Abstract
基于桥式开关电容模块的五电平自平衡逆变器,涉及多电平逆变器。设有桥式开关电容模块与两组半桥电路;所述桥式开关电容模块设有H桥和开关电容模块,所述H桥设有4个高频开关S1、S2、S3、S4;所述开关电容模块设有第一电容网络串联连接的第一电容C1a和第二电容C1b、第二电容网络串联连接的第三电容C2a和第四电容C2b,以及4个全控器件MOSFET开关管S1a、S1b、S2a、S2b。所述两组半桥电路由4个全控器件MOSFET开关管S5、S6、S7、S8构成,所述基于桥式开关电容模块的五电平自平衡逆变器可通过控制开关工作状态输出0、±2Ui、±4Ui五种电平,在多电平输出的同时实现了升压输出。
Description
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及多电平逆变器,尤其是涉及一种基于桥式开关电容模块的五电平自平 衡逆变器。
背景技术
[0002] 随着电力电子装置等非线性负载和时变性负载在电力系统、工业、轨道交通以及 家电中的大量应用,电网的无功与谐波损耗也日益严重。电网中的无功与谐波损耗不仅 导致了发电、输配电和用电效率降低,还影响了电器设备的可靠性,严重时可能造成设备损 坏,危及电网的安全运行。而采用高压大容量多电平逆变器构成的综合潮流控制器(UPFC) 和电力有源滤波器则成为了解决上述问题的一种最直接有效的治理方法。
[0003] 在中高压大容量变频调速器和电力有源滤波器大量应用的促使下,多电平逆变器 已成为当前电力电子技术中备受人们关注的重要研究热点。它具有以下优点:在电平数为 n的多电平电路中,每个功率器件的电压应力仅为直流母线电压的lAn-l);电平数的增加 可有效减小输出电压的总谐波失真;输出相同质量电压波形的条件下,开关频率较低,开关 损耗小;相比于两电平变流器,在相同的电压等级下,du/dt应力大大减小,在高压大容量 电机驱动中,可有效防止电机转子绕阻绝缘击穿,同时改善装置的电磁干扰特性。基于以上 优点,多电平逆变器在中高压交流电机调速、分布式发电、静止无功补偿、新型直流输电等 领域有良好的应用前景。
[0004] 目前的多电平变换器,按主电路拓扑结构主要可划分为三类基本拓扑结构:二极 管钳位型多电平变换器、飞跨电容型多电平变换器和级联型多电平变换器。其中飞跨型电 容钳位拓扑利用钳位电容实现器件钳位,需要大量的钳位电容;另该种拓扑存在电容电压 不平衡的问题,因而其推广应用受到限制。2000年彭方正综合多种钳位多电平变换器提出 了电容钳位自平衡式多电平逆变器,又称通用式多电平逆变器,该种逆变器拓扑具备了电 容电压自平衡功能,无需特殊的均压电路或复杂的电容均压控制,就可以实现有效的中点 电压控制。这种电路可以方便的应用于无磁路连接、高效紧凑、低电磁干扰的电能变换装 置,如DC-DC变换器、电压型DC-AC逆变电源等。
发明内容
[0005] 本发明的目的是提供一种基于桥式开关电容模块的五电平自平衡逆变器。

[0010] 所述基于桥式开关电容模块的五电平自平衡逆变器可通过控制开关工作状态输 出0、±2Ui、土灿五种电平,在多电平输出的同时实现了升压输出。
[0011] 所述第一尚频开关Si、第二尚频开关S2、第二尚频开关S3、第四尚频开关S4均可米 用全控器件M0SFET开关管。
[0012] 本发明可采用新型载波层叠式PWM控制策略,利用逆变器冗余的开关状态实现了 母线电容电压的自平衡。所述新型载波层叠式PWM控制策略在传统载波层叠式PWM控制 法的基础上,对所得波形进行整合,在实现母线电容自平衡的同时,有效提高了输出波形品 质,降低了谐波含量。
[0013] 本发明将开关电容模块与电容箝位电路有机结合起来,实现峰值为4倍输入电压 的升压输出的同时,减少了电路元件数目,解决了母线电容电压不平衡的问题,提升了输出 波形质量,有效降低了谐波含量,大大减轻了电磁干扰(EMI)等问题。
[0014] 与现有技术相比,本发明的技术方案具备以下优点:
[0015] 本发明将开关电容模块与电容箝位电路有机结合起来,充分利用两部分电路的工 作特点,实现了峰值为4倍输入电压的电压输出和电容电压自平衡。与传统五电平逆变器 相比,上述逆变器减少了电路元件数目,实现了多电平逆变器的升压输出,减少了中高压逆 变器设计中升压变压器的变比,节约了成本,解决了母线电容电压不平衡的问题,提高了输 出波形质量,有效降低了谐波含量,大大减轻了电磁干扰(EMI)等问题。

