【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种内循环滚珠丝杠副,具体涉及一种带有新排列方式的返向器的内循环滚珠丝杠副。
【背景技术】
现在内循环滚珠丝杠副的螺母是一个标准件,它确定了内循环滚珠丝杠副的有效承载和有效行程,它使用的返向器也是一个标准件,有长圆型也圆形两种,其中由于圆孔在加工上比长圆孔要容易,所以圆形返向器为大部分厂家广泛使用。有效承载取决于螺母上参与钢球闭合循环的滚道列数(n=3,4,5,6),n列钢球闭合循环滚道,配有n个返向器。相邻返向器沿螺母滚道依次按错开1/n圈螺旋线距离的规律排列,相邻返向器轴向中心距为(P&是丝杠的导程),在螺母圆周上夹角按等份均布。在加工过程中,圆形孔的直径是2P&,加工的太密集会使螺母的刚性下降,常用均0布排列方式是不能使用。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种带有新排列方式的返向器的内循环滚珠丝杠副,它能够使得在螺母长度不变,有效的排列返向器,加强螺母的刚性。本发明的带有新排列方式的返向器的内循环滚珠丝杠副,包括丝杠、滚珠、螺母、n列螺母滚道和与滚道相配的n个返向器,所说的返向器沿螺母滚道依次排开,相邻返向器沿螺母滚道依次按错开1/n圈螺旋线距离,相邻返向器轴向中心距为在螺母圆周上夹角为所说的n为3、4、5或6。
本发明具有如下技术效果:内循环滚珠丝杠副返向器的排列通过增加螺母上相邻返向器之间在圆周的夹角角度,使螺母在长度不变的情况下,返向器能有效的排列,从而使螺母的刚性加强。
【具体实施方式】
本发明的带有新排列方式的返向器的内循环滚珠丝杠副,包括丝杆1、滚珠4、螺母2、5列钢球闭合螺母滚道和5个装在螺母滚上的返向器3,这5个返向器沿螺母滚道依次排列,相邻返向器沿螺母滚道依次按错开1/n圈螺旋线距离的规律排列,相邻返向器轴向中心距为(P&是丝杠的导程),在螺母圆周上夹角为90.。带有新排列方式的返向器的内循环滚珠丝杠副使螺母在长度不变的情况下,返向器能有效的排列,从而使螺母的刚性加强。

1.带有返向器的内循环滚珠丝杠副,其特征在于包括丝杠、滚珠、螺母、n列螺母滚道和与滚道相配的n个返向器,所说的返向器沿螺母滚道依次排开,相邻返向器沿螺母滚道依次按错开1/n圈螺旋线距离,相邻返向器轴向中心距为在螺母圆周上夹角为
