技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料，属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
目前生产的面料结构单一，层次感差，满足不了人们的需要。且不具有闪光功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种层次感强的带有抗菌面料层的盘花植绒闪光面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种带有抗菌面料层的盘花植绒闪光面料，包括面料本体，所述面料本体呈网状，并且在所述面料本体的上表面设有盘花层，下表面设有植绒层，所述盘花层、植绒层和面料本体连接为一整体，所述盘花层上设有盘花，所述植绒层上设有绒花，所述盘花和绒花对称分布，所述面料本体由织物制成，所述织物由经向纱线和纬向纱线相互交织构成，所述的经向纱线和纬向纱线的断面均为三角形。织物下设置抗菌面料层，抗菌面料层采用经丝和纬丝织造而成；经丝采用纳米竹碳纤维20～30重量份和涤纶纤维60～75重量份加捻的低捻复合纱线为原料,经密度为52.2～56.1根/厘米；纬丝采用纳米银纤维35～45重量份和涤纶纤维75～85重量份加捻的低捻复合纱线为原料，纬密度为21.4～23.7根/厘米。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
1、凸起的盘花和绒花增强了带有抗菌面料层的盘花植绒闪光面料的层次感，并且手感柔软舒适。
2、当白光通过三角纱线后，会形成不则颜色的光，透过布面的光会形成较强列的反射和折射，使织物具有较高光泽度。

参见图1和图2，本发明涉及一种带有抗菌面料层的盘花植绒闪光面料，包括面料本体1，所述面料本体1呈网状，并且在所述面料本体1的上表面设有盘花层2，下表面设有植绒层3，所述盘花层2、植绒层3和面料本体1连接为一整体。所述盘花层2上设有盘花，所述植绒层3上设有绒花，所述盘花和绒花对称分布。
所述面料本体1由织物制成，所述织物由经向纱线和纬向纱线相互交织构成，所述的经向纱线和纬向纱线的断面均为三角形。织物下设置抗菌面料层，抗菌面料层采用经丝和纬丝织造而成；经丝采用纳米竹碳纤维20～30重量份和涤纶纤维60～75重量份加捻的低捻复合纱线为原料,经密度为52.2～56.1根/厘米；纬丝采用纳米银纤维35～45重量份和涤纶纤维75～85重量份加捻的低捻复合纱线为原料，纬密度为21.4～23.7根/厘米。
