Abstract

本发明创造提供了一种密封式蝶阀,包括阀体、阀板和阀杆,所述阀体在相对阀板的内壁的左右两侧设有橡胶头,在所述阀板与所述橡胶头相对应的位置上开有密封槽,当蝶阀处于密闭状态时,所述橡胶头置于所述密封槽中,抵顶所述密封槽的内壁;所述阀体的上端设有与所述阀体内部贯通的通管,所述阀杆置于所述通管中,且所述阀杆沿外壁设有环形凸起,该环形凸起的外壁抵顶所述通管的内壁。本发明创造所述的密封式蝶阀结构简单,在阀体的内壁上设有橡胶头,在阀板关闭的过程中,通过挤压橡胶头进行密封,并且在阀杆的上方安装密封盖,通过卡子进行卡紧,进行阀杆部分的密封,结构简单,便于安装操作。

技术领域
本发明创造属于蝶阀技术领域,尤其是涉及一种密封式蝶阀。
背景技术
蝶阀又叫翻板阀,是一种结构简单的调节阀,可用于低压管道介质的开关控制的蝶阀是指关闭件(阀瓣或蝶板)为圆盘,围绕阀轴旋转来达到开启与关闭的一种阀,阀门可用于控制空气、水、蒸汽、各种腐蚀性介质、泥浆、油品、液态金属和放射性介质等各种类型流体的流动。在管道上主要起切断和节流作用。蝶阀启闭件是一个圆盘形的蝶板,在阀体内绕其自身的轴线旋转,从而达到启闭或调节的目的。现有技术中,蝶阀的阀杆多采用环形密封圈作为密封装置,但是这种结构简单,长时间使用易出现渗漏的现象,严重影响了产品的使用。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明创造旨在提出一种密封式蝶阀,以解决。
为达到上述目的,本发明创造的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种密封式蝶阀,包括阀体、阀板和阀杆,所述阀体在相对阀板的内壁的左右两侧设有橡胶头,在所述阀板与所述橡胶头相对应的位置上开有密封槽,当蝶阀处于密闭状态时,所述橡胶头置于所述密封槽中,抵顶所述密封槽的内壁;
所述阀体的上端设有与所述阀体内部贯通的通管,所述阀杆置于所述通管中,且所述阀杆沿外壁设有环形凸起,该环形凸起的外壁抵顶所述通管的内壁。
进一步的,密封式蝶阀,还包括密封套,所述通管的上端开有与该通管内腔贯通的放置槽,且该放置槽与所述通管内腔轴心线共线,所述密封套包括上套和下套,该上套与所述放置槽相匹配,所述下套与所述通管内腔相匹配,所述密封套上开有与所述阀杆相匹配的通孔,通过该通孔所述密封套套接在所述阀杆的外部。
进一步的,密封式蝶阀,还包括内径与所述通管相同的密封帽,该密封帽上开有与所述阀杆匹配的通孔,且所述密封帽内壁下部设有橡胶条;所述密封套的下端面抵顶所述环形凸起,上端面与所述通管的出口相平,所述密封帽穿过所述阀杆,抵顶所述环形凸起的上端面,且所述橡胶条受到挤压抵顶所述通管的外壁。
进一步的,所述通管的外壁与所述密封帽的内壁上均攻有螺纹,所述通管与所述密封帽螺纹连接。
进一步的,所述通管的外壁上开有凹槽,所述密封帽的内壁上设有卡子,所述通管与所述密封帽卡扣连接。
相对于现有技术,本发明创造所述的密封式蝶阀具有以下优势:
本发明创造所述的密封式蝶阀结构简单,在阀体的内壁上设有橡胶头,在阀板关闭的过程中,通过挤压橡胶头进行密封,并且在阀杆的上方安装密封盖,通过卡子进行卡紧,进行阀杆部分的密封,结构简单,便于安装操作。

