔型碳碳硬毡复合材料层,这种材料为多孔结构,因此,同样体积下质量较轻,而碳化率(即含碳率)大于90%,因此,刚度非常大,能增大柔性底座的底部刚度。而防护层3对补强层2施加保护,实现阻燃抗冲刷的效果。该防护层3又有多层构成,自内向外依次为内防护层31、屏蔽层33、外防护层32;内防护层31、外防护层32均为芳纶/阻燃氯丁橡胶复合材料层,芳纶为高强度材料,氯丁橡胶为优秀的阻燃材料。而屏蔽层33布置于内、外两层防护层之间,实现防护抗冲刷。
为了提高补强层2和本体1内表面之间的连接强度,补强层2和柔性底座的本体1的内表面之间采用氯丁橡胶液粘接,另一方面,氯丁橡胶液具备阻燃效果。
内防护层31粘贴于补强层2,覆盖补强层2并延伸至柔性底座的本体1的内表面。然后粘接屏蔽层33,最后粘接外防护层32。
碳碳硬毡复合材料层为一种多孔型高碳化率耐高温的材料层,其制备方法为:
制备2.5D编织的碳纤维针刺毡;即以2.5D编织的碳纤维整体针刺毡为原材料,将这种碳纤维针刺毡浸入树脂,得到混合物;然后将混合物在500-560℃烧结而成。
上述制备过程中,碳纤维针刺毡和树脂的质量比为7:3,高温烧结后得到的碳碳硬毡复合材料层的碳化率(含碳率)大于90%。质轻、高强度。
芳纶/阻燃氯丁橡胶复合材料层具备高强度、阻燃特性,其制备方法为:
取预设厚度的芳纶纤维层,即以芳纶纤维层为原材料,在芳纶纤维层的两面涂刷设计厚度的阻燃氯丁橡胶液。
在上述制备过程中,芳纶纤维层的厚度为0.4-0.6毫米;阻燃氯丁橡胶液的涂刷厚度为0.04-0.06毫米。比如0.5毫米的芳纶纤维层,涂刷0.05毫米的阻燃氯丁橡胶液,得到0.6毫米的芳纶/阻燃氯丁橡胶复合材料层。
为了提高柔性底座与发射筒的快速连接,进行如下设计:柔性底座的两端连接有法兰4,法兰4与柔性底座本体1一体硫化粘结而成。
上述的法兰4包括:法兰板41和螺套42;法兰板41的中部设置阶梯型凹槽;螺套42呈阶梯状结构,卡入阶梯型凹槽内,中部设置螺纹孔。将螺套42和法兰板41提前安装,随后和柔性底座本体1进行一体硫化粘接,以减少装配复杂度。
柔性底座本体1的上方设有发射筒连接法兰4安装位;在连接的时候,直接将发射筒连接法兰4至于该安装位即可。
如图3,4所示,为了方便、快速得将发射筒落入安装位,柔性底座还配备导向销6,柔性底座通过导向销6与发射筒连接法兰7导向对接。由于柔性底座还配备紧固件5,在导向对接后,拆除导向销6后通过紧固件5与螺套42连接,实现与发射筒连接法兰7的快速连接。
通过该方法制备的柔性底座具备高刚度性能,阻燃抗冲刷性强,而且,可以与发射筒快速连接。

Claims (10)

1.一种带有补强层的柔性底座,其特征在于,自所述柔性底座的本体的内表面向外依次为补强层、防护层;所述补强层为多孔型碳碳硬毡复合材料层;所述防护层包括:自内向外依次为内防护层、屏蔽层、外防护层;所述内防护层、所述外防护层均为芳纶/阻燃氯丁橡胶复合材料层。
2.如权利要求1所述的带有补强层的柔性底座,其特征在于,所述补强层和所述柔性底座的本体的内表面之间采用氯丁橡胶液粘接。
3.如权利要求1所述的带有补强层的柔性底座,其特征在于,所述内防护层粘贴于所述补强层,覆盖所述补强层并延伸至所述柔性底座的本体的内表面。
4.如权利要求1所述的带有补强层的柔性底座,其特征在于,所述碳碳硬毡复合材料层的制备方法为:
制备2.5D编织的碳纤维针刺毡;
将所述碳纤维针刺毡浸入树脂,得到混合物;
将所述混合物在500-560℃烧结而成。
5.如权利要求4所述的带有补强层的柔性底座,其特征在于,所述碳纤维针刺毡和所述树脂的质量比为7:3,所述碳碳硬毡复合材料层的碳化率大于90%。
6.如权利要求1所述的带有补强层的柔性底座,其特征在于,所述芳纶/阻燃氯丁橡胶复合材料层的制备方法为:
取预设厚度的芳纶纤维层;
在所述芳纶纤维层的两面涂刷设计厚度的阻燃氯丁橡胶液。
7.如权利要求6所述的带有补强层的柔性底座,其特征在于,所述芳纶纤维层的厚度为0.4-0.6毫米;和/或,所述阻燃氯丁橡胶液的涂刷厚度为0.04-0.06毫米。
8.如权利要求1-7任一项所述的带有补强层的柔性底座,其特征在于,所述柔性底座的两端连接有法兰,所述法兰与所述柔性底座本体一体硫化粘结而成。
9.如权利要求8所述的带有补强层的柔性底座,其特征在于,所述法兰包括:法兰板和螺套;所述法兰板的中部设置阶梯型凹槽;所述螺套呈阶梯状结构,卡入所述阶梯型凹槽内,中部设置螺纹孔。
10.如权利要求9所述的带有补强层的柔性底座,其特征在于,
所述柔性底座本体的上方设有发射筒连接法兰安装位;
还配备导向销,其用于所述柔性底座本体和所述发射筒连接法兰在所述发射筒连接法兰安装位导向对接;
还配备紧固件,其用于将所述发射筒连接法兰与所述柔性底座本体紧固连接。
