背景技术
本人发明的《平面直线整体叶片风机》的强度、重量、噪音和安全可靠性指标比现有风机有大幅度提高。但是《平面直线整体叶片风机》强度过大叶片过短是极大的浪费。
发明内容
本发明是利用《平面直线整体叶片风机》强度优势,在叶环外的叶尖部打出安装孔,需要增加风机效率时安装加长叶片,需要运输时可以拆卸加长叶片,本发明可以起到提高风机效率和方便运输的作用。
具体实施方式
在《平面直线整体叶片风机》叶环外端留出安装加长叶片的位置,在留出的安装位置上打出安装孔,将加长叶片根部也打出安装孔,将加长叶片根部的安装孔和叶环外安装孔对齐用螺丝安装在一起,加长的叶片可以起到提高效率的作用,当需要运输时拆下加长叶片可以方便运输。

3.在加长叶片根部打出安装孔。
4.在需要增加风机效率时将加长叶片与叶环外连接孔安装。
5.在需要运输时将加长叶片从叶环上卸下。
