本发明涉及一种线材干燥设备。
背景技术
金属线材在进行浸洗之后需要进行干燥，普通的干燥设备干燥速度慢，并且由于线材成捆堆放，位于内部的线材不容易被烘干，烘干时间长，耗费能源。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种线材干燥设备，可快速对金属线材其进行干燥。
为实现这一目的，本发明所采用的结构是：一种线材干燥设备，包括水槽，所述水槽中央设有一支架，支架上设有刮水环，所述刮水环为圆锥形结构，中央设有一通孔，水槽末端设有一风机。
其有益效果是：将线材穿过刮水环，在线材输送的过程中，刮水环将线材上大部分水刮去并积聚在水槽中，在通过风机后，线材上剩余的少部分水被风机吹干，即可快速干燥线材。

如图1所示的一种线材干燥设备，包括水槽1，水槽1中央设有一支架2，支架2上连接一刮水环3，刮水环3为圆锥形结构，中央设有一通孔，线材通过通孔的时候会将线材上大部分水刮去，水槽1末端设有风机4，风机4可将线材上剩余的水烘干，这样既可快速干燥，又能节约能源。

1.一种线材干燥设备，包括水槽（1），其特征在于，所述水槽（1）中央设有一支架（2），支架（2）上设有刮水环（3），所述刮水环（3）为圆锥形结构，中央设有一通孔，水槽（1）末端设有一风机（4）。
