在本发明的一个实施方案中,本发明合成使用单糖、二糖或多糖或单糖、二糖和多糖中的至少两种的混合物作为原料而进行。例如,在G1为葡萄糖的情况下,葡萄糖浆或来自葡萄糖浆与淀粉或纤维素的混合物可用作原料。聚合葡萄糖通常需要在通式(II)的醇转化前解聚。然而,优选使用G1的单糖或二糖或多糖作为原料,其为无水的或作为水合物,例如作为一水合物。

在一个实施方案中,本发明合成在90-125℃,优选100-115℃,特别优选102-110℃的温度下进行。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,本发明合成在2-15小时的时间内进行。
在进行本发明合成的过程中,优选移除在反应过程中形成的水,例如通过蒸除水。在本发明的一个实施方案中,在本发明合成的过程中形成的水借助迪安-斯达克榻分水器移除。所述后一个实施方案在其中通式(II)的醇与水形成低沸点共沸混合物的实施方案中特别优选。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,本发明合成在20毫巴至常压的压力下进行。
在另一实施方案中,在合成结束时,移除未反应的通式(II)的醇,例如通过将其蒸除。该移除可在用例如碱,如氢氧化钠或MgO中和酸性催化剂后开始。蒸除过量的醇的温度根据通式(II)的醇选择。在很多情况下,选择140-215℃的温度,以及1-500毫巴的压力。
在一个实施方案中,本发明方法额外地包括一个或多个纯化步骤。可能的纯化步骤可选自漂白,例如用过氧化物,如过氧化氢的漂白,在吸附剂如硅胶上过滤,以及用炭的处理。
另一方面为制备本发明混合物的方法,也简称为本发明混合方法。本发明混合方法可通过使至少一种本发明化合物与至少一种它的异构体或至少一种选自烷氧基化脂肪醇和含羟基非离子表面活性剂的非离子表面活性剂,在本体中或优选作为含水配制剂混合而进行。
本发明混合方法通过使至少一种本发明化合物与至少一种它的异构体作为水溶液在室温下或者在升高的温度下,例如在25-60℃的温度下混合而进行。含水配制剂可选自含水分散体和水溶液,其中优选水溶液。优选混合通过使至少一种包含本发明化合物的含水配制剂和至少一种包含相应本发明化合物的异构体的含水配制剂组合而进行。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,本发明混合方法通过使包含40-60重量%的本发明化合物的水溶液和至少一种包含55-75重量%的它的异构体的水溶液在20-80℃的温度下混合而进行。
本发明的另一方面为本发明化合物或本发明混合物在清洁硬表面中的用途。本发明的另一方面为一种通过使用本发明化合物或本发明混合物清洁硬表面的方法,所述方法也称为本发明清洁方法。为了进行本发明清洁方法,可直接或优选作为含水配制剂使用任何本发明化合物或任何本发明混合物。在该含水配制剂中,优选其含有35-80重量%的至少一种本发明混合物。
就本发明而言所用的硬表面定义为水不溶性,且优选为非溶胀性材料的表面。此外,就本发明而言所用的硬表面不溶于丙酮、石油溶剂(矿物质松节油)和乙醇。就本发明而言所用的硬表面优选也显现出对于手工破坏如指甲划伤的耐受性。优选它们具有3或更高的莫氏硬度。硬表面的实例为玻璃、砖瓦、石头、陶瓷、搪瓷、混凝土、皮革、钢、其他金属如铁或铝,此外还有木材、塑料,特别是三聚氰胺树脂、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、PMMA、聚碳酸酯、聚酯如PET,此外还有聚苯乙烯和PVC,以及硅(晶片)表面。本发明配制剂在用于清洁为至少部分结构化物体的硬表面时特别有利。就此而言,结构化物体是指具有例如凸或凹构件、缺口、沟槽、转角或类似于隆起物的提升的物体。
