The invention provides an accumulated snow judging device which is arranged on an air conditioner outdoor unit and used for judging whether accumulated snow exists on the air conditioner outdoor unit and judging the size of the accumulated snow, namely the degree of the accumulated snow. The outdoor unit of the air conditioner utilizes the accumulated snow degree obtained by the accumulated snow judging device to control the outdoor fan to operate so as to clear away accumulated snow on the outdoor unit of the air conditioner.
As shown in fig. 1, the snow accumulation determination device includes:
the snow collector 110 is used for collecting snow falling on an air conditioner outdoor unit and is provided with an outlet;

The top of the casing is determined according to the installation position of the outdoor unit, and thus the top of the casing is not limited. The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and any other type of snow determining device may be used as long as it is installed at a position where snow can be collected by the snow collector 110.
The heating module 120 is a heating rod, and may be disposed in the snow collector 110, or may be tightly attached to an outer wall of the snow collector 110. In order to increase the heating effect, the heating module 120 may be closely attached to the inner wall or the outer wall of the snow collector and may be arranged in a spiral manner.
If snow is accumulated in the snow collector 110, the snow is melted by the heating of the heating module 120 and flows out from an outlet of the snow collector 110. When the accumulated snow in the accumulated snow collector 110 is more, the more liquid flows out after melting; when the accumulated snow in the snow collector 110 is less, the liquid flowing out after melting is less. The flow rate value is a volume of liquid discharged from the outlet per unit time, that is, a volume of liquid flowing through the flow rate detection module 130 per unit time.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the snow collector 110 collects snow accumulated on the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, the heating module 120 heats the snow collector 110, and if there is snow in the snow collector 110, the snow accumulated after being heated by the heating module 120 will melt and flow out from an outlet provided on the snow collector 110. At this time, the degree of snow in the snow collector 110, that is, the degree of snow on the air conditioner outdoor unit, can be determined according to the flow rate of the liquid flowing out of the outlet. Further, the heating module 120 may be manually controlled to determine the degree of snow accumulated in the air conditioner outdoor unit. The detection sensitivity of the pressure detection unit is based on the capability of detecting snow in the snow collector 110, and is not limited herein.
3. Detection mode three
The snow cover detection module 140 is a wireless communication unit, is disposed in the air conditioner external unit, communicates with an external device, and acquires weather information corresponding to the current time in the weather forecast information, so as to determine whether snow cover exists on the air conditioner external unit according to the weather information. Specifically, the air conditioner external unit accesses the internet or communicates with other external devices through the wireless communication unit to obtain weather forecast information of the current day or the current moment. For example, the current time is 5 pm, the weather information corresponding to 5 pm on the current day in the weather forecast information is obtained, and the weather information may include temperature, wind direction, weather condition, and the like. Whether snow is present outdoors or not can be judged according to the weather information, and then whether snow is present on the air conditioner outdoor unit or not is judged.
It is understood that the three detection modes can be used independently or in combination to determine whether snow is present in the snow collector 110 more accurately.
The control module 150 may be independently installed, or may be a sub-function module on a circuit control board of the air conditioner external unit. Based on the result detected by the snow detection module 140, it is determined whether the heating module 120 is heated, and the time of heating. In this embodiment, the heating time is the time required for the snow in the snow collector 110 to completely melt, and is flexibly set according to specific situations. While heating, the flow detection module 130 will accumulate the flow of the liquid flowing through the outlet, and after the heating time is reached, an accumulated flow value will be obtained. Further, after the control module 150 determines the snow accumulation degree, the outdoor fan may be turned on according to the flow value, and the outdoor fan operates at a rotation speed matched with the flow value. the detection of the presence of the accumulated snow on the outdoor unit can be performed in a direct detection mode or an indirect detection mode. Specifically, the invention provides the following three detection modes:
1. detection method 1
The snow detection module 140 is a temperature detection unit, and is disposed on the air conditioner outdoor unit to detect an outdoor environment temperature, so as to determine whether snow is present on the air conditioner outdoor unit according to the outdoor environment temperature. Because the outdoor environment temperature is lower when snowing, generally lower than 0 ℃, in the detection mode, a temperature threshold is set, and if the temperature threshold is less than or equal to the temperature threshold, the accumulated snow on the air conditioner outdoor unit is determined; and if the temperature is larger than the temperature threshold, determining that snow does not exist on the air conditioner outdoor unit.
2. Detection method two
