技术领域
本发明涉及一种仿皮布料，尤其是一种透气仿皮布料。
背景技术
由于环保意识的增加及工业技术的快速蓬勃发展。人类对皮革的需求已经渐渐摒弃了真皮的迷恋，取而代之的是各类的仿皮皮革或布料，不但在材质上模仿真皮、取代真皮，甚至更胜于真皮，使其实用性已经突破了传统真皮的限制，广泛应用于各种不同的产业领域。
当前人们所使用的仿皮基本为聚氨酯类仿皮材料，其性能优良，深受人们喜爱，然而在使用过程中，仿皮材料因为不透气，从而给人们带来了较大的麻烦。要改进其透气性能，传统的方法是在仿皮布料上打出多个透气孔，或者在仿皮层涂布时流出透气区域，这样制作的仿皮材料在防水性和美观方面表现较差，不能满足现代人们的需求，因此急需一种改进的技术来解决上述技术缺陷。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种透气仿皮布料。
本发明针对上述技术缺陷所提出的技术方案是：
一种透气仿皮布料，包括底布、透气层和仿皮层，所述底布上依次贴合有透气层和仿皮层，所述底布、透气层和仿皮层通过水溶性聚氨酯粘胶剂贴合。
所述仿皮层为多孔状聚氨酯仿皮。
所述透气层为聚四氟乙烯透气防水膜。
本发明的有益效果是：布料叠层较少，在拥有良好透气性的同时，保留了仿皮布料原有的防水性，布料柔软，无毒无害，在使用过程中无有害物质释放，深受广大人们喜爱，易于推广。

一种透气仿皮布料，包括底布1、透气层2和仿皮层3，底布1上依次贴合有透气层2和仿皮层3，底布1、透气层2和仿皮层3通过水溶性聚氨酯粘胶剂贴合。仿皮层3为多孔状聚氨酯仿皮。透气层2为聚四氟乙烯透气防水膜。布料叠层较少，在拥有良好透气性的同时，保留了仿皮布料原有的防水性，布料柔软，无毒无害，在使用过程中无有害物质释放，深受广大人们喜爱，易于推广。

1.一种透气仿皮布料，包括底布、透气层和仿皮层，其特征在于：所述底布上依次贴合有透气层和仿皮层，所述底布、透气层和仿皮层通过水溶性聚氨酯粘胶剂贴合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气仿皮布料，其特征在于：所述仿皮层为多孔状聚氨酯仿皮。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气仿皮布料，其特征在于：所述透气层为聚四氟乙烯透气防水膜。