就本发明而言所用的纤维可为合成来源或天然来源。天然来源的纤维的实例为棉和木材。合成来源的纤维的实例为聚氨酯纤维如或聚酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维和玻璃棉。其他实例为生物聚合物纤维如粘胶,以及工业纤维如纤维可为单根纤维或织物如针织物、织造物或非织造物的一部分。
为了进行本发明清洁方法,施用本发明配制剂。优选本发明配制剂在它们的实施方案中作为含水配制剂施用,其包含例如10-99.9重量%的水。本发明配制剂可为分散体、溶液、凝胶或固体块、乳液(包括微乳液)和泡沫,优选为溶液。它们可以高度稀释形式,如1:10-1:50使用。
为了进行本发明清洁方法,可使任何硬表面或纤维或纤维排列(arrangement offiber)与本发明配制剂接触。
当使硬表面与本发明配制剂接触时,本发明配制剂可在环境温度下施用。在另一实施方案中,本发明配制剂可在升高的温度,如30-85℃下使用,例如通过使用具有30-85℃的温度的本发明配制剂,或将本发明配制剂施加到经预热(例如预热到30-85℃)的硬表面。
在一个实施方案中,可将本发明配制剂在常压下施加到硬表面。在另一实施方案中,可将本发明配制剂在压力下,例如借助高压清洁器或压力清洗器,施加到硬表面。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,本发明配制剂的施用持续时间在纤维清洁的情况下可为1秒至24小时,优选30分钟至5小时,在硬表面清洁如地板清洁、厨房清洁或浴室清洁的情况下优选为1秒至1小时。
就本发明而言,硬表面清洁可包括移除重质污物、移除轻质污物和移除灰尘,甚至移除少量灰尘。
待移除的污物的实例不限于灰尘和污垢,还可为炭黑,烃如油、机油,此外还有来自食品、饮料、体液如血液或排泄物的残留物,此外还有复杂的天然混合物如油脂和复杂的合成混合物如包含油脂的漆、涂料和颜料。
硬表面与本发明配制剂的接触可进行一次或重复进行,例如进行两次或三次。
在进行硬表面或纤维或纤维排列与本发明配制剂的接触后,将移除包含污垢或灰尘的残留的本发明配制剂。该移除可通过由相应本发明配制剂移除现具有干净硬表面的物体进行,或反之亦然,且其可由一个或多个漂洗步骤辅助。
在进行本发明清洁方法后,可使现具有干净硬表面的物体或纤维或纤维排列干燥。可在室温下或在升高的温度,例如35-95℃下进行干燥。干燥可在干燥烘箱中,在转筒(尤其是就纤维和织物而言)中,或在具有室温或升高的温度如35-95℃的空气流中进行。另一选择为冷冻干燥。
通过进行本发明清洁方法,可非常好地清洁硬表面和纤维。特别地,可良好地清洁具有结构化硬表面的物体。
本发明的另一方面涉及包含至少一种本发明化合物的含水配制剂,该配制剂也称为本发明配制剂。本发明的配制剂可含有0.05-50重量%,优选0.1-15重量%,甚至更优选0.2-5重量%的至少一种本发明化合物或本发明混合物。

优选不含磷酸盐的本发明配制剂。就本发明而言,术语“不含磷酸盐”是指基于总固体含量并由重量法测量,具有0.5重量%的磷酸盐最大值的配制剂,且不含磷酸盐的配制剂可含有最少50ppm(重量)的磷酸盐或更少。
优选的无机助洗剂的实例为硅酸盐、硅酸盐、碳酸盐和硅铝酸盐。硅酸盐和硅铝酸盐可选自晶体材料和无定型材料。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,无机助洗剂选自具有离子交换性能的结晶硅铝酸盐,例如特别是沸石。各种沸石为合适的,特别是呈其Na形式或呈其中Na由阳离子如Li+、K+、Ca2+、Mg2+或铵部分替换的形式的沸石A、X、B、P、MAP和HS。

