3. The method according to claim 2, wherein before the retrieving the average sleeping time of the user corresponding to the preset fingerprint information, the method further comprises:
receiving the sleep time of each day in the preset days of the user sent by the wearable device;
and calculating the average sleeping time of the user according to the sleeping time of each day in the preset days.
4. The method according to claim 2, wherein after the collecting of the input fingerprint information and before the determining whether the fingerprint information matches preset fingerprint information, the method further comprises:
sending a preset fingerprint information acquisition request to a user with a specified relationship in the social application running on the terminal equipment;
and receiving preset fingerprint information sent by the user with the specified relationship.

The method of claim 1, wherein the time setting bar comprises an initial end and a final end, and when the touch pressure value is greater than the preset threshold value, the slider is controlled to move on the time setting bar in the preset direction at the moving speed corresponding to the touch pressure value according to the corresponding relation between the touch pressure value and the moving speed, and the method comprises the following steps:
when the touch pressure value is larger than a preset threshold value, if the target position is located between the sliding block and the initial end, controlling the sliding block to move on the time setting strip along a direction pointing to the initial end at a moving speed corresponding to the touch pressure value according to a corresponding relation between the touch pressure value and the moving speed;
or,
when the touch pressure value is larger than a preset threshold value, if the target position is located between the sliding block and the tail end, the sliding block is controlled to move on the time setting strip along the direction pointing to the tail end at the moving speed corresponding to the touch pressure value according to the corresponding relation between the touch pressure value and the moving speed.
6. A terminal device, comprising:
the detection unit is used for detecting a touch pressure value of any target position of a time setting bar displayed in the terminal equipment in a sleep play mode, wherein the time setting bar comprises a sliding block;
the control unit is used for controlling the sliding block to move on the time setting strip along a preset direction at a moving speed corresponding to the touch pressure value according to the corresponding relation between the touch pressure value and the moving speed when the touch pressure value is larger than a preset threshold value, and controlling the sliding block to stop moving until the touch pressure value is smaller than or equal to the preset threshold value; when the sliding block stops moving, the time length corresponding to the position of the sliding block on the time setting bar is the sleep playing time length.
7. The terminal device according to claim 6, wherein the terminal device further comprises:
the collecting unit is used for collecting input fingerprint information;
the first judgment unit is used for judging whether the fingerprint information is matched with preset fingerprint information or not;
the calling unit is used for calling the average sleeping time of the user corresponding to the preset fingerprint information when the judgment result of the first judgment unit is yes;
the second judging unit is used for judging whether the average sleeping time length is matched with the time length corresponding to the position of the current sliding block on the time setting strip;
when the judgment result of the second judgment unit is negative, the detection unit is triggered to detect the touch pressure value of any target position of the time setting bar displayed in the terminal equipment in the sleep playing mode.
8. The terminal device according to claim 7, wherein the terminal device further comprises:
the first receiving unit is used for receiving the sleep time of each day in the preset days of the user, which is sent by the wearable device;
and the calculating unit is used for calculating the average sleeping time of the user according to the sleeping time of each day in the preset days.
9. The terminal device according to claim 7, wherein the terminal device further comprises:
the sending unit is used for sending a preset fingerprint information acquisition request to a user with a specified relationship in the social application running in the terminal equipment;
and the second receiving unit is used for receiving the preset fingerprint information sent by the user with the specified relationship.
