Abstract
本发明公开了一种排屑导轨,包括底座(2)和导轨本体(1),导轨本体(1)位于底座(2)上表面的中间位置,所述导轨本体(1)两侧的底座(2)上开有若干排屑孔(3),若干排屑孔(3)形成波浪形。本发明带有排屑孔,且多个排屑孔的连线形成波浪形,因此无论杂质在哪个位置,均能够从排屑孔排走。

本发明涉及一种导轨,尤其是涉及一种排屑导轨。
背景技术
现有的导轨均不设有排屑的功能,当导轨上的杂质或碎屑堆积过多时,会影响到导轨的正常使用。
发明内容
本发明为了解决目前的导轨没有排屑功能的问题,为此提供了一种排屑导轨,包括底座2和导轨本体1,导轨本体1位于底座2上表面的中间位置,所述导轨本体1两侧的底座2上开有若干排屑孔3,若干排屑孔3形成波浪形。
本发明排屑导轨,相邻两个排屑孔3的中心间的距离d小于排屑孔3的直径。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明带有排屑孔,且多个排屑孔的连线形成波浪形,因此无论杂质在哪个位置,均能够从排屑孔排走。

1.一种排屑导轨,包括底座(2)和导轨本体(1),导轨本体(1)位于底座(2)上表面的中间位置,其特征是:所述导轨本体(1)两侧的底座(2)上开有若干排屑孔(3),若干排屑孔(3)形成波浪形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的排屑导轨,其特征是:相邻两个排屑孔(3)的中心间的距离d小于排屑孔(3)的直径。