工作实施例
通用说明
除非另有明确说明,百分数为重量%(wt%)。
所有关于色数的测量分别在10体积%的稀释的糊状物或溶液中进行。对于稀释,使用15体积%的异丙醇水溶液。
用于制备本发明化合物的实验室设备由4L夹套玻璃反应器、具有迪安-斯达克榻分水器的冷凝器、三级搅拌器、蒸馏接收器和滴液漏斗组成。压力用由真空泵、压力指示器、压力控制器和两个用液氮冷却的冷阱组成的真空系统设定。为了通过蒸馏移除过量的醇,使用装有搅拌器的2L圆底烧瓶、PT100、克莱森蒸馏头、冷却器、蒸馏物接收器、压力测量和真空泵。
I.本发明化合物的合成
对于醇(II.1),使用如下化合物:
它通过异戊醇的格尔伯特反应得到。它具有10mol%的(II.1a)杂质。
因此,它为9:1的异构体混合物,在下文中也称为“醇混合物(II.1)”。
I.1 本发明化合物(I.1)的合成
将703.6g(2.4摩尔)的一水合葡萄糖和1250g的醇混合物(II.1)加入上述实验室设备的4L玻璃反应器。使所得悬浮液在75℃下在30毫巴的压力下在搅拌下干燥30分钟。随后,将压力调节至环境压力,并使淤浆加热到90℃。加入溶解在100g醇混合物(II.1)中的2.14g量的浓硫酸(96重量%)并持续加热直到达到106℃的温度。将压力设定为30毫巴,并在搅拌下,使形成的水在装有冷阱的迪安-斯塔克榻分水器上蒸除。5.5小时后,不再有水形成,且理论上待形成的水量在冷阱中。
随后,反应通过用2.6g的50重量%的NaOH水溶液中和催化剂而猝灭。在异丙醇/水(1:10)的10%的溶液中测量的pH值至少为9.5。随后将反应混合物转移至圆底烧瓶,使过量的醇混合物(II.1)在140℃/1毫巴下蒸除。在移除过量醇混合物(II.1)的过程中,温度在2小时内逐步升至180℃。当不再有醇蒸出时,将液体反应混合物搅入水(室温)中以将固体含量调节至60%并冷却到环境温度,由此形成含水糊状物。化合物I.1具有1.31的聚合度(数均)以及0.04g的残留醇含量,并且如此得到的糊状物具有40.8%的水含量。pH值为4.1,色数(加德纳)为16.3。

I.2 本发明化合物(I.2)的合成
将839.9g(4.66摩尔)的木糖和1511g的醇混合物(II.1)加入4L上述玻璃反应器。使所得淤浆加热到90℃。加入溶解在100g醇混合物(II.1)的2.55g量的浓硫酸(96重量%)并持续加热直到达到106℃的温度。将压力设定为30毫巴,并在搅拌下,使形成的水在装有冷阱的迪安-斯塔克榻分水器上蒸除。255分钟后,不再有水形成,且理论上待形成的水量在冷阱中。
随后,反应通过用3.51g的50重量%的NaOH水溶液中和催化剂而猝灭。在异丙醇/水(1:10)的10%的溶液中测量的pH值至少为9.5。随后将反应混合物转移至圆底烧瓶,且使过量的醇混合物(II.1)在140℃/1毫巴下蒸除。在移除过量醇混合物(II.1)的过程中,温度在2小时内逐步升至165℃。当不再有醇蒸出时,将液体反应混合物搅入水(室温)中以将固体含量调节至60%并冷却到环境温度,由此形成含水糊状物。化合物I.2具有1.32的聚合度(数均)以及0.2g的残留醇含量,并且如此得到的糊状物具有50.6%的水含量。pH值为7.8,色数(加德纳)为10.1。