具体实施方式
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本发明创造中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
如图1所示,一种密封式蝶阀,包括阀体2、阀板1和阀杆6,如图3所示,所述阀体2在相对阀板1的内壁的左右两侧设有橡胶头3,在所述阀板1与所述橡胶头3相对应的位置上开有密封槽4,当蝶阀处于密闭状态时,所述橡胶头3置于所述密封槽4中,抵顶所述密封槽4的内壁;橡胶头3类似于子弹头的形状,因此在阀板1慢慢关闭的过程中,密封槽4是沿着橡胶头3光滑的外壁慢慢达到橡胶头3抵顶密封槽4槽壁的密封效果的。
如图4所示,所述阀体2的上端设有与所述阀体2内部贯通的通管5,所述阀杆6置于所述通管5中,且所述阀杆6沿外壁设有环形凸起8,该环形凸起8的外壁抵顶所述通管5的内壁,环形凸起8抵顶通管5的内壁,起到基础的密封作用
密封式蝶阀,还包括密封套9,所述通管5的上端开有与该通管5内腔贯通的放置槽,且该放置槽与所述通管5内腔轴心线共线,所述密封套9包括上套和下套,该上套与所述放置槽相匹配,所述下套与所述通管5内腔相匹配,所述密封套9上开有与所述阀杆6相匹配的通孔,通过该通孔所述密封套9套接在所述阀杆6的外部。密封套9起到进一步密封的作用,并且固定了阀杆6,以防它进行左右的摆动,影响蝶阀正常工作。
密封式蝶阀,还包括内径与所述通管5相同的密封帽7,该密封帽7上开有与所述阀杆6匹配的通孔,且所述密封帽7内壁下部设有橡胶条;所述密封套9的下端面抵顶所述环形凸起8,上端面与所述通管5的出口相平,所述密封帽7穿过所述阀杆6,抵顶所述环形凸起8的上端面,且所述橡胶条受到挤压抵顶所述通管5的外壁,密封帽7彻底封闭了通管5的出口,对阀杆6部分的密封起到了非常关键的作用,下部的橡胶垫,密封住了密封帽7的下部出口。
所述通管5的外壁上开有凹槽,所述密封帽7的内壁上设有卡子,所述通管5与所述密封帽9卡扣连接。使用这种卡扣连接的方式,使密封帽7与通管5的连接更加牢固,当然,还可以选择螺纹连接的方式。

1.一种密封式蝶阀,包括阀体(2)、阀板(1)和阀杆(6),其特征在于:所述阀体(2)在相对阀板(1)的内壁的左右两侧设有橡胶头(3),在所述阀板(1)与所述橡胶头(3)相对应的位置上开有密封槽(4),当蝶阀处于密闭状态时,所述橡胶头(3)置于所述密封槽(4)中,抵顶所述密封槽(4)的内壁;
所述阀体(2)的上端设有与所述阀体(2)内部贯通的通管(5),所述阀杆(6)置于所述通管(5)中,且所述阀杆(6)沿外壁设有环形凸起(8),该环形凸起(8)的外壁抵顶所述通管(5)的内壁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密封式蝶阀,其特征在于:还包括密封套(9),所述通管(5)的上端开有与该通管(5)内腔贯通的放置槽,且该放置槽与所述通管(5)内腔轴心线共线,所述密封套(9)包括上套和下套,该上套与所述放置槽相匹配,所述下套与所述通管(5)内腔相匹配,所述密封套(9)上开有与所述阀杆(6)相匹配的通孔,通过该通孔所述密封套(9)套接在所述阀杆(6)的外部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的密封式蝶阀,其特征在于:还包括内径与所述通管(5)相同的密封帽(7),该密封帽(7)上开有与所述阀杆(6)匹配的通孔,且所述密封帽(7)内壁下部设有橡胶条;所述密封套(9)的下端面抵顶所述环形凸起(8),上端面与所述通管(5)的出口相平,所述密封帽(7)穿过所述阀杆(6),抵顶所述环形凸起(8)的上端面,且所述橡胶条受到挤压抵顶所述通管(5)的外壁。
4.根据权利要求3所述的密封式蝶阀,其特征在于:所述通管(5)的外壁与所述密封帽(9)的内壁上均攻有螺纹,所述通管(5)与所述密封帽(9)螺纹连接。
5.根据权利要求3所述的密封式蝶阀,其特征在于:所述通管(5)的外壁上开有凹槽,所述密封帽(7)的内壁上设有卡子,所述通管(5)与所述密封帽(9)卡扣连接。
