Abstract
一种高温不分层反热辐射铝箔布,包括纳米级铝粉层和不燃无机纤维层,所述纳米级铝粉层设置在所述不燃无机纤维层上方,且位于所述纳米级铝粉层和所述不燃无机纤维层之间设置有耐高温粘结剂层。本发明能够使纳米级铝粉在高温环境下通过耐高温粘结剂层与不燃无机纤维层不脱离,所以所制备的铝箔布不会产生受热分层现象,提高了反热辐射铝箔布的使用温度,并且此产品热反射率高,同时具备不燃不霉,易清洁等功能,而且抗拉强力高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高温不分层反热辐射铝箔布,属于布料技术领域。
背景技术
目前常用的反热辐射铝箔布为一层基布和铝箔通过粘结剂粘合,此种热辐射铝箔耐温低,通常超过200度基布和铝箔就分层了,产品损坏失去作用,不可循环多次使用财物浪费,并且在更高温下也不能用。
发明内容
为克服上有技术的缺陷,本发明提供一种既保证高温下不分层且具有较高的热反射率特性且防火阻燃、环保、耐老化效果的反热辐射铝箔布。
为此,本发明采用如下之技术方案:
一种高温不分层反热辐射铝箔布,包括纳米级铝粉层和不燃无机纤维层,所述纳米级铝粉层设置在所述不燃无机纤维层上方,且位于所述纳米级铝粉层和所述不燃无机纤维层之间设置有耐高温粘结剂层。
进一步:所述不燃无机纤维层的厚度为0.02-3mm。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明具有下列优点:本发明能够使纳米级铝粉在高温环境下通过耐高温粘结剂层与不燃无机纤维层不脱离,所以所制备的铝箔布不会产生受热分层现象,提高了反热辐射铝箔布的使用温度,并且此产品热反射率高,同时具备不燃不霉,易清洁等功能,而且抗拉强力高。

下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述:

一种高温不分层反热辐射铝箔布,包括纳米级铝粉层1和不燃无机纤维层3,所述纳米级铝粉层1设置在所述不燃无机纤维层3上方,且位于所述纳米级铝粉层1和所述不燃无机纤维层3之间设置有耐高温粘结剂层2。
所述耐高温粘结剂层2由耐高温粘结剂组成。现有技术中耐高温粘结剂广泛应用于各种工业、民用锅炉的高温炉膛、炉墙、前后拱等部位的砌筑、修补和喷涂,更广泛适用于各种高温窑炉热修,特别是机焦炉炭化室各部位出现的凸凹、剥蚀、裂缝、熔融、掉砖、错台的热修以及电熔炉、冶炼炉的喷堵和砌筑。其没有应用到布料等领域。由于耐高温粘结剂具有耐火度高、抗折强度大等特点,在布料的粘结中能够很好的提高整个布料的耐火强度。
所述不燃无机纤维层3采用无机硅酸盐纤维本身具有阻燃效果,能够提高整个布料的耐火强度。所述不燃无机纤维层的厚度为0.02-3mm。
所述纳米级铝粉层1由纳米级铝粉组成,在使用中与耐高温粘结剂联合使用,使得纳米级铝粉表面涂覆有耐高温粘结剂,采用喷涂的方式将纳米级铝粉多次均匀的喷涂在不燃无机纤维层的一面。
本发明能够使纳米级铝粉在高温环境下通过耐高温粘结剂层与不燃无机纤维层不脱离,所以所制备的铝箔布不会产生受热分层现象,提高了反热辐射铝箔布的使用温度,并且此产品热反射率高,同时具备不燃不霉,易清洁等功能,而且抗拉强力高。

1.一种高温不分层反热辐射铝箔布,其特征在于:包括纳米级铝粉层和不燃无机纤维层,所述纳米级铝粉层设置在所述不燃无机纤维层上方,且位于所述纳米级铝粉层和所述不燃无机纤维层之间设置有耐高温粘结剂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高温不分层反热辐射铝箔布,其特征在于:所述不燃无机纤维层的厚度为0.02-3mm。