为了改进颜色,将1793g以上糊状物转移至4L容器并与43.3g的35重量%的H2O2水溶液反应,后者以用Merckoquant过氧化物测试棒测定的总过氧化物含量为300-1500ppm的方式加入。pH值维持在7.5-8。最后,将pH值用50重量%的NaOH水溶液调节至11.5。色数(加德纳)已降至2.5,且水含量已升至50.6%。对10体积%经稀释的糊状物进行所有关于pH值和过氧化物含量的测量。对于稀释,使用15体积%的异丙醇水溶液。
II.本发明化合物和对比化合物的清洁性能
作为对比化合物,使用如下化合物:
C-C.1:线性C8-C14烷基葡糖苷的混合物,聚合度(类似于x):1.5,摩尔量:
n-C8葡糖苷:45摩尔%,n-C10葡糖苷:50摩尔%,n-C12葡糖苷:3摩尔%,n-C14葡糖苷:2摩尔%
C-C.2:2-乙基己基葡糖苷,聚合度(类似于x):1.3
C-C.3:n-C8烷基葡糖苷,聚合度(类似于x):1.3
C-C.4:n-C5C11-CH(n-C3H7)-CH2-葡糖苷(“n-2PH葡糖苷”),聚合度(类似于x):1.3
C-C.5:n-C5C11-CH(n-C3H7)-CH2-木糖苷(“n-2PH木糖苷”),聚合度(类似于x):1.3
测试污垢:
36wt%石油溶剂(沸程80/110°);
17wt%甘油三酯(市售318);
40wt%矿物油(市售801),
7wt%炭黑
为了制备测试污垢,将石油溶剂加入烧杯中。在搅拌(500rpm)下加入甘油三酯和矿物油直到形成清澈溶液。随后缓慢加入炭黑。随后,将如此得到的分散体用IKA Ultra-T25 digital–basic搅拌30分钟。其后,使分散体随后用磁力搅拌器在环境温度下搅拌21天并随后用上述Ultra-Turrax搅拌30分钟。随后将如此得到的分散体在环境条件下在密闭的玻璃瓶中储存额外14天,同时在磁力搅拌设备上连续搅拌。随后如此得到的测试污物准备使用。
对于测试底物,使用可由Gerrits市购的PVC-5410Vario white的白色PVC条(37·423·1.2mm)。
对于测试清洁剂,将根据表1的量的本发明化合物或对比化合物溶解于50ml水中。如果需要,用0.1M NaOH或0.1M乙酸将pH值调节至7。随后,通过加入蒸馏水将各测试清洁剂的总质量调节至100(±0.2)g的总质量。
测试为在自动测试机器人中进行的加德纳测试。它包含海绵(粘胶,可作为Z14700市购),横截面为9·4cm。对于每批,首先用0.28(±0.2)g的测试污垢通过刷子将5个测试条污染且随后在环境温度下干燥1小时。随后将它们用潮湿海绵处理,用20ml测试清洁剂浸泡,用300g的重量摇摆10次且摇摆速度为10m/s,随后用蒸馏水漂洗两次并在环境温度下干燥4小时。
对于各测试条,使用新的海绵。污染和去污用数码照相机记录。

固体含量是指测试清洁剂,并以g固体/100g表示。忽略NaOH或乙酸含量。
标准偏差涉及每批用相同清洁剂和相同污垢测试的5个PVC条。
II.2 润湿能力和发泡能力
润湿能力根据ISO 8022:1990测试,根据EN1772:1995调整。润湿能力以秒表示并意指在填充有相应表面活性剂的水溶液的烧杯中使棉制样品润湿直到它沉到烧杯底部所需的时间。时间越短,润湿能力越高。作为衣物清洁剂(“LCW”),施用在蒸馏水中由1g/l的相应表面活性剂(±0.02g)构成的水溶液。
作为底物,施用TNV30棉制样品,根据DIN ISO8022(wfk-Testgewebe GmbH)直径为30mm(浸渍)。
温度在±2℃的范围内恒定。
发泡能力根据EN12728/DIN53902在40℃下用10°dH(德国硬度)的水测定。作为衣物清洁剂(“LCF”),施用在蒸馏水中包含2g/l的相应表面活性剂(±0.02g)的水溶液。温度保持在±2℃的范围内恒定。