The snow detection module 140 is a pressure detection unit, and is arranged in the snow collector 110 to detect the pressure of snow in the snow collector 110, so as to determine whether snow exists on the air conditioner outdoor unit according to the pressure. The present detection method directly detects the pressure of snow in the snow collector 110 by the pressure detection unit provided in the snow collector 110. When snow is present in the snow collector 110, the pressure detecting unit detects the pressure value. Therefore, by setting a pressure threshold value which is greater than or equal to the pressure threshold value, it is determined that snow exists on the air conditioner outdoor unit; and if the pressure is smaller than the pressure threshold, determining that snow does not exist on the air conditioner outdoor unit. The detection sensitivity of the pressure detection unit is based on the capability of detecting snow in the snow collector 110, and is not limited herein.
3. Detection mode three
The snow cover detection module 140 is a wireless communication unit, is disposed in the air conditioner external unit, communicates with an external device, and acquires weather information corresponding to the current time in the weather forecast information, so as to determine whether snow cover exists on the air conditioner external unit according to the weather information. Specifically, the air conditioner external unit accesses the internet or communicates with other external devices through the wireless communication unit to obtain weather forecast information of the current day or the current moment. For example, the current time is 5 pm, the weather information corresponding to 5 pm on the current day in the weather forecast information is obtained, and the weather information may include temperature, wind direction, weather condition, and the like. Whether snow is present outdoors or not can be judged according to the weather information, and then whether snow is present on the air conditioner outdoor unit or not is judged.
It is understood that the three detection methods can be used independently or in combination to determine whether snow is present in the snow collector 110 more accurately. In addition, because snow can cause the outdoor unit to stop running, in the embodiment of the present invention, whether snow is present in the snow collector 110 can be determined according to the stop running of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, so as to avoid being in the determination process all the time.
Step S120, heating an accumulated snow collector in the accumulated snow judging device;
and electrifying the heating module to control the heating module to start and heat the accumulated snow collector. In order to accurately determine the amount of accumulated snow in the snow collector, a preset time is set in the present embodiment to melt the accumulated snow in the snow collector. The preset time may be a time required for the accumulated snow in the accumulated snow collector 110 to completely melt.
Step S130, acquiring a flow value of liquid flowing out of an outlet of the accumulated snow collector;
the flow rate value is a volume of liquid discharged from the outlet per unit time, that is, a volume of liquid flowing through the flow rate detection module 130 per unit time.
And S140, controlling the outdoor fan to operate at a rotating speed corresponding to the flow value according to the flow value.
Because this outdoor fan sets up the top side at the outer machine of air conditioner, consequently through opening outdoor fan to make outdoor fan can blow off the snow on the outer machine of air conditioner. The embodiment of the invention also determines the corresponding rotating speed of the outdoor fan according to the flow value. For example, when the flow value is large, that is, the snow accumulation degree is high, it indicates that the snow accumulation is large, and therefore the snow accumulation on the air conditioner outdoor unit can be blown off only by adopting a high wind speed; when the flow value is small, namely the snow accumulation degree is low, the snow accumulation is low, and therefore the snow on the air conditioner outdoor unit can be blown down by adopting low wind speed.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the outdoor fan is controlled to operate at different rotating speeds through the accumulated snow degree judged by the accumulated snow judging device, so that the accumulated snow on the air conditioner outdoor unit is removed by the outdoor fan, the energy waste of snow-free snow removal is avoided, and the snow removal efficiency is improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the step S140 includes:
step S141, starting an outdoor fan according to the flow value, wherein the outdoor fan operates at a rotating speed matched with the flow value;
and S142, after the outdoor fan operates for the preset time, acquiring the change trend of the flow rate value of the liquid flowing out of the outlet, and adjusting the rotating speed of the outdoor fan according to the change trend.
Specifically, after the outdoor fan operates for a preset time, the change trend of the flow value is judged by acquiring the current flow value of the liquid flowing out of the outlet and comparing the current flow value with the flow value acquired last time. Such as from large to small, from small to large, and so forth. Then, the control module 150 adjusts the rotation speed of the outdoor fan according to the variation trend, for example, if the flow value is changed from large to small, the wind speed of the outdoor fan is correspondingly adjusted to small; and if the flow value is increased from small to large, the wind speed of the outdoor fan is correspondingly increased. And repeatedly adjusting until the flow value of the liquid obtained in the outlet process is zero, namely the accumulated snow on the air conditioner external unit is cleared, and exiting the accumulated snow removing mode. Or when the fan needs to be normally started, the fan exits the snow removing mode. The preset time is set as the time when the outdoor fan reaches a stable state after the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is adjusted.
It can be understood that the rotating speed of the outdoor fan can be adjusted through the gear of the outdoor fan. For example, the current flow value is compared with the last flow value, and when the flow increases and the increase is greater than Δ L, the windshield of the outdoor fan is raised by one gear; when the flow is reduced and the reduction amount is less than delta L, the windshield of the outdoor fan is lowered by one gear; when the flow variation is between [ - Δ L, + Δ L ], the damper of the outdoor fan remains unchanged.

