Example 1
In order to solve the technical problem that the PSTN cannot meet the requirements of mobile office and the like, an embodiment of the present invention provides a telephone signal forwarding system, as shown in fig. 2, the system of the embodiment includes:
a signal conversion device 101, configured to convert a first incoming call signal of a public telephone network into a first outgoing call signal of a network telephone network, and send the first outgoing call signal to an internet gateway; and/or converting a second access call signal of the network telephone network sent by the internet gateway into a second dial-out call signal of the public telephone network, and sending the second dial-out call signal to a signal receiving number (equivalent to the telephone number of a telephone communication receiver in the second dial-out call signal) of the public telephone network corresponding to the second access call signal. The first access calling signal comprises a telephone number of a telephone communication initiator (which can be a public telephone network initiator or a network telephone network initiator) and a telephone number of a receiver of a public telephone network; the first dial-out call signal also comprises a telephone number of a telephone communication initiator and a telephone number of a receiver of a public telephone network, and only the data type of the information in the first access call signal is converted into the data type of the network telephone network from the data type of the public telephone network; the second access calling signal comprises a telephone number of a telephone communication initiator and a telephone number of a receiver (which can be a public telephone network receiver and also can be a network telephone network receiver) of the network telephone network; the second outgoing call signal also includes the telephone number of the telephone communication initiator and the telephone number of the receiver of the network telephone network, except that the data type of the information in the second incoming call signal is converted from the data type of the network telephone network to the data type of the public telephone network. The signal conversion device 101 can realize the conversion between the signal in the public telephone network and the signal in the network telephone network, and convert the fixed telephone in the PSTN to the network telephone network, so that the PSTN telephone is not missed, and a foundation is laid for realizing mobile office through the PSTN; meanwhile, the telephone communication in the public telephone network can be realized through the network telephone network, so that the telephone number of the PSTN is displayed at the other end of the telephone communication.
An internet gateway 102, configured to receive the first outgoing call signal, and send the first outgoing call signal to an information receiving end of a network telephone network according to a number link (that is, a telephone number of a telephone communication receiving party in the first outgoing call signal, and a device where a corresponding telephone number obtained according to the number link is located); and/or receiving a second access calling signal and sending the second access calling signal to the signal conversion device according to the number link. The internet gateway 102 can realize telephone number switching between the public telephone network and the network telephone network, realize the purpose of cross-network and user-defined number linking of telephone communication, and greatly expand the application occasions of the PSTN.
The method of the embodiment enables the telephone of the PSTN to improve the mobility of telephone communication through the signal conversion device 101 and the Internet gateway 102, and enables the PSTN telephone user to have the capacity of mobile office.
Specifically, the signal conversion apparatus 101 includes a first conversion unit and a second conversion unit; the first conversion unit is used for converting the public telephone network signal into a network telephone network signal; and the second conversion unit is used for converting the network telephone network signal into a public telephone network signal. Thus, the signal conversion can be carried out by the first conversion unit or the second conversion unit alone or by the first conversion unit and the second conversion unit simultaneously.
The first conversion unit specifically includes:
a detection unit for detecting a first incoming call signal of a public telephone network; the detection unit is provided directly on a telephone exchange of the PSTN and detects which telephone number on the telephone exchange the telephone signal calls when a telephone signal (first incoming call signal) is incoming.
A first signal conversion unit, configured to convert the first incoming call signal into a first outgoing call signal; in this embodiment, the first signal conversion unit converts the analog signal of the PSTN into a digital signal, i.e., VoIP (voice over internet protocol), and the VoIP is transmitted in real time on the IP network in the form of a data packet. The greatest advantage of VoIP is that it can widely adopt the Internet and global IP interconnection environment, providing more and better services than the traditional services.
And the first signal transmission unit is used for transmitting the first outgoing call signal to an internet gateway. The first signal transmission unit of this embodiment sends first internet phone signal for internet gateway through wireless signal transmitting device, and the WIFI module can be chooseed for use to first signal transmission unit.
The second conversion unit includes:
the second signal transmission unit is used for receiving a second access call signal sent by the Internet gateway; the second network telephone signal of the present embodiment requires displaying the telephone signal of the PSTN at the telephone receiver.
A second signal conversion unit, for converting the second incoming call signal into a second outgoing call signal of the public telephone network; the second signal conversion unit may convert the digital signal into an analog signal of the PSTN for use within the PSTN.
And the dialing unit is used for dialing in the public telephone network according to the second dialing call signal. The dialing unit replaces the calling number (the number of the telephone communication initiator) corresponding to the second access calling signal in the network telephone network with the telephone number in the PSTN.
The internet gateway 102 further includes a number link establishing unit for establishing a number link between a receiving terminal number in the public telephone network and a binding number in the network telephone network. The direction of telephone communication is considered in two cases:
one, public telephone network receiving telephone communication, switching to network telephone network
For example, telephone number a calls telephone number B, which is the telephone number of the public telephone network; a number link is established between telephone number B and telephone number C of the network telephone network. When telephone number a calls telephone number B, telephone number B is converted to telephone number C. That is, telephone number a actually calls telephone number C, and the device where telephone number C is located is the information receiving end. At this time, the device in which the telephone number a is displayed is still the telephone number B.
Two, network telephone network receiving telephone communication and switching to public telephone network
Telephone number C of the network telephone network calls telephone number a on behalf of telephone number B, which is a telephone number of the public telephone network; a number link is established between telephone number B and telephone number C. When telephone number C calls telephone number a, telephone number C is converted to telephone number B. That is, telephone number C actually calls telephone number a, but the device in which telephone number a is located displays telephone number B. In this case, the telephone number a corresponds to the above-mentioned signal receiving number.
In both cases, telephone number B corresponds to the receiver number; the telephone number C corresponds to a binding number.
Number linking can be basically divided into four cases:
(a) establishing a link between a receiving terminal number and a binding number; this is the most basic setting, and belongs to a one-to-one correspondence between the receiving end number and the binding number. (b) Establishing a link between a plurality of receiving end numbers and a binding number; this situation requires consideration of the priority of the receiving end numbers, i.e. which receiving end number the binding number first gets through when multiple receiving end numbers all access the phone at the same time. (c) Establishing links between a receiving terminal number and a plurality of binding numbers; this situation requires consideration of the priority of the bound number to make the call, which is perceived as the first time that the bound number makes the call. (d) Establishing links between the plurality of receiving end numbers and the plurality of binding numbers; at the moment, each receiving end number has a priority for connecting with the binding number, when the binding number with the highest priority is occupied, the next-level binding number is automatically selected to be connected, and if the binding number is occupied, the connection with the binding number is continuously degraded; and if the binding numbers are all occupied, waiting. Similar priority conditions exist when the binding number is connected with the receiving end number, and details are not described here.