结果总结在表2a和2b中。

可看出对于润湿能力,基于醇混合物(II.1)的反应产物的聚葡糖苷优于基于2-正丙基庚醇的聚葡糖苷,且基于醇混合物(II.1)的反应产物的聚木糖苷优于相应基于2-正丙基庚醇的聚木糖苷。然而,聚木糖苷具有比聚葡糖苷更高的价格且因此在所有施用中不被接受。

测定发泡能力的实验误差小于±5%。可看出对于发泡能力,基于醇混合物(II.1)的反应产物的聚葡糖苷优于基于2-正丙基庚醇的聚葡糖苷,且基于醇混合物(II.1)的反应产物的聚木糖苷优于相应基于2-正丙基庚醇的聚木糖苷。
II.3 泡沫稳定性测试
用于测定泡沫稳定性的实验在Sita Foam Tester R-2000中进行。作为测试溶液,使用1g/l在蒸馏水中的相应聚葡糖苷的水溶液。将300ml量的相应测试溶液泵入玻璃容器并加热到相应温度。随后将其在1500rpm下搅拌1分钟。随后测定泡沫的体积。搅拌和测量重复9次。随后停止搅拌器,并测定泡沫的衰减。停止后10分钟的测量分别在表3或3a或3b中。结果概括在表3中。对于表3a,重复该实验,不同的是使用具有16°dH(德国硬度)的水代替蒸馏水。对于表3b,重复该实验,不同的是使用1重量%NaOH水溶液代替蒸馏水。

在本发明实施例中,泡沫体积较少或至少较不快速地形成,并且不希望的泡沫与具有相应聚葡糖苷部分的对比例相比较不稳定。
Claims (18)
1.通式(I)的化合物的混合物
其中:
R1为-(CH2)nCH(CH3)2,
R2为-(CH2)n+2CH(CH3)2,
G1选自具有4-6个碳原子的单糖,
x为1.1-4,
n为0-3的数。
2.根据权利要求1的化合物的混合物,其特征在于G1选自葡萄糖、阿拉伯糖和木糖。
3.根据权利要求1的化合物的混合物,其特征在于x为1.15-1.9。
4.根据权利要求2的化合物的混合物,其特征在于x为1.15-1.9。
5.根据权利要求1的化合物的混合物,其特征在于n为零。
6.根据权利要求2的化合物的混合物,其特征在于n为零。
7.根据权利要求3的化合物的混合物,其特征在于n为零。
8.根据权利要求4的化合物的混合物,其特征在于n为零。
9.根据权利要求1-8中任一项的化合物的混合物,其特征在于在其中x为2或更大的分子中,糖基连接在1,4-位上。
10.混合物,含有至少一种根据权利要求1-9中任一项的化合物的混合物以及至少一种它的异构体,在所述异构体中糖部分与G1相同但烷基不同。
11.混合物,含有至少一种根据权利要求1-9中任一项的化合物的混合物以及至少一种选自烷氧基化脂肪醇和含羟基的非离子表面活性剂的非离子表面活性剂。
12.制备根据权利要求1-9中任一项的化合物的混合物的方法,包括使通式(II)的醇在催化剂存在下与具有G1基团的单糖、二糖或多糖反应的步骤:
13.含水配制剂,含有0.05-50重量%的一种根据权利要求1-9中任一项的化合物的混合物或至少一种根据权利要求10或11的混合物。
14.根据权利要求13的含水配制剂,其特征在于其进一步含有至少一种来源于合成根据权利要求1-9中任一项的化合物的混合物或根据权利要求10或11的混合物的副产物或原料。
15.根据权利要求1-9中任一项的化合物的混合物或根据权利要求10或11的混合物在清洁硬表面或纤维中的用途。
16.通过使硬表面或纤维与至少一种含有根据权利要求1-9的化合物的混合物或根据权利要求10或11的混合物的含水配制剂接触而清洁硬表面或纤维的方法。
17.根据权利要求16的方法,其特征在于所述纤维为纤维排列。
18.根据权利要求16或17的方法,其特征在于清洁包括脱脂。
