本发明涉及污水处理技术领域，具体涉及一种具有分水板的污水处理设备，包括筒体，筒体内设有一密闭腔体，腔体内中部设有过滤装置，腔体侧壁设有进水口和出泥口，进水口和出泥口水平位置低于过滤装置，腔体内倾斜设有一分水板，该分水板一侧与进水口底部衔接，分水板另一侧低于进水口，分水板上面设有多个落水口，相邻落水口之间设有曲面凸起，分水板下面沿轴向设有多个凸棱，腔体上部设有水气分离装置，水气分离装置具有一进液口，一出液口和一出气口，筒体外还设有一净化装置，净化装置通过管道与出液口连接，净化装置依次由厌氧室、好氧室和消毒室构成。本发明能提高处理效率和净化效率，同时设计分水板，使得水流均衡，避免局部堆积。

技术领域
本发明涉及污水处理技术领域，具体涉及一种具有分水板的污水处理设备。
背景技术
随着社会进步和工业化发展，对人类生活环境的污染越来越严重，而环境一旦破坏，则会给人带来较大的经济倒退。为了避免这种极端情况的发生，目前政府部门越来越重视环境的保护，并对污染较为严重的企业，例如医药、造纸、纺织、化工等企业建立严格的污水排放标准，迫使这些企业提高污水处理水平。
而污水处理技术中，由于污水中存在大量的污泥等固体杂质，这类固体杂质会阻碍水流的推送，因此需要辅助一些外部循环泵等对水流进行动力补给，且处理中杂质也不易清理干净，导致净化效果较低。
且目前一些污水处理装置中的沉淀池，其水从一侧入口进入，容易在腔体一部分堆积污泥，导致污泥对部分腔体空间的侵占从而影响整个沉淀空间的使用。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明所提供了一种具有分水板的污水处理设备，通过设置水泥分流系统，提高处理效率和净化效率，同时通过设计分水板，使得水流均衡沉淀在腔体的沉淀区，避免局部堆积。
为了达到上述目的，本发明所采用的技术方案是，一种具有分水板的污水处理设备，包括筒体，所述筒体内设有一密闭腔体，所述腔体内中部设有过滤装置，所述腔体侧壁设有进水口和出泥口，进水口和出泥口水平位置低于过滤装置，所述腔体内倾斜设有一分水板，该分水板一侧与进水口底部衔接，分水板另一侧低于进水口，所述分水板上面设有多个落水口，相邻落水口之间设有曲面凸起，分水板下面沿轴向设有多个凸棱，所述腔体上部设有水气分离装置，所述水气分离装置具有一进液口，一出液口和一出气口，所述筒体外还设有一净化装置，所述净化装置通过管道与出液口连接，所述净化装置依次由厌氧室、好氧室和消毒室构成。
进一步的，所述分水板的水平倾斜角度为0-30°。
进一步的，所述过滤装置从下至上依次由粗过滤层、细过滤层和除臭层构成。
进一步的，水气分离装置包括一分离腔，该分离腔底部设有一倒锥形过滤网，该分离腔侧面设有气液分离室，出气口与气液分离室连通，出液口与分离腔顶部侧面连通。
进一步的，所述出液口和净化装置之间的管道上设有水泵。用于将分离腔内的初步过滤后的水泵入净化装置。
本发明通过采用上述技术方案，与现有技术相比，具有如下优点：
本发明通过设计一个从下至上水泥分流系统，过滤装置设置在密闭腔体中部，过滤装置以下设置进水口和出泥口，进水口位于出泥口上方，进水口中流入污水，污水经过过滤装置进入水气分离装置，经过水气分离，将过滤后的水泵入净化装置，气体经出气口引出筒体外部，而污泥等杂质可以在重力和过滤装置的双重作用下从出泥口引出。从而大大减轻了水泥分流的困难，提高净化效率。
本发明还通过设计一个分水板，污水在分水板上进行引导，并均匀流向沉淀区域，以便污泥在沉淀区域均匀沉淀，避免了污泥在进水口部分区域的局部堆积，从而提高了污水处理的效率。

作为一个具体的实施例，如图1所示，本发明的一种具有分水板的污水处理设备，包括筒体1，所述筒体1内设有一密闭腔体11，所述腔体11内中部设有过滤装置2，所述腔体11侧壁设有进水口3和出泥口4，进水口3和出泥口4水平位置低于过滤装置2，所述腔体内倾斜设有一分水板9，该分水板9一侧与进水口底部衔接，分水板9另一侧低于进水口，所述分水板9的水平倾斜角度为0-30°。所述分水板9上面设有多个落水口91，多个落水口91从高到底相邻间隔逐渐缩小，相邻落水口91之间设有曲面凸起92，93，由于多个落水口91从高到底相邻间隔逐渐缩小，因此位于较高位置的曲面凸起92的半径大于位于较低位置的曲面凸起93的半径，分水板下面沿轴向设有多个凸棱94，
