Abstract

本发明关于一种彩色反光物品及其材料结构体及其制造方法。该彩色反光物品具有一外壳,该外壳的剖面结构包括:透明基材层,透明基材层的背面具有反射面;反射层,位于反射面的背面;彩色图案层,位于透明基材层的表面;保护膜层,位于彩色图案层的表面;壳体塑料层,位于反射层的背面或保护膜层的表面。本发明提供的材料结构体是用来制作一彩色反光物品的外壳,包括:透明基材层,透明基材层的背面具有反射面;反射层,位于反射面的背面;彩色图案层,位于透明基材层的表面;保护膜层,位于彩色图案层的表面;以及壳体塑料层,位于反射层的背面或保护膜层的表面。使用该材料结构体制成的外壳的彩色反光物品具有全面性的彩色反光效果。

Description

彩色反光物品及其材料结构体及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明关于一种材料结构体,特别是关于一种彩色反光物品及其材料结构体及其制造方法。
背景技术
以往关于行李箱、拖箱、提箱等等具有高硬度外壳的物品,其设计通常只会在颜色上做变化,以达到美观的目的。然而,在夜晚光线不足时,其对于该等物品的辨识就较为不易。再者,我们在国外或国内旅游时,其旅游点有时会在较为郊外的区域,这些区域的夜间灯光及光线也较为不足,也不易辨识所携带的行李箱等物品。
虽然可以在行李箱等物品的外壳上贴设反光贴纸,用以在光线不足的地方清楚标示行李箱的所在位置,以增进这些物品的安全性及醒目性。但是反光贴纸颜色单调,反光贴纸除了会破坏原本行李箱等物品的原始美观设计外,严重时,反光贴纸还可能脱落。一旦反光贴纸脱落或部分拨离外掀时,其不但影响行李箱等物品外形的美观,也影响这些物品反光安全的效果。此外,以往的反光贴纸通常只能贴在行李箱等物品的外壳的局部区域,无法使这些物品达到全面反光的效果。如果贴设反光贴纸的位置不佳的话,还会影响其对于所贴设物品的醒目及警示的效果。
发明内容
本发明提供一种可以与所实施的物品一体成型、并可以产生全面安全性及美观性效果的彩色反光物品及其材料结构体及其制造方法。
根据本发明的一实施方式,提供一种彩色反光物品,具有一外壳,该外壳的剖面结构包括:一透明基材层,其背面具有反射面;一反射层,位于反射面的背面;一彩色图案层,位于透明基材层的表面;一保护膜层,位于彩色图案层的表面;以及一壳体塑料层,位于反射层的背面或保护膜层的表面。
根据本发明的另一实施方式,提供一种材料结构体,供制作一彩色反光物品的外壳,该材料结构体包括:一透明基材层,其背面具有反射面;一反射层,位于反射面的背面;一彩色图案层,位于透明基材层的表面;一保护膜层,位于彩色图案层的表面;以及一壳体塑料层,位于反射层的背面或保护膜层的表面。
根据本发明的又一实施方式,提供一种材料结构体的制造方法,该材料结构体供制作一彩色反光物品的外壳,该制造方法包括下述步骤:准备一透明基材层;在透明基材层的背面压设一反射面;电镀一反射层于反射面的背面;印刷一彩色图案层于透明基材层的表面;贴合一保护膜层于彩色图案层的表面;以及复合一壳体塑料层于反射层的背面或保护膜层的表面,依此制得一材料结构体。
根据本发明的一实施例,反射面为立体角锥状的反射面。
根据本发明的一实施例,透明基材层是选自以PVC(Polyvinyl chloridepolymer,聚氯乙烯)或PET(Polythylene terephthalate,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)或TPU(Thermoplastic polyurethanes,热塑性聚氨酯弹性橡胶)为材质的透明基材层。
根据本发明的一实施例,反射层为金属反射层。
根据本发明的一实施例,金属反射层为铝反射层。
根据本发明的一实施例,保护膜层是选自以PVC或PET为材质的保护膜层。
根据本发明的一实施例,壳体塑料层位于保护膜层的表面,且壳体塑料层为透明的壳体塑料层。
根据本发明的一实施例,壳体塑料层是选自以ABS(Acrylonitrile butadienestyrene copolymers,丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物)或PC(Polycarbonate,聚碳酸酯)或PET或PVC为材料的壳体塑料层。
依据本发明一实施方式的彩色反光物品,其外部的外壳具有壳体塑料层,以及具有由透明基材层、反射面、反射层、彩色图案层与保护膜层所构成的彩色反光结构层,可以使得彩色反光物品具有全面性的彩色反光效果。
依据本发明一实施方式的材料结构体,其具有壳体塑料层,以及具有由透明基材层、反射面、反射层、彩色图案层与保护膜层所构成的彩色反光结构层。该材料结构体可供用来以例如热压或射出成型等加工方式制作一彩色反光物品的外壳,使得该彩色反光物品依彩色反光结构层而具有全面性的彩色反光效果。
依据本发明一实施方式的材料结构体的制造方法,可以以简便的方法制得上述的材料结构体。

