本发明公开了一种保温夹心复合面料,包括:表面装饰层、中间防水层和底部镂空层,所述表面装饰层设置在中间防水层的上表面,所述中间防水层设置在底部镂空层的上表面,所述中间防水层和底部镂空层之间或者表面装饰层与中间防水层之间还设置有隔热保温层,所述隔热保温层为一层保温海绵,所述表面装饰层为印花面料,所述中间防水层为一层塑料薄膜,所述底部镂空层为一层镂空面料。通过上述方式,本发明所述的保温夹心复合面料,表面的印花面料上设置有装饰用的花纹,美观大方,中间的塑料薄膜和保温海绵既可以防水防潮,又能保温,提高整体的功能性,施工快捷方便。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及复合面料设计领域,特别是涉及一种保温夹心复合面料。
背景技术
为了减少涂料和油漆的应用,提高室内空气的健康,越来越多的人在室内装饰的时候采用墙纸或者面料进行墙壁的装饰,墙纸的价格虽然比面料低廉,但档次感不如面料。
面料作为墙面的覆盖物,虽然装饰性好,但是防水性差,直接贴覆在墙上受潮后容易发霉,而且不够挺括,施工难度大,缺乏保温性,不利于减少能源的消耗。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种保温夹心复合面料,具有防水防潮的性能,易于施工,保温性好。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种保温夹心复合面料,包括:表面装饰层、中间防水层和底部镂空层,所述表面装饰层设置在中间防水层的上表面,所述中间防水层设置在底部镂空层的上表面,所述中间防水层和底部镂空层之间或者表面装饰层与中间防水层之间还设置有隔热保温层,所述隔热保温层为一层保温海绵,所述表面装饰层为印花面料,所述中间防水层为一层塑料薄膜,所述底部镂空层为一层镂空面料。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述表面装饰层上设置有装饰花纹。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述镂空面料为布头拼接面料或者废旧回收面料。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述保温海绵的表面设置有粘结剂。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明指出的一种保温夹心复合面料,表面的印花面料上设置有装饰用的花纹,美观大方,中间的塑料薄膜和保温海绵既可以防水防潮,又能保温,提高整体的功能性,施工时,在墙面上涂布一层胶水,然后把底部镂空层贴覆在墙面上,连接比较牢固,施工快捷方便。

一种保温夹心复合面料,包括:表面装饰层1、中间防水层2和底部镂空层4,所述表面装饰层1设置在中间防水层2的上表面,所述中间防水层2设置在底部镂空层4的上表面,所述中间防水层2和底部镂空层4之间或者表面装饰层1与中间防水层2之间还设置有隔热保温层3,隔热保温层3在冬季可以减少室内热量的损失,而在夏季室内开空调时可以减少冷气从墙壁向外传播,降低了能耗,所述隔热保温层3为一层保温海绵,所述表面装饰层1为印花面料,所述中间防水层2为一层塑料薄膜,塑料薄膜的防水性好,避免表面装饰层1的霉变,所述底部镂空层4为一层镂空面料。
所述的保温夹心复合面料对室内的装饰性好,所述表面装饰层1上设置有装饰花纹,可以根据室内的装修风格而选择不同的印花面料,选择性好,针对性强。
进一步的,所述镂空面料为布头拼接面料或者废旧回收面料。布头或者废旧回收面料提高了废物的利用,减少污染,降低生产的成本。
进一步的,所述保温海绵的表面设置有粘结剂,方便保温海绵与中间防水层2或者底部镂空层4的连接,结构整体性好,贴覆在墙面上以后比较平整,不容易产生鼓包,使用寿命长。
综上所述,本发明指出的一种保温夹心复合面料,多层结构,防水防霉,隔热保温性好,对室内墙面的装饰性好,施工便捷,耐用性好。

1.一种保温夹心复合面料,包括:表面装饰层、中间防水层和底部镂空层,所述表面装饰层设置在中间防水层的上表面,所述中间防水层设置在底部镂空层的上表面,其特征在于,所述中间防水层和底部镂空层之间或者表面装饰层与中间防水层之间还设置有隔热保温层,所述隔热保温层为一层保温海绵,所述表面装饰层为印花面料,所述中间防水层为一层塑料薄膜,所述底部镂空层为一层镂空面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保温夹心复合面料,其特征在于,所述表面装饰层上设置有装饰花纹。
3.根据权利要求1所述的保温夹心复合面料,其特征在于,所述镂空面料为布头拼接面料或者废旧回收面料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的保温夹心复合面料,其特征在于,所述保温海绵的表面设置有粘结剂。
