本发明涉及一种密封装置,具体涉及一种弹簧片密封装置。它包含筒体,筒体的上部设置有固定连接装置,筒体的外壁上设置有密封片,弹簧片的一段套在连接环上,弹簧片的另一端固定在密封片上,弹簧片上设置有锁紧装置。所述连接环与筒体通过螺母连接,所述密封片与筒体通过螺母连接。所述锁紧装置的个数为两个。本发明所述的一种筒体弹簧片密封装置,具有结构简单,操作方便的特点,通过锁紧装置使弹簧片拉紧,从而加大了密封片上的下压力,较原有的固定式密封,其密封效果有了显著的提高。

本发明涉及一种密封装置,具体涉及一种弹簧片密封装置。
【背景技术】
密封装置在很多行业都有涉及和应用,大部分密封都是采用密封片或者密封圈,通过紧密连接来实现密封,这些密封都取决于密封材料和相互连接的紧密型。因此都需要靠提高元件本身连接和密封材料的改进。在当前技术条件下,元件本身连接和密封材料都已经发展到了很高的水平,很难通过这两点来实现密封效果的提升。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的是提供一种弹簧密封,通过弹簧密封实现良好的密封效果,降低连接元件的连接要求。
本发明采用以下技术方案:包含筒体,筒体的上部设置有固定连接装置,筒体的外壁上设置有密封片,弹簧片的一段套在连接环上,弹簧片的另一端固定在密封片上,弹簧片上设置有锁紧装置。所述连接环与筒体通过螺母连接,所述密封片与筒体通过螺母连接。所述锁紧装置的个数为两个。本发明所述的一种筒体弹簧片密封装置,具有结构简单,操作方便的特点,通过锁紧装置使弹簧片拉紧,从而加大了密封片上的下压力,较原有的固定式密封,其密封效
【具体实施方式】
一种筒体弹簧片密封装置,包括筒体,筒体的上部固定有连接环,筒体的外壁上固定有密封片,弹簧片一端套接在连接环内,另一端固定在密封片上,所述弹簧片上设有锁紧装置;连接环与筒体通过螺母连接,密封片与筒体通过螺母连接;锁紧装置的个数为个。
使用时,可以根据密封要求和弹簧片的伸缩性来调节锁紧装置,拧紧锁紧装置,则弹簧片拉紧,弹簧片与密封片接触处会产生一个较大的下压力,从而可以得到较好的密封效果。