具体实施方式

[0034] 参考图1、图2,图1为本发明提供的基于桥式开关电容模块的五电平自平衡逆变 器拓扑,图2为桥式开关电容模块拓扑。由图1和2可知,所述五电平逆变器将开关电容模 块与电容箝位电路有机结合起来,结构上可分为桥式开关电容模块与两组半桥电路。
[0035] 其中桥式开关电容模块包含H桥和开关电容模块。H桥由四个全控器件M0SFET开 关管组成,分别为第一尚频开关Si、第二尚频开关S2、第二尚频开关S3、第四尚频开关S4;开 关电容模块包括第一电容网络串联连接的第一电容Cla和第二电容Clb、第二电容网络串联 连接的第三电容c2a和第四电容C2b,以及四个全控器件M0SFET开关管Sla、Slb、S2a、S2b。
[0036] 两组半桥电路由四个全控器件MOSFET开关管S5、S6、S7、Ss构成。S5、56串联构成 第一半桥网络,与第一电容网络并联;S7、38串联构成第二半桥网络,与第二电容网络并联。
[0037] 本发明可通过控制开关工作状态输出0、±21^、±41]1五种电平,现对开关工作状 态分析如下:
[0038] 首先为保证第一电容网络电容Cla、Clb两端电压为1倍输入电压,第二电容网络电 容C2a、C2b两端电压为2倍输入电压,令开关S^S4、Slb、S2a同步,S2、S3、Sla、S2b同步,且两路 驱动信号互补,等效电路如图3所示。
[0039] 图3中,开关SpS4、Slb、S2a导通,S2、S3、Sla、S2b断开,此时电路中构成两条回路: 电源Ui与开关si、slb、电容clb构成回路,uin对clb充电;电源ui与开关si、s2a、s4、电容cla、 C2a构成回路,ui、Cla对C2a充电。图4中,开关Si、S4、Slb、S2a断开,S2、s3、sla、s2b导通,电路 构成两条回路:电源Ui与开关sla、s2、电容cla构成回路,uin对cla充电;电源ui与开关s3、 S2b、s2、电容clb、c2b 构成回路,uin、clb 对c2b 充电。由上可知,uCla=uClb=ui,uC2a=uC2b= 2Ui。将串联的电容Cla、Clb视为一个电容Ci,则U"=Uaa+Uclb= 2Ui,且U"=UC2a=UC2b。
[0040] 为便于理论说明,将逆变器拓扑简化为图5形式,图5中将串联的电容Cla、Clb视为 一个电容(:1,将开关53与3 13、开关54与51淑为同一开关,由于开关31、5 4、5^523同步,52、 S3、Sla、S2b同步,以下说明中开关S^S4、Slb、S2a统称S2a,开关S2、S3、Sla、^统称S2b,继而在 新型开关电容模块的基础上,对逆变器拓扑的输出状态进行分析:

[0051] 拓扑的电容电压平衡功能是通过开关电容电路来实现的。由前分析可知,对应每 个输出的中间电平(+21^,0, -2A),都存在两种冗余的工作模态,且一种对应Si、S4、Slb、S2a 导通,另一种对应S2、S3、Sla、S2b导通。
[0052] 在输出中间电平条件下,如图14所示,当Si、S4、Slb、S2a导通时,(:23与Ci并联,则 并联的电容相互充放电实现电压相等,ue2a=Ua=Ueia+Uab。如图15所示,当S2、S3、Sla、S2b 导通时,C2ACi并联,ue2b=uei=ueia+ueib。当两组开关管交替导通时,电容交替并联,均 衡电容的充放电时间,实现电容之间的动态电压平衡。

[0056] 基于以上分析特制定如下控制策略如图16所示。该种控制策略为基于载波层叠 PWM法的新型控制方法。此处控制方法由四组频率、幅值相同的三角载波a、b、c、d分成四 层上下层叠,且四组三角载波对称地分布于横轴上下,并用同一个正弦调制波进行调制。设 载波幅值为Ue,调制波幅值为Us,调制波us=Us •sina。

[0062] 综上所述,本发明将开关电容模块与电容箝位电路有机结合起来,充分利用两部 分电路的工作特点,实现了峰值为4倍输入电压的电压输出和电容电压自平衡。与传统五 电平逆变器相比,上述逆变器减少了电路元件数目,实现了多电平逆变器的升压输出,解决 了母线电容电压不平衡的问题,提升了输出波形质量,有效降低了谐波含量,大大减轻了电 磁干扰(EMI)等问题。

1. 基于桥式开关电容模块的五电平自平衡逆变器,其特征在于设有桥式开关电容模块 与两组半桥电路; 所述桥式开关电容模块设有H桥和开关电容模块,所述H桥设有第一高频开关S1、第二 尚频开关S2、第二尚频开关S3、第四尚频开关S4;所述开关电容t旲块设有第一电容网络串联 连接的第一电容C la和第二电容C lb、第二电容网络串联连接的第三电容C2a和第四电容C 2b, 以及4个全控器件MOSFET开关管Sla、Slb、S2a、S2b; 桥式开关电容t旲块通过控制第一尚频开关S1、第二尚频开关S2、第二尚频开关S 3、第四 高频开关34与4个全控器件MOSFET开关管Sla、Slb、S2a、S2b的通断实现第一电容网络串联 连接的第一电容Cla和第二电容C lb两端电压U eia、Uab为输入电压U i,第二电容网络串联连 接的第三电容C2a和第四电容C 2b两端电压U e2a、Ue2b为2U 1; 所述两组半桥电路由4个全控器件MOSFET开关管S5、S6、S7、S8构成,全控器件MOSFET开关管S5、S6串联构成第一半桥网络并与第一电容网络并联;全控器件MOSFET开关管S7、 S8串联构成第二半桥网络并与第二电容网络并联。