所述腔体11上部设有水气分离装置5，所述水气分离装置5具有一进液口(未示意)，一出液口55和一出气口54，所述筒体1外还设有一净化装置6，所述净化装置6通过管道与出液口55连接，所述净化装置6依次由厌氧室61、好氧室62和消毒室63构成。
本实施例中，所述过滤装置2从下至上依次由粗过滤层21、细过滤层22和除臭层23构成。
本实施例中，水气分离装置5包括一分离腔51，该分离腔51底部设有一倒锥形过滤网52，该分离腔51侧面设有气液分离室53，出气口54与气液分离室53连通，出液口55与分离腔顶部侧面连通。所述进液口则为该过滤网的网眼。
本实施例中，所述出液口55和净化装置6之间的管道8上设有水泵7。用于将分离腔内的初步过滤后的水泵入净化装置6，净化装置6设有出水口64
本实施例的工作原理如下：污水从进水口3通过压力泵压入腔体内部位于过滤装置2的下部分，污水从进水口进入后，在分水板9上进行引导，并通过落水口均匀流向沉淀区域，由于从高到低相邻落水口之间的距离越来越小，这能够有效将污水从高处到低处引导，分水板高出污水含量大，但是落水口此时间隔较大，污水落入分水板下的量较少，而引导至分水板9低处，分水板底部的凸棱用于对污水的进一步均衡，避免污水呈现柱状喷射入沉淀区，避免搅浑沉淀的污水，有效使得污泥在沉淀区域均匀沉淀，避免了污泥在进水口部分区域的局部堆积，从而提高了污水处理的效率。由于污泥在重力的沉积下会落入腔体底部，并经出泥口4慢慢排出，污水经过过滤装置2过滤后，腔体11上部设有水气分离装置5，污水在倒锥形过滤网52的过滤下，进入分离腔51，在水泵7的作用下，水经过过滤进入净化装置6，而气体则经过气液分离室53分离后通过出气口54排出，保持腔体内压强平衡，水经过净化装置6进化后经出水口64排出。
尽管结合优选实施方案具体展示和介绍了本发明，但所属领域的技术人员应该明白，在不脱离所附权利要求书所限定的本发明的精神和范围内，在形式上和细节上可以对本发明做出各种变化，均为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种具有分水板的污水处理设备，其特征在于：包括筒体，所述筒体内设有一密闭腔体，所述腔体内中部设有过滤装置，所述腔体侧壁设有进水口和出泥口，进水口和出泥口水平位置低于过滤装置，所述腔体内倾斜设有一分水板，该分水板一侧与进水口底部衔接，分水板另一侧低于进水口，所述分水板上面设有多个落水口，相邻落水口之间设有曲面凸起，分水板下面沿轴向设有多个凸棱，所述腔体上部设有水气分离装置，所述水气分离装置具有一进液口，一出液口和一出气口，所述筒体外还设有一净化装置，所述净化装置通过管道与出液口连接，所述净化装置依次由厌氧室、好氧室和消毒室构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有分水板的污水处理设备，其特征在于：所述分水板的水平倾斜角度为0-30°。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有分水板的污水处理设备，其特征在于：所述过滤装置从下至上依次由粗过滤层、细过滤层和除臭层构成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有分水板的污水处理设备，其特征在于：水气分离装置包括一分离腔，该分离腔底部设有一倒锥形过滤网，该分离腔侧面设有气液分离室，出气口与气液分离室连通，出液口与分离腔顶部侧面连通。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有分水板的污水处理设备，其特征在于：所述出液口和净化装置之间的管道上设有水泵。
