背景技术
为了更加节约资源,纸板的内部可以设置为蜂窝状,这样既能保证纸板相应的结构要求,又能大大减少纸浆的使用;这种环保纸板是由蜂窝纸芯和侧面纸组成,侧面纸是传统的纸,相应性能检测的设备及方法都是比较普遍的,但蜂窝纸芯平压强度是直接影响纸板结构强度的主要因素,如何知道蜂窝纸芯平压强度呢?这便需要一个专业的工装设备进行检测。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是要提供一种蜂窝纸芯平压强度测试工装,它能有效解决蜂窝纸芯平压强度测试的问题,具有结构巧妙、简单实用的特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种蜂窝纸芯平压强度测试工装,包括相互配合的纸芯固定座和施压件,所述纸芯固定座的中心位置设有凸台,凸台外侧设有若干用于撑开蜂窝纸芯的纸芯撑开棒,纸芯撑开棒以凸台为中心呈辐射状等距排列;
进一步地,所述施压件包括平压块和传动杆,传动杆设在平压块的中心位置;
进一步地,所述平压块与凸台相吻合。
本发明采用了上述的技术方案,克服了背景技术的不足,提供一种蜂窝纸芯平压强度测试工装,它能有效解决蜂窝纸芯平压强度测试的问题,具有结构巧妙、简单实用的特点。

参见附图1至2,本发明包括相互配合的纸芯固定座1和施压件2,所述纸芯固定座1的中心位置设有凸台1a,凸台1a外侧设有若干用于撑开蜂窝纸芯的纸芯撑开棒1b,纸芯撑开棒1b以凸台1a为中心呈辐射状等距排列;
进一步地,所述施压件2包括平压块2a和传动杆2b,传动杆2b设在平压块2a的中心位置;
进一步地,所述平压块2a与凸台1a相吻合。
使用的时候,将蜂窝纸芯3拉开卡到纸芯固定座1上,纸芯撑开棒1b插到相应的蜂窝孔3a上,从而固定了蜂窝纸芯3的撑开状态,施压件2压到蜂窝纸芯3上,配合相应的压力感应装置,即可对蜂窝纸芯3的平压强度进行测试。

1.一种蜂窝纸芯平压强度测试工装,其特征在于:包括相互配合的纸芯固定座和施压件,所述纸芯固定座的中心位置设有凸台,凸台外侧设有若干用于撑开蜂窝纸芯的纸芯撑开棒,纸芯撑开棒以凸台为中心呈辐射状等距排列。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蜂窝纸芯平压强度测试工装,其特征在于:所述施压件包括平压块和传动杆,传动杆设在平压块的中心位置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的蜂窝纸芯平压强度测试工装,其特征在于:所述平压块与凸台相吻合。
