Abstract
本发明公开了一种扶梯侧板装配工装。它包括设在相邻侧板(1)间的连接块(2),连接块(2)的两侧设有侧槽(3),侧槽(3)内设有侧板(1),侧槽(3)的底部设有弹簧(6);侧槽(3)的内侧面对称设有半球状垫块(7),侧槽(3)的槽口还设有橡胶垫片(8);侧槽(3)内设有侧板(1),且侧板(1)的底部与弹簧(6)相顶。本发明具有固定牢固、支撑稳定的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种扶梯,特别是一种扶梯侧板装配工装。
背景技术
钢化安全侧板作为自动扶梯护栏的一种方式,在商用扶梯中得到广泛应用。目前,侧板的侧板装配工艺多为焊接的钢结构方式,或者压铸一体,但是由于钢结构自重大、几何尺寸难以控制,因此现有的自动扶梯侧板存在着装配难、固定不够牢固、支撑不够稳定的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种扶梯侧板装配工装。本发明具有装配简便、固定牢固、支撑稳定的特点。
本发明的技术方案:一种扶梯侧板装配工装,包括设在相邻侧板间的连接块,连接块的两侧设有侧槽,侧槽内设有侧板,侧槽的底部设有弹簧;侧槽的内侧面对称设有半球状垫块,侧槽的槽口还设有橡胶垫片;侧槽内设有侧板,且侧板的底部与弹簧相顶。
上述的扶梯侧板装配工装中,所述的连接块的侧部开设有螺纹孔,螺纹孔内设有螺纹柱,螺纹柱顶住半球状垫块的底部。
与现有技术相比,本发明在连接块的两侧侧槽内设置有半球状垫块,当侧板插入侧槽后,半球状垫块对侧板起到支撑和夹持作用,从而起到固定牢固、支撑稳定的功能。进一步地,在连接块的侧部还设有螺纹柱,螺纹柱顶住半球状垫块的底部,当螺纹柱向内旋拧时,挤压半球状垫块,从而使得半球状垫块可以有效地吸附在侧板上,进一步地提高了固定的牢固性。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明,但不作为对本发明的限制。
实施例1:一种扶梯侧板装配工装,构成如图1所示,包括设在相邻侧板1间的连接块2,连接块可以是不锈钢块,连接块2的两侧设有侧槽3,侧槽3内设有侧板1,侧槽3的底部设有弹簧6;侧槽3的内侧面对称设有半球状垫块7,半球状垫块可以是橡胶类材料,侧槽3的槽口还设有橡胶垫片8;侧槽3内设有侧板1,且侧板1的底部与弹簧6相顶。本发明在连接块的两侧侧槽内设置有半球状垫块,当侧板插入侧槽后,半球状垫块对侧板起到支撑和夹持作用,从而起到固定牢固、支撑稳定的功能。
实施例2:一种扶梯侧板装配工装,构成如图2所示,包括设在相邻侧板1间的连接块2,连接块2的两侧设有侧槽3,侧槽3内设有侧板1,侧槽3的底部设有弹簧6;侧槽3的内侧面对称设有半球状垫块7,侧槽3的槽口还设有橡胶垫片8;侧槽3内设有侧板1,且侧板1的底部与弹簧6相顶。所述的连接块2的侧部开设有螺纹孔9,螺纹孔9螺纹配合有螺纹柱10,螺纹柱10顶住半球状垫块7的底部。进一步地,在连接块的侧部还设有螺纹柱,螺纹柱顶住半球状垫块的底部,当螺纹柱向内旋拧时,挤压半球状垫块,从而使得半球状垫块可以有效地吸附在侧板上,进一步地提高了固定的牢固性。

1.一种扶梯侧板装配工装,其特征在于:包括设在相邻侧板(1)间的连接块(2),连接块(2)的两侧设有侧槽(3),侧槽(3)内设有侧板(1),侧槽(3)的底部设有弹簧(6);侧槽(3)的内侧面对称设有半球状垫块(7),侧槽(3)的槽口还设有橡胶垫片(8);侧槽(3)内设有侧板(1),且侧板(1)的底部与弹簧(6)相顶;所述的连接块(2)的侧部开设有螺纹孔(9),螺纹孔(9)内设有螺纹柱(10),螺纹柱(10)顶住半球状垫块(7)的底部。
