本发明公开了一种鲤鱼疖疮病的防治方法,步骤如下:1.在投放鱼苗前用微生物制剂来改善鱼池内的水质;2.用大蒜汁来处理鱼苗的外伤;3.苦楝皮药液稀释无水硫酸铜施洒池内,来预防寄生虫的侵害;4.五倍子、大青叶、黄连煮成的药液喷洒防治疖疮病;5.丁草碎末、三黄粉、土霉素附着在饵料上,鲤鱼食用后,防治疖疮病;本发明采用对池水的改善优化,鱼苗外伤的消炎以及在投入鱼苗后的对池水的消毒、杀虫及饵料拌药的方法来防治鲤鱼疖疮病的发生,各个药物的投放、喷洒、喂食是依据药物药性,科学配伍,对鲤鱼类病毒感染有较强作用,并减少了单味药的毒性,对鲤鱼的疖疮病有显著的防治效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及了水产养殖技术领域,具体涉及了一种鲤鱼疖疮病的防治方法。
背景技术
鲤鱼俗称鲤拐子、毛子等,隶属于鲤科。身体侧扁而腹部圆,口呈马蹄形,须2对。背鳍基部较长,背鳍和臀鳍均有一根粗壮带锯齿的硬棘。体侧金黄色,尾鳍下叶橙红色。鲤鱼平时多栖息于江河、湖泊、水库、池沼的水草丛生的水体底层,以食底栖动物为主。其适应性强,耐寒、耐碱、耐缺氧。在流水或静水中均能产卵,产卵场所多在水草丛中,卵粘附于水草上发育。鲤鱼是淡水鱼类中品种最多、分布最广、养殖历史最悠久、产量最高者之一。
疖疮病(furunculosisoffish)是危害养殖的淡水鲑科鱼的一种细菌性流行病,主要危害鲤鱼、草鱼和青鱼成鱼。病原是灭鲑气单胞菌(Aeromonassalmonicida)、革兰氏阴性杆菌,大小为(0.8-1.2)μm×(1.5-2.0)μm,无鞭毛、芽孢和荚膜。在PBG培养基上形成黄色菌落,在FA培养基中20-25℃培养3-4天后产生褐色水溶性色素,菌体不运动,V-P反应大多数是阴性。
发明内容
本发明通过以下技术方案得以实现防治鲤鱼疖疮病:
一种鲤鱼疖疮病的防治方法,所包括的步骤有以下几步:
在投放鱼苗前1-2天,用由枯草芽孢杆菌、双歧杆菌、放线菌、酵母菌、产酶益生素制成的微生物制剂施洒在养鱼池中,施洒量为1.5g/m3,并配以沸石粉200g混匀,施洒周期2周一次,连连续施洒2次,来优化水质;
在鱼苗投放前,用新鲜大蒜汁稀释成1000倍液,将鱼苗放在投放在大蒜汁稀释液中3-5min,对球菌、杆菌、真菌和病毒等均有抑制和杀灭作用;
用苦楝皮药液稀释无水硫酸铜至5500倍液喷洒于鱼池内,喷洒量为500g/m3,喷洒周期为1次/月,连续喷洒3次,以灭杀池水中的寄生虫,防止对鲤鱼的侵害,可预防疖疮病的发生;
养殖期间,用五倍子500g、大青叶1kg、黄连500g加水60kg煮成20kg药液,用池水稀释10倍,500g/m3稀释喷洒全池,连用3d,间隔1月1次,具有抑菌、灭菌作用。
将地丁草碎末、三黄粉、土霉素、饵料按重量比0.5:1:0.02:10混匀后,在饵料表面喷水,使药吸附在饵料上,单味都具有抑菌、灭菌作用,经配伍后,防治疖疮病。
进一步,步骤中所述的苦楝皮药液的制取过程:
苦楝皮500g加水2kg进行煮沸滤渣得药液A;
再用所滤的渣加水1kg,大火煮沸后焖制10min,滤渣得药液B;
用所滤的渣加水1kg,先大水煮沸后再用小火沸腾2min,滤渣得药液C,最后将药液A、药液B、药液C混合,即为苦楝皮药液。
枯草芽孢杆菌、双歧杆菌、放线菌、酵母菌、产酶益生素的分量可以变化,也可以使用市售生物菌剂。
本发明的有益效果:本发明采用有鱼苗投放前用微生物制剂对池水的改善优化水质,鱼苗外伤的消炎灭菌以及在投入鱼苗后的对池水的消毒、灭杀寄生虫及饵料拌药的方法来防治鲤鱼疖疮病的发生,各个药物的投放、喷洒、喂食是依据药物药性,科学配伍,对鲤鱼类病毒感染有较强作用,并减少了单味药的毒性,对鲤鱼的疖疮病有显著的防治效果。
