Abstract

本发明涉及汽车配件领域,尤其是涉及的是一种防松动紧固型车毂螺栓组件,包括双头螺栓、与双头螺栓配合的上螺母和下螺母。本发明由凹螺母与凸螺母组成的双螺母结构防止轮毂与螺栓安装时的松动,而且凸螺母圆锥端面涂有的橡胶层,双螺母结构的紧固性能。同时螺栓配合段上的两圈滚花可保证螺栓与轮毂安装的紧固性。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车配件领域,尤其是涉及的是一种轮毂螺栓组件。
背景技术
    车运行时,会不断震动,轮毂上的螺栓组件随着震动会会慢慢松动,若未能及时检修发现,可能发生轮毂脱离,故紧固性能成了检验轮毂螺栓的首要标准。已有轮毂螺栓采用双螺母螺栓,依次增加轮毂的紧固性,但所用的双螺母为一般螺母叠加,相互之间分离,随着震动依然发生不同程度的松动,无法实现防松动性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种防松动紧固型车毂螺栓组件。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案是:一种车毂螺栓组件,包括双头螺栓、与双头螺栓配合的上螺母和下螺母,其特征在于:所述上螺母为双螺母结构,包括凸螺母和与凸螺母匹配的凹螺母;所述凸螺母一端设有轴向凸出的圆锥部,圆锥部端部外径小于靠近圆锥部底部外径,圆锥部轴向高度小于凸螺母的轴向高度;所述凹螺母内壁包括内螺纹段和平滑段,平滑段为与凸螺母圆锥部匹配的圆锥孔;所述凹螺母圆锥孔轴向高度小于凹螺母的轴向高度。
优选的,所述圆锥孔内设有一轴向凸条。
优选的,所述凸条径向厚度为0.2-1MM。当凸螺母圆锥部与凹螺母圆锥孔相互配合时,凸条使凸螺母的轴心与凹螺母的轴心往相反方向偏离螺栓的轴心,使双螺母结构与螺栓的紧固性增强。
优选的,所述圆锥部与轴向线形成锥角,锥角为0°-45°。
优选的,锥角为3°-15°。
优选的,所述螺杆包括位于其两端的螺纹段和位于两螺纹段中间的配合段,所述配合段上间隔设有两圈滚花和与轮毂配合的固定块,所述两圈滚花之间设有环槽。环槽可容纳螺栓拆装时滚花在轮毂孔中刮出的碎屑和灰尘。
优选的,所述圆锥部端面涂有橡胶层。橡胶层可增加双螺母结构的紧固性能。
通过采用上述的技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:本发明由凹螺母与凸螺母组成的双螺母结构防止轮毂与螺栓安装时的松动,而且凸螺母圆锥端面涂有的橡胶层,双螺母结构的紧固性能。同时螺栓配合段上的两圈滚花可保证螺栓与轮毂安装的紧固性。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例来进一步说明本发明。
实施例1:
如图1-图3所示,本发明一种车毂螺栓组件,包括双头螺栓1、与双头螺栓1配合的上螺母和下螺母3。所述上螺母2为双螺母结构,包括凸螺母21和与凸螺母21匹配的凹螺母23。所述凸螺母21一端设有轴向凸出的圆锥部22,圆锥部22端部外径小于靠近圆锥部22底部外径,圆锥部22轴向高度小于凸螺母21的轴向高度;所述圆锥部22与轴向线形成锥角,锥角α为0°-45°,锥角α最优为3°-15°。所述凹螺母23内壁包括内螺纹段和平滑段,平滑段为与凸螺母21圆锥部22匹配的圆锥孔24;所述凹螺母23圆锥孔24轴向高度小于凹螺母的轴向高度。使用时,双螺母结构旋紧,当车辆发生震动时,凹螺母23与凸螺母21由于与螺杆螺纹1连接长度不同,产生不同程度的松动,而且凹螺母23的圆锥孔24与凸螺母21的圆锥部22随着松动越靠越近,咬合越紧密,使轮毂螺栓1与轮毂连接更加紧固。
本发明所述螺杆1包括位于其两端的螺纹段15和位于两螺纹段15中间的配合段11,所述配合段11上间隔设有两圈滚花13和与轮毂配合的固定块12,所述两圈滚花13之间设有环槽14。环槽14可容纳螺栓拆装时滚花14在轮毂孔中刮出的碎屑和灰尘。
实施例2:
    如图1、图2、图4所示,基于实施例1,本发明所述圆锥部22端面涂有橡胶层25,橡胶层25可增加双螺母结构的紧固性能。同时,所述圆锥孔24内设有一轴向凸条26,所述凸条径向厚度为0.2-1MM。当凸螺母21圆锥部22与凹螺母23圆锥孔24相互配合时,凸条26使凸螺母21的轴心与凹螺母23的轴心往相反方向偏离螺栓1的轴心,使双螺母结构与螺栓1的紧固性增强。

1.一种车毂螺栓组件,包括双头螺栓、与双头螺栓配合的上螺母和下螺母,其特征在于:所述上螺母为双螺母结构,包括凸螺母和与凸螺母匹配的凹螺母;所述凸螺母一端设有轴向凸出的圆锥部,圆锥部端部外径小于靠近圆锥部底部外径,圆锥部轴向高度小于凸螺母的轴向高度;所述凹螺母内壁包括内螺纹段和平滑段,平滑段为与凸螺母圆锥部匹配的圆锥孔;所述凹螺母圆锥孔轴向高度小于凹螺母的轴向高度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车毂螺栓组件,其特征在于:所述圆锥孔内设有一轴向凸条。
3.根据权利要求2所述的车毂螺栓组件,其特征在于:所述凸条径向厚度为0.2-1MM。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车毂螺栓组件,其特征在于:所述圆锥部与轴向线形成锥角,锥角为0°-45°。
5.根据权利要求4所述的车毂螺栓组件,其特征在于:锥角为3°-15°。
6.根据权利要求1所述的车毂螺栓组件,其特征在于:所述螺杆包括位于其两端的螺纹段和位于两螺纹段中间的配合段,所述配合段上间隔设有两圈滚花和与轮毂配合的固定块,所述两圈滚花之间设有环槽。
7.根据权利要求1所述的车毂螺栓组件,其特征在于:所述圆锥部端面涂有橡胶层。
