技术领域
本发明涉及一种葡萄种植技术,具体涉及一种葡萄灰霉病防治方法。
背景技术
葡萄灰霉病俗称“烂花穗”,又叫葡萄灰腐病,病原菌为灰葡萄孢。葡萄灰霉病是目前世界上发生比较严重的一种病害。
葡萄灰霉病的病原Botrytis cinerea Pers称灰葡萄孢霉,属半知菌亚门真菌。它主要以菌核和分生孢子越冬,其抗逆性强。翌年春季温度回升、遇雨或湿度大时从菌核上萌发产生分生孢子,或是其他寄主上的分生孢子借气流传播到花穗上。分生孢子在清水中几乎不萌发,在花器上有外渗物刺激时很容易萌发侵染,发病后产生大量分生孢子.借风雨传播蔓延进行多次再侵染。
为了防止葡萄灰霉病带来的各种损失,种植户采取了各种手段,如套袋、烟熏、喷洒药剂等。套袋操作麻烦,会提高生产成本;而烟熏主要适用于大棚种植,喷洒药剂常用的是霉止等药物,这类药剂使用量较大,植株很容易产生抗药性。
发明内容
本发明提出一种葡萄灰霉病防治方法,能够降低成本,防治植株产生抗药性。
本发明是按照下述方式进行的:
(1)土壤生态治理,每亩施用地福来400毫升,使用时将地福来摇匀,加上水后滴灌、冲施或喷淋在作物根部土壤上;施用沃益多1号150毫升、沃益多2号300毫升和沃益多3号100克,使用时在15升水中加入沃益多1号150毫升和沃益多2号300毫升并搅拌均匀,常温下放置2天;加入沃益多3号100克,再放置1天,加水至250升,搅拌均匀后浇灌根部;
(2)农业防治,选用抗病品种,合理密植,施足基肥,及时追肥,搞好田园卫生,及时排除积水,减少越冬病菌数量;
(3)生物控制,在葡萄园内间作套种非寄主植物除虫菊或菽麻;施用HM腐熟剂沤制的堆肥,增施腐熟的有机肥;
(4)生物防治,采用0.3%多抗霉素水剂300倍液喷雾;
(5)物理防治,及时剪除病蔓,清除落叶、病枝深埋或烧毁;秋后彻底清扫果园,烧毁或深埋落叶;
(6)化学防治,发病初期喷洒下述重量份原料组成的复方药剂的500倍液:代森锰锌10~20份、绿原酸5~10份、大蒜油5~10份、异菌脲10~15份、嘧菌环胺10~15份、啶菌恶唑10~20份、枯草芽孢杆菌1~3份和抑霉唑0.1~1份,7~10天喷1次,连喷2~3次。
优选的,所述复方药剂由下述重量份原料制备:代森锰锌15份、绿原酸7份、大蒜油7份、异菌脲12份、嘧菌环胺12份、啶菌恶唑15份、枯草芽孢杆菌2份和抑霉唑0.5份。
所述抗病品种是玫瑰香或黑汉或红加利亚。
所述农业防治中还包括喷洒生长抑制剂的步骤。
本发明通过土壤生态治理、农业防治、生物控制、生物防治、物理防治和化学防治多种手段防治葡萄灰霉病,化学防治中所用的复方药剂包括大蒜油、代森锰锌、啶菌恶唑等,这些成分之间功能互补,能够抑制和杀死病原物,且不容易使植株产生抗药性。

本发明的葡萄灰霉病防治方法,是按照下述方式进行的:
(1)土壤生态治理,每亩施用果蔬类用肥,如地福来400毫升,使用时将地福来摇匀,加上足以覆盖使用面积的水,之后滴灌、冲施或喷淋在作物根部土壤上;
施用沃益多1号150毫升、沃益多2号300毫升和沃益多3号100克,使用时在15升水中加入沃益多1号150毫升和沃益多2号300毫升并搅拌均匀,常温下放置2天;加入沃益多3号100克,再放置1天,加水至250升,搅拌均匀后浇灌根部;

(6)化学防治,发病初期喷洒下述重量份原料组成的复方药剂的500倍液:代森锰锌10~20份、绿原酸5~10份、大蒜油5~10份、异菌脲10~15份、嘧菌环胺10~15份、啶菌恶唑10~20份、枯草芽孢杆菌1~3份和抑霉唑0.1~1份,7~10天喷1次,连喷2~3次。
绿原酸具有对透明质酸酶及葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶的抑制作用,能够起到抗菌、抗病毒等作用。大蒜油可以降毒驱虫,防霉保鲜;异菌脲对孢子、菌丝体、菌核同时起作用,抑制病菌孢子萌发和菌丝生长;对抑制病菌源蔓延有着至关重要的作用。.枯草芽孢杆菌菌体生长过程中产生的活性物质,对致病菌有明显的抑制作用。本发明将代森锰锌、绿原酸、大蒜油、异菌脲等组合使用,能够使得各个成分之间产生性能互补,有利于抑制和杀死病菌源,防治植株产生抗药性。

本实施例的化学防治中,所用的复方药剂是由下述组分的原料制备的:代森锰锌15g、绿原酸7g、大蒜油7g、异菌脲12g、嘧菌环胺12g、啶菌恶唑15g、枯草芽孢杆菌2g和抑霉唑0.5g。使用的时候将上述药物混合后制备可湿性粉剂,采用其500倍液进行喷洒,注意喷洒均匀,每7~10天喷洒一次,共2~3次。

以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (4)
1.一种葡萄灰霉病防治方法,其特征在于是按照下述方式进行的:
(1)土壤生态治理,每亩施用地福来400毫升,使用时将地福来摇匀,加上水后滴灌、冲施或喷淋在作物根部土壤上;施用沃益多1号150毫升、沃益多2号300毫升和沃益多3号100克,使用时在15升水中加入沃益多1号150毫升和沃益多2号300毫升并搅拌均匀,常温下放置2天;加入沃益多3号100克,再放置1天,加水至250升,搅拌均匀后浇灌根部;
(2)农业防治,选用抗病品种,合理密植,施足基肥,及时追肥,搞好田园卫生,及时排除积水,减少越冬病菌数量;
(3)生物控制,在葡萄园内间作套种非寄主植物除虫菊或菽麻;施用HM腐熟剂沤制的堆肥,增施腐熟的有机肥;
(4)生物防治,采用0.3%多抗霉素水剂300倍液喷雾;
(5)物理防治,及时剪除病蔓,清除落叶、病枝深埋或烧毁;秋后彻底清扫果园,烧毁或深埋落叶;
(6)化学防治,发病初期喷洒下述重量份原料组成的复方药剂的500倍液:代森锰锌10~20份、绿原酸5~10份、大蒜油5~10份、异菌脲10~15份、嘧菌环胺10~15份、啶菌恶唑10~20份、枯草芽孢杆菌1~3份和抑霉唑0.1~1份,7~10天喷1次,连喷2~3次。
2.根据权利要求1所述的葡萄灰霉病防治方法,其特征在于所述复方药剂由下述重量份原料制备:代森锰锌15份、绿原酸7份、大蒜油7份、异菌脲12份、嘧菌环胺12份、啶菌恶唑15份、枯草芽孢杆菌2份和抑霉唑0.5份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的葡萄灰霉病防治方法,其特征在于:所述抗病品种是玫瑰香或黑汉或红加利亚。
4.根据权利要求3所述的葡萄灰霉病防治方法,其特征在于:所述农业防治中还包括喷洒生长抑制剂的步骤。
