本发明涉及一种面料,属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
目前生产的面料结构单一,层次感差,满足不了人们的需要。且不具有闪光功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种层次感强的带有抗紫外线层的盘花植绒闪光面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种带有抗紫外线层的盘花植绒闪光面料,包括面料本体,所述面料本体呈网状,并且在所述面料本体的上表面设有盘花层,下表面设有植绒层,所述盘花层、植绒层和面料本体连接为一整体,所述盘花层上设有盘花,所述植绒层上设有绒花,所述盘花和绒花对称分布,所述面料本体由织物制成,所述织物由经向纱线和纬向纱线相互交织构成,所述的经向纱线和纬向纱线的断面均为三角形。织物下设置抗紫外线层,抗紫外线层由经纱和纬纱交织而成,所述经纱和纬纱为棉纱或涤纶纱,所述经纱或纬纱的表面涂覆有可抗紫外线的保护层,所述织物层外围包覆有PU材料制成的具有弹性的涂层。保护层为二氧化钛层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、凸起的盘花和绒花增强了带有抗紫外线层的盘花植绒闪光面料的层次感,并且手感柔软舒适。
2、当白光通过三角纱线后,会形成不则颜色的光,透过布面的光会形成较强列的反射和折射,使织物具有较高光泽度。

所述面料本体1由织物制成,所述织物由经向纱线和纬向纱线相互交织构成,所述的经向纱线和纬向纱线的断面均为三角形。织物下设置抗紫外线层,抗紫外线层由经纱和纬纱交织而成,所述经纱和纬纱为棉纱或涤纶纱,所述经纱或纬纱的表面涂覆有可抗紫外线的保护层,所述织物层外围包覆有PU材料制成的具有弹性的涂层。保护层为二氧化钛层。
