Claims (17)

1. A vehicle evaluation method based on a driving recorder is characterized by comprising the following steps:
judging whether vehicles with abnormal driving states exist or not according to the acquired road condition information;
acquiring identification information of a vehicle with an abnormal driving state, wherein the vehicle with the abnormal driving state is a target vehicle, and the vehicle with the abnormal driving state is a vehicle deviating from normal driving operation;
receiving evaluation information corresponding to the target vehicle;
and sending the identification information of the target vehicle and the evaluation information corresponding to the target vehicle to a cloud server so that the cloud server sends the evaluation information corresponding to the target vehicle to other vehicles, wherein the cloud server stores the identification information of different vehicles.
2. The vehicle evaluation method based on the automobile data recorder of claim 1, wherein before the sending the identification information of the target vehicle and the evaluation information corresponding to the target vehicle to a cloud server, the method further comprises:
judging whether the evaluation information corresponding to the target vehicle meets preset conditions or not;
the sending the identification information of the target vehicle and the evaluation information corresponding to the target vehicle to a cloud server includes:
and if so, sending the identification information of the target vehicle and the evaluation information corresponding to the target vehicle to a cloud server.
3. The vehicle evaluation method based on the automobile data recorder of claim 1, wherein after the identification information of the vehicle with abnormal driving state is acquired, the method further comprises:
sending an evaluation information acquisition request to the cloud server, wherein the evaluation information acquisition request carries identification information of the target vehicle, so that the cloud server acquires evaluation information corresponding to the identification information of the target vehicle, and the cloud server stores evaluation information corresponding to the identification information of different vehicles;
receiving evaluation information which is sent by the cloud server and corresponds to the identification information of the target vehicle;
and outputting the evaluation information.
4. The vehicle event data recorder-based vehicle evaluation method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring position information of the target vehicle;
the sending the identification information of the target vehicle and the evaluation information corresponding to the target vehicle to a cloud server includes:
the identification information of the target vehicle, the evaluation information corresponding to the target vehicle and the position information of the target vehicle are sent to a cloud server, so that the cloud server sends the evaluation information corresponding to the target vehicle to the vehicle corresponding to the position information of the target vehicle, and the cloud server also stores the position information of different vehicles.
5. A vehicle evaluation method based on a vehicle event data recorder is applied to a cloud server and comprises the following steps:
receiving identification information of a target vehicle and evaluation information corresponding to the target vehicle, wherein the identification information is sent by a driving recorder, the target vehicle is a vehicle with an abnormal driving state, and the vehicle with the abnormal driving state is a vehicle deviating from normal driving operation;
the cloud server stores identification information of different vehicles;
the receiving of the identification information of the target vehicle and the evaluation information corresponding to the target vehicle sent by the automobile data recorder includes:
receiving the identification information of the target vehicle, the evaluation information corresponding to the target vehicle and the position information of the target vehicle, which are sent by the automobile data recorder;
acquiring vehicles with the distance to the position information of the target vehicle smaller than a preset distance, wherein the position information of different vehicles is also stored in the cloud server;
and sending the evaluation information corresponding to the target vehicle to the vehicle of which the distance between the position information of the target vehicle and the evaluation information is smaller than the preset distance.

The vehicle evaluation method based on the driving recorder according to claim 5, wherein before sending the evaluation information corresponding to the target vehicle to the vehicle whose distance from the position information of the target vehicle is smaller than a preset distance, further comprising:
judging whether the evaluation information corresponding to the target vehicle meets preset conditions or not;
the sending of the evaluation information corresponding to the target vehicle to the vehicle whose distance from the position information of the target vehicle is smaller than a preset distance includes:
and if so, sending the evaluation information corresponding to the target vehicle to the vehicle of which the distance between the position information of the target vehicle and the evaluation information is smaller than the preset distance.
7. The vehicle event data recorder-based vehicle evaluation method of claim 5, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving an evaluation information acquisition request sent by the automobile data recorder, wherein the evaluation information acquisition request carries identification information of the target vehicle;
obtaining evaluation information corresponding to the identification information of the target vehicle, wherein the cloud server stores evaluation information corresponding to the identification information of different vehicles;
and sending evaluation information corresponding to the identification information of the target vehicle to the automobile data recorder so that the automobile data recorder outputs the evaluation information.

The vehicle evaluation method based on the driving recorder according to claim 5, wherein before sending the evaluation information corresponding to the target vehicle to the vehicle whose distance from the position information of the target vehicle is smaller than a preset distance, further comprising:
judging whether the identification information of the target vehicle is stored or not;
if so, updating the evaluation information corresponding to the target vehicle;
and if the evaluation information does not exist, the identification information of the target vehicle and the evaluation information corresponding to the target vehicle are saved.
9. A tachograph, comprising:
the judging unit is used for judging whether vehicles with abnormal driving states exist or not according to the collected road condition information;
the device comprises an acquisition unit, a judgment unit and a display unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring identification information of a vehicle with an abnormal running state, the vehicle with the abnormal running state is a target vehicle, and the vehicle with the abnormal running state is a vehicle deviating from normal driving operation;