the snow detection module is used for detecting whether snow exists on the air conditioner outdoor unit;
the control module is used for controlling the heating module to work for a preset time when snow is accumulated on the air conditioner outdoor unit; and acquiring the flow value detected by the flow detection module, and judging the snow accumulation degree according to the flow value.
3. The snow cover judging device according to claim 2, wherein the control module turns on an outdoor fan according to the flow value, and the outdoor fan is operated at a rotation speed matching the flow value.

A snow accumulation judging device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the control module obtains a variation trend of the flow rate value of the liquid flowing out of the outlet after the outdoor fan operates for a preset time, and adjusts the rotation speed of the outdoor fan according to the variation trend.

The snow accumulation judging device of claim 2, wherein the snow accumulation detecting module is a temperature detecting unit disposed on the outdoor unit for detecting an outdoor ambient temperature to judge whether snow is accumulated on the outdoor unit according to the outdoor ambient temperature; or,
the snow detection module is a pressure detection unit and is arranged in the snow collector to detect the pressure of snow in the snow collector so as to judge whether snow exists on the air conditioner outdoor unit according to the pressure.

The snow cover determination apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the snow cover detection module is a wireless communication unit, is disposed in the air conditioner external unit, and is configured to communicate with an external device to obtain weather information corresponding to a current time in the weather forecast information, so as to determine whether snow cover exists on the air conditioner external unit according to the weather information.
7. An outdoor unit of an air conditioner, comprising an outdoor fan and a control panel, wherein the outdoor unit of the air conditioner further comprises an accumulated snow judging device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, the accumulated snow judging device detects the accumulated snow degree of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner and sends the detected accumulated snow degree to the control panel, so that the control panel controls the outdoor fan to operate according to the accumulated snow degree.
8. A snow removal control method characterized by being based on the snow accumulation determination device according to claim 1; the snow removal control method comprises the following steps:
judging whether accumulated snow exists on an air conditioner outdoor unit;
when snow exists on the air conditioner outdoor unit, the snow collector in the snow judging device is heated;
acquiring a flow value of liquid flowing out of an outlet of the accumulated snow collector;
and controlling the outdoor fan to operate at a rotating speed corresponding to the flow value according to the flow value.
9. The snow removal control method according to claim 8, wherein the snow collector is heated for a preset time when snow is present in the air-conditioning outdoor unit.
10. The snow removal control method according to claim 8, wherein said controlling the outdoor fan to operate at a rotation speed corresponding to the flow value based on the flow value includes:
starting an outdoor fan according to the flow value, wherein the outdoor fan operates at a rotating speed matched with the flow value;
and after the outdoor fan operates for a preset time, acquiring the change trend of the flow rate value of the liquid flowing out of the outlet, and adjusting the rotating speed of the outdoor fan according to the change trend.
11. The snow removal control method according to claim 8, wherein said determining whether snow is present in the outdoor unit of the air conditioner comprises:
detecting the outdoor environment temperature to judge whether the air conditioner outdoor unit has accumulated snow or not according to the outdoor environment temperature; or,
detecting the accumulated snow pressure in the accumulated snow collector to judge whether the air conditioner outdoor unit has accumulated snow according to the accumulated snow pressure; or,
and acquiring weather information corresponding to the current time in the weather forecast information so as to judge whether snow exists on the air conditioner outdoor unit according to the weather information.
