本发明涉及齿轮技术领域，尤其是一种带有轮齿套的齿轮。
背景技术
现有的齿轮磨损现象严重，如果使用时间久了，便要更换整个齿轮，成本太高。
发明内容
为了克服现有的上述的不足，本发明提供了一种带有轮齿套的齿轮。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种带有轮齿套的齿轮，包括齿轮主体、轮齿和槽口，齿轮主体中心设有轴孔，轴孔上设有卡槽，轮齿上套有轮齿套，轮齿套通过轮齿顶部垂直螺丝和两侧侧面螺丝固定在轮齿上。
本发明的有益效果是，本装置通过装上轮齿套的方式保证整个齿轮长久使用，而且更换方便。

具体实施方式
如图1是本发明的结构示意图，一种带有轮齿套的齿轮，包括齿轮主体1、轮齿2和槽口3，齿轮主体1中心设有轴孔4，轴孔4上设有卡槽5，轮齿2上套有轮齿套6，轮齿套6通过轮齿2顶部垂直螺丝7和两侧侧面螺丝8固定在轮齿2上。
当发现轮齿套6磨损到无法使用时，旋下垂直螺丝7和侧面螺丝8，直接更换新的轮齿套6即可。

1.一种带有轮齿套的齿轮，包括齿轮主体（1）、轮齿（2）和槽口（3），所述齿轮主体（1）中心设有轴孔（4），所述轴孔（4）上设有卡槽（5），其特征是，所述轮齿（2）上套有轮齿套（6），所述轮齿套（6）通过轮齿（2）顶部垂直螺丝（7）和两侧侧面螺丝（8）固定在轮齿（2）上。