请参阅图1及图2,依照本发明一实施方式的彩色反光物品,其具有一外壳100,外壳的剖面结构包括有:一透明基材层110、一反射层120、一彩色图案层130、一保护膜层140与一壳体塑料层150。
彩色反光物品可为具有硬质外壳100的任何物品,例如行李箱、安全帽、公文包、宠物推车、户外垃圾桶等。附图是以行李箱为实施例。
透明基材层110是选自以PVC或PET或TPU为材质的透明基材层。透明基材层110的背面具有立体角锥状的反射面111,其具有良好的光线反射效果。
反射层120为具有良好光线反射效果的金属反射层,例如铝反射层。反射层120位于透明基材层110的反射面111的背面,使得光线经由透明基材层110及其反射面111时,依该反射层120而能予以充分反射。
彩色图案层130位于透明基材层110的表面。彩色图案层130所使用的油墨为透光性高的彩色油墨。
保护膜层140是选自以PVC或PET为材质的保护膜层。保护膜层140位于彩色图案层130的表面,用以保护彩色图案层130防止其被刮伤。上述的透明基材层110、反射面111、反射层120、彩色图案层130与保护膜层140,构成一彩色反光结构层,其中彩色图案层130可以透过反射面111及反射层120向外反射,而具有彩色反光的作用。
壳体塑料层150为构成外壳100的主体材料层,具有相当的硬度,其是选自以ABS或PC或PET或PVC为材质的壳体塑料层。壳体塑料层150位于反射层120的背面或保护膜层140的表面。当壳体塑料层150位于保护膜层140的表面时,壳体塑料层150必须为透明的壳体塑料层。
依据本发明一实施方式的彩色反光物品,其外部的外壳100是具有壳体塑料层150,以及具有由透明基材层110、反射面111、反射层120、彩色图案层130与保护膜层140所构成的彩色反光结构层,可以使得彩色反光物品产生全面性的彩色反光效果,达到最佳的安全性及醒目效果。而且彩色反光结构层是一体结合成形于外壳100上,不易脱落,具有使用上的牢固性。
同样请参阅图2,依照本发明一实施方式的材料结构体,包括有:一透明基材层110及其反射面111、一反射层120、一彩色图案层130、一保护膜层140与一壳体塑料层150。其中透明基材层110及其反射面111、反射层120、彩色图案层130以及保护膜层140一起构成一彩色反光结构层。透明基材层110、反射面111、反射层120、彩色图案层130、保护膜层140与壳体塑料层150的结构及其特性与上述相同。
依据本发明一实施方式的材料结构体,可供用来以例如热压或射出成型等加工方式制作一彩色反光物品的外壳,使得该彩色反光物品依上述的彩色反光结构层而产生全面性的彩色反光效果,达到最佳的安全性及醒目效果。
请一并参阅图3,其所示的为依照本发明一实施方式的材料结构体的制造方法的制造流程图,用以说明制造该材料结构体的步骤,其制造步骤为:(一)、准备一透明基材层110(S1),该透明基材层是选自以PVC或PET或TPU为材质的透明基材层;(二)、在透明基材层110的背面压设一立体角锥状的反射面111(S2);(三)、电镀一反射层120于反射面111的背面(S3),该反射层为铝反射层;(四)、印刷一彩色图案层130于透明基材层110的表面,彩色图案层130所使用的油墨为透光性高的彩色油墨(S4);(五)、贴合一保护膜层140于彩色图案层130的表面(S5),保护膜层140是选自以PVC或PET为材质的保护膜层;(六)、复合一壳体塑料层150于反射层120的背面或保护膜层140的表面(S6),壳体塑料层150是选自以ABS或PC或PET或PVC为材料的壳体塑料层。依上述步骤制得一材料结构体。
由上述步骤所制得的材料结构体,包括壳体塑料层150以及由透明基材层110、反射面111、反射层120、彩色图案层130、保护膜层140所构成的一彩色反光结构层。该材料结构体可供用来以例如热压或射出成型等加工方式制作一彩色反光物品的外壳。
虽然本发明以实施例揭示如上,然而这些实施例并非用来限定本发明,本领域的一般技术人员在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,可做各种的更动与润饰。

