Background
Many items used clinically require sterile packaging such as sterile gloves, sterile gauze, patches, and the like. International standard ISO 11607-. The "national Standard GB/T19633-. The invention provides a sterilized medical instrument package with a supporting stripping edge, aiming at the defects of the existing standard and technology and based on the new concept of 'controllable soft-surface stripping direction of the sterilized medical instrument package'.
A sterilization medical instrument package with a supporting peeling edge is characterized in that a material harder than the rest part for supporting is added on the outer extension part of the packaging peeling side sealing edge or the outer extension part of the packaging peeling side sealing edge adopts a material harder than the rest part for supporting; the material for supporting comprises hard plastic, metal or paper; the supporting peeling edge plays a role of supporting like a flagpole of a flag when the package is peeled, and the soft surface of the package is guided to be rolled in a required direction.
The hard plastic is plastic made of phenolic plastic, polyurethane plastic, epoxy plastic, unsaturated polyester plastic, furan plastic, organic silicon resin, propenyl resin or modified resin.
The outer extending part of the package peeling side sealing edge is added with a corner row passivation treatment of a harder material which plays a supporting role than the rest part, so that the package is prevented from being damaged in the storage and transportation process.
