Background
When the motor base is processed, the coaxiality requirements on the inner circles at the two ends, the seam allowances and the like are high. Generally, during processing, the base needs to be turned, namely, a non-wire outlet end plane, a spigot and a neutral gear of the base are turned firstly, and a hole is drilled and a thread is tapped; and then the machine seat is arranged on a spigot tire tool to turn a line end plane, a spigot, a neutral gear and an iron core gear, but four procedures need to be converted after turning of the machine seat, so that time and labor are wasted, the coaxiality and the jumping of each clamping and processing are difficult to ensure, and the processing precision is low.
CN104625612A discloses a method for processing a small and medium-sized motor base, in which an iron core block, a spigot, an end face and the like are alternately turned roughly and finely, after a stator iron core needs to be pressed into the base, the spigot, the end face and the like are turned finely, and the stator iron core is turned finely after being clamped and aligned for multiple times, so that not only are the number of conversion processes increased and the benefit low, but also the coaxiality is greatly affected by the finish turning and twice clamping processing, and the rejection rate of workpiece processing is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
The design purpose is as follows: the defects in the prior art are avoided, and the faceplate type tool for finish turning of the base is designed, wherein the lathe can finish turning by one-time clamping.

The technical scheme is as follows: a flower disc type tool for finish turning of a machine base comprises a machine head connecting disc and a cutter bar arranged on a cutter rest; a positioning plate parallel to the bed head connecting plate is arranged on the outer side of the bed head connecting plate, and a plurality of connecting columns which are uniformly distributed are arranged between the bed head connecting plate and the positioning plate; the other side of the positioning plate is provided with a disc chuck press plate parallel to the positioning plate, and the positioning plate is connected with the disc chuck press plate through a plurality of uniformly distributed disc chuck connecting rods; coaxial positioning through holes are formed in the middle parts of the positioning plate and the disc chuck pressing plate; the front end of the cutter bar is provided with two cutter grooves, and an inner hole cutter and a plane cutter are respectively arranged in the cutter grooves; the rear end of the cutter rod is provided with a plurality of cutter grooves, and a plane cutter is arranged in one cutter groove.
Preferably, the length of the connecting column is 50-80 mm; the number of the connecting columns and the number of the flower disc connecting rods are three.

A flower disc type tool for finish turning of a machine base comprises a bed head connecting disc 1, a positioning plate 3, a connecting column 2, a flower disc connecting rod 4, a flower disc pressing plate 5 and a cutter bar 8 arranged on a cutter rest; the bed head connecting disc 1 is fixedly connected with a machine tool spindle; the positioning plate 3 and the faceplate pressing plate 5 are both arranged in parallel with the bedside connecting plate 1, three connecting columns 2 are arranged between the bedside connecting plate 1 and the positioning plate 3, the three connecting columns 2 are close to the periphery of the bedside connecting plate 1, and the three connecting columns 2 are uniformly distributed, namely, the three connecting columns 2 are separated by 120 degrees; the length of the connecting column 2 is 50-80mm, connecting bolts are arranged in the connecting column 2, and the connecting column 2, the positioning plate 3 and the bed head connecting disc 1 are fixedly connected through the connecting bolts; three disc chuck connecting rods 4 are arranged between the positioning plate 3 and the disc chuck pressing plate 5, threads are arranged at two ends of each disc chuck connecting rod 4, and two ends of each disc chuck connecting rod 4 are fixedly connected with the positioning plate 3 and the disc chuck pressing plate 5 through nuts respectively; the three disc chuck connecting rods 4 are close to the edge of the disc chuck pressing plate 5, and the three disc chuck connecting rods 4 are uniformly distributed and arranged, namely the angle between every two adjacent disc chuck connecting rods 4 is 120 degrees; coaxial positioning through holes are formed in the middle of the positioning plate 3 and the disc chuck pressing plate 5, and two ends of the workpiece 7 are clamped in the positioning through holes of the positioning plate 3 and the disc chuck pressing plate 5 respectively, namely the workpiece 7 is clamped between the positioning plate 3 and the disc chuck pressing plate 5; the front end of the cutter bar 8 is provided with two cutter grooves 11, and an inner hole cutter 9 and a plane cutter are respectively arranged in the cutter grooves; the rear end of the cutter bar 8 is provided with a plurality of cutter grooves 12, wherein a plane cutter 10 is arranged in one cutter groove 12; after the workpiece 7 is clamped, the bed head connecting disc 1 is connected with the positioning plate 3 through the connecting column 2, and a space is reserved between the bed head connecting disc 1 and the positioning plate 3 and serves as a tool retracting space; an inner hole cutter 9 is arranged in a cutter groove 11 at the top end of the cutter bar 8, an inner side plane cutter is arranged in the cutter groove 11 at the front end of the cutter bar 8, an outer side plane cutter 10 is arranged in one cutter groove 12 at the rear end of the cutter bar 8, a lathe is started, and the two end faces and the inner hole of the workpiece 7 can be turned at one time without turning around, clamping the workpiece and withdrawing the cutter for changing the cutter; the two-time clamping is changed into one-time clamping and one-time turning, so that the coaxiality and the end face parallelism of the engine base are effectively ensured; the combined cutter is used for turning to avoid cutter changing and converting processes, the direct benefit is improved by 30%, the upper workpiece and the lower workpiece are quick, the chuck platen 5 and the machine base workpiece 7 can be taken down only by unscrewing the threads, the auxiliary time is short, the benefit is high, and the processing precision and the processing efficiency are greatly improved.
Example 2: reference is made to fig. 3 and 4 on the basis of example 1. A colored disc type tool for finish turning of a machine base is characterized in that two machine base support rods 6 are further arranged between a positioning plate 3 and a colored disc pressing plate 5, and one ends of the machine base support rods 6 are fixed on the positioning plate 3; when a medium-sized engine base needs to be machined, the engine base support rod 6 is tightly attached and fixed to the outer diameter side of the workpiece 7, the outer diameter is utilized for positioning, and the external heat dissipation ribs are axially compressed, so that the machined engine base is small in ovality, namely small in deformation, and the machining quality of the workpiece is further improved.