1.一种彩色反光物品,具有一外壳,其特征在于:该外壳的剖面结构包括:
一透明基材层,所述透明基材层是选自以PVC 或PET 或TPU 为材质的透明基材层;该透明基材层的背面具有反射面;所述反射面为立体角锥状的反射面;
一反射层,位于所述反射面的背面;所述反射层为铝反射层;
一彩色图案层,位于所述透明基材层的表面;
一保护膜层,位于所述彩色图案层的表面;所述保护膜层是选自以PVC 或PET 为材质的保护膜层;以及
一壳体塑料层,位于所述反射层的背面或所述保护膜层的表面;且所述壳体塑料层为透明的壳体塑料层;所述壳体塑料层是选自以ABS 或PC 或PET或PVC 为材质的壳体塑料层。
2.一种材料结构体,供制作一彩色反光物品的外壳,其特征在于:该材料结构体包括:
一透明基材层,所述透明基材层是选自以PVC 或PET 或TPU为材质的透明基材层;该透明基材层的背面具有反射面;所述反射面为立体角锥状的反射面;
一反射层,位于所述反射面的背面;所述反射层为铝反射层;
一彩色图案层,位于所述透明基材层的表面;
一保护膜层,位于所述彩色图案层的表面;所述保护膜层是选自以PVC 或PET 为材质的保护膜层;以及
一壳体塑料层,位于所述反射层的背面或所述保护膜层的表面;且所述壳体塑料层为透明的壳体塑料层;所述壳体塑料层是选自以ABS 或PC 或PET或PVC 为材料的壳体塑料层。
3.一种材料结构体的制造方法,所述材料结构体供制作一彩色反光物品的外壳,其特征在于:该制造方法包括下述步骤:
准备一透明基材层;所述透明基材层是选自以PVC 或PET 或TPU为材质的透明基材层;
在所述透明基材层的背面压设一反射面;所述反射面为立体角锥状的反射面;
电镀一反射层于所述反射面的背面;所述反射层为铝反射层;
印刷一彩色图案层于所述透明基材层的表面;
贴合一保护膜层于所述彩色图案层的表面;所述保护膜层是选自以PVC 或PET 为材质的保护膜层;
复合一壳体塑料层于所述反射层的背面或所述保护膜层的表面;且所述壳体塑料层为透明的壳体塑料层;所述壳体塑料层是选自以ABS 或PC 或PET或PVC 为材料的壳体塑料层。
